I went here after I tried another place that give you the "golden touch" and was impressed with the workers here. I was in and out quick and didn't feel like I was unwelcome at all. The one thing that got me was when I got in my car the oil stick was about half way down the windshield and about six inches away from the edge. It was also not put on so that it was flat. I could understand if there were a bunch of people waiting to get an oil change but I was the only one there the entire time. I will still go here for an oil change though.

Excellent maintenance shop. Do not just oil change but filters and anti freeze etc etc. Even vacuumed my car for me! Would probably tell me if I needed bigger things done elsewhere. Was in and out in under 20 minutes if you come at a non prime time.

I asked for a full service oil change, meaning they also check fluids, etc.. The guy came in the waiting room to show me my air filter and offered to install a new one for $30. I declined. It didn't look that bad. When I checked out the bill was $79 and change! I questioned $79 for an oil change! Oh, did I get an air filter? No, I said. He went out to check with the guy and took $30 off the bill, bringing it down to $47.92. Still exorbitant, but I asked, did the guy put in an air filter? No. So why was I charged for one, not to mention $46 for six quarts of oil and a filter! I'll never go back to that rip-off joint.

Fast and professional-- things were very busy,but they were getting things done as quickly as possible. Saw them talk to another customer abt a service he may not need rather than just take his money. That demonstrates they aren't likely to recommend unnecessary services to me! Gotta love an honest business.

They opened on time and allowed me to get in right away. Oil change was quick and they vacuumed my car which was nice. They were good people to talk to. My car is still running good and the people were pleasant to speak to. Will def be going back for my next oil change.

Stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation today, Saturday, September 8, 2018. I am shocked at how rude the manager was and staff. Upon my arrival they were angered by my waiting in one of the doors with a lift. Upon waiting for 20 minutes I was finally let in. I explained I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. The tech said "Don't really have time for this....I said why is that? His response "You will be waiting 45 minutes at least". Knowing he was trying to get me to leave I said that's fine. I have been going here for years..... Never again. I can't remember ever being treated so rudely as I was today. And your manager DK needs to be disciplined for his horrible attitude!

Friendly staff. They opened up on time and got me in pretty quickly. It was good service and I was told about the different options I had for different oil changes. I spent less then 20 minutes there and my car is still running great with no oil leaks.

They did a great job and were very quick. A LITTLE SHADY THOUGH: Everytime I come to this place they try to get me to purchase something else even when it may not be necessary. For example, two times ago I got a new air filter because I actually needed one. The next time I came in 3 month later, they tried to sell me another one...when I told them that the guy laughed said "whoops" then he went back out and finished. So, if you go they will have top notch service and it will be quick. Be careful of the unnecessary extras they try to get added to your bill.

We rolled into the Speed Lube this past week, traveling from Michigan, when our oil sensor said low oil ( which shouldn't have been as it was recently changed!) We just needed our oil checked and possibly some added. The man found us to be 2.5 quarts low! Refilled it and sent us on our way free of charge with a greeting to have a safe trip! He knew he saved us from a major issue! He was nothing but concerned and kind and very helpful, God bless him, we never caught your name, but God knows! Thank YOU sir!

I needed an oil change before moving out of the area. I had been here before and had good service but this last time was EXCEPTIONAL. Not only was my truck done so fast, they did a great job and made sure everything was done thoroughly. The guy who was ringing me up was so sincere and had great customer service. If I was staying in the area, no doubt I would continue coming to them.

We only go to Speed Lube to get our oil changed. This particular location is the best! The manager is awesome, and the employees are always friendly, efficient, and prompt. You can go on your lunch break, and you know for a fact that you will get in and out in approx. 15 minutes max. The prices are reasonable, compared to other places, and the service is always a positive experience.

Absolutely love this place! My fiance and I went in there for the first time today in need of an oil change. Usually, I tend to have a hard time communicating in loud places due to my hearing but these guys were more than accommodating. That AND they saved me money while also educating me on my new to me vehicle. One of the workers took the time to help me understand what was needed by pulling out my filter and comparing it to a new one. This was THE BEST experience our car has ever seen.

extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I have never had this bad of customer service ever. Left with a scuffed up steering wheel and of course they denied it . The manager was just as bad. Will never trust a speed lube again.

I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve had a crappy car for a while and they always tell me if there’s anything going on with it that needs fixed and are very honest. Today was an extra special experience because I recently lost a close family member and haven’t been able to work but had to get an oil change. I couldn’t afford the new windshield wipers I needed and the man servicing my car paid for them himself and was very, very kind. Always grateful for these men that don’t take advantage of unknowing customers and help them extra when needed.
