Bought the $16 car wash. I have a car not a truck. The machine left my car dirty with spots. It smeared the dirt around. I can see where the machine left marks where it cleaned but left the dirt behind. Terrible place to get a wash. Go to Charley’s. It will be perfect every time!

Disappointed in service today. Vacuums suction was horrible, even switched parking spot and it was still bad. Had a hamper full of dirty towels. Rung the doorbell a few times and no one came to the door and they had at least three employees working. If you are going to offer/promote a free service I would make sure supplies are accessible for customers.

I spend over $125/month for 5 vehicles to have wash packages. Seems like every time I go during posted business hours it's closed for one reason or another. Maybe provide autocredits to customers that spend a lot each month, post the closing on your website so we don't drive all the way there just to figure out you are closed, or provide vouchers to a car wash that does work?

It was my first and last time at this car wash. Left horrible spots. Some which I had to SCRUB to get off the chrome and black details. I’ll have to go to our regular one to clean it again tomorrow… waste of money :(

I still had dirt on my car after paying for the $16 wash. The wheels looked they didn’t get touched. And the line takes along time even if there’s a few cars. Sadly this place is just close to my house and all the autos are on the other side of town.

Absolutely pathetic excuse of a car wash, the employees are worthless, and they are never open when they say they’re going to be, don’t bother going after 5 o’clock because they may or may not be open, do yourself a favor and go to go car wash or club car wash because this is absolutely the worst car wash in Lee’s;Summit. I cannot wait for McBees and club to come down the street.

I have been through this car wash many times over the past several years. They have consistently been slow getting cars through due to the staff manually washing your entire car before actually going through the wash. I find this to be unnecessary and would allow them to get cars through much faster. Every other car wash in town has a much faster process.

This was one of the worst attempts at a car wash I’ve ever seen! After my car was sitting for a week in covered airport parking where birds do a little target practice, I dropped by this wash on my way home. I purchased the top tier wash for $21. Nary a bird turd came off! Barely dried the water off. I’ve see $5 gas station washes do a much better job. We definitely need more car wash options in south Lee’s Summit. It’s too bad as I’m looking for something good I can get into a membership program. My advice: save your money and either wash at home or pick a gas station if you don’t want to drive to a car wash service that will actually clean your car.

This was fast and efficient. Car washes are a bit more expensive than I remember. I wish they had folks to dry the car off, but I just brought a towel. I spent a couple minutes drying off spots, and now the car looks new again. It's getting cold out, so dress appropriately if you're gonna dry off the car more or you need to use their external vacuum hoses.

I absolutely love this place. it is always easy to get in too, not a long line. the people that work there really seem to want to do a good job and they seem to always have a smile on their face which would be hard considering their working in water, but they seem to really want to do a good job and I really like that. My car has some kind of funky windshield so they have to give me a card instead of having a sticker because it won't read through the windshield. But they're very accommodating and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you like to wash your car a lot because you can get a monthly pass. The vacuum cleaners are free which is nice and they have a sink to wash your mats.

Bought the tire/wheel package as an add on. When the tires did not come clean I brought it to their attention. I was told if I washed my car more often I wouldn't have that issue, and his car wash wouldn't clean brake dust residue. That's why I bought the package in the first place, to get clean wheels. He did offer a free car wash but I wasn't thrilled with the idea of coming back after my car care was criticized. It would probably be a good idea to add a quick brush of the wheels to their pre-treatment procedures.

Terrible Carwash and extremely unprofessional management I went through there wash at approximately 3 o’clock PM on Saturday February 7th after I went through there I found multiple scratches that were clear as day fresh from there wash… after filling out a damage report I was supposed to receive a call that Monday… there manager never called me I called back Tuesday Feb 10 told the manager my concerns and he basically cut me off and said he didn’t care since I was the only report from that day didn’t once ask me to bring my car in to investigate and didn’t want to see it with his own eyes didn’t even hear me out so once I said my attorney would be contacting them he said “ok” and hung up … this business is wildly unprofessional better business bureau is being contacted as we speak and if they fail to conduct them self in a business professional way this problem will escalate the owners of this establishment should understand they have and extremely incompetent manager running there establishment. Very sad and very unprofessional service This review would not have gotten written at all if their manager would’ve conducted himself in a more adult and professional way instead of Running The car wash like a child The response that I just received in A conversation that lasted less than two minutes was wildly less professional than their minimum wage employee that helped me with the damage report the employee that helped me was very kind very understanding of the matter the manager, however, was Very standoffish very unprofessional, and you could tell he was just avoiding the problem and hiding from it like a coward I worked for car washes for Years and I have never seen anybody conduct themselves in such a childish way. This is a very, very sad way to handle business and a very, very sad way to conduct yourself as a person I really Hope this manager learns to carry himself in a Better way and I really hope This business decides to do the right thing here because I will waste money to prove a point
