I truthfully don’t know where to start here. Angela is one of the most informed front end staff of a shop I’ve over dealt with, and she does a great job transferring all the information she can when she can. Keith and Jeff are also great at going over everything that could or will happen. Car maintenance and break downs suck but having a place to take it where you can feel like they are being truthful makes it 10x better.
