Customer service at the Rosedale location was so welcoming. I had called on Sunday to find out about holiday hours on Monday and was encouraged to come right up to the closing time as needed. I wasn’t able to make it till Tuesday after work and I was greeted by a fresh happy worker but I didn’t see a name tag, I should have asked. He explained everything and was very helpful. I had recently been on a cruise where I experienced great customer service everywhere which felt like something I hadn’t experienced before. This man at the oil change bay took me right back to that and he was just selling oil changes. I wish I would have gotten his name. I will return to this location every time.

The guy helping me was VERY helpful and knowledgeable ! He knew how to remove a wood grain paneling piece to access my air filter and even had the tool ready to do it! Great job! In and out in 5 minutes!!

This was our first time bringing our Yukon to get the oil changed here. We usually always take it to the dealership. Bernie was FANTASTIC! The whole team was very professional and checked every concern we had. They were quick and efficient. Way better than the dealership! Will be coming here for now on!

Really disappointed, the staff are lovely helpful and some do a really great job but it's the little things I noticed, why not open the fuel cap and wipe it out? And that mess between the seats, come on, one minute with the vacuum and it would be gone, maybe I should go back to the auto car wash...... The oil change however was bloody awesome, those guys do a great job!!!

Absolutely Blown Away by Sparkling Image! ✨ I just had my oil changed at Sparkling Image and I have to say, I am incredibly impressed! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and directed to the service bay. The entire process was unbelievably fast – I barely had time to check my emails before my car was ready. Beyond the speedy service, the customer service was truly top-notch. The staff was courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They clearly explained everything they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable with the service. My car was returned to me looking fantastic, as if they had given it a mini-detail! Above and Beyond. I had forgotten to write my review when I visited this location on Monday for an oil change and fuel injection service. Good thing, because my car wouldn't start this morning. I called and Edgar answered. I asked him if the fuel injection service could have a delay in affecting my car not starting. He explained how the service would not cause the problem I was having with my vehicle. He said he would check the car for me to see what's happening. I told him I couldn't get the car to him and he said, "No problem, we will come to you." In just a few moments, General Manager, Adolfo came to my home, checked my car and started it up with a purr. I am truly grateful for this team really caring about their customers. Alex, Edgar, Jimmy and Adolfo truly went Above and Beyond. This is my oil change location for all of my vehicles as long as I'm living in Bakersfield.

We visited Express Oil Change on Rosedale for our truck. What made this experience one to remember was the honesty of Custer service. I don’t recall the woman’s name I believe it was Alex, but she showed me my air filter and explained my air filter looked good and did not need to be replaced. While most companies would try to take advantage and sell you something you really don’t need. I was not expecting this which made me thank the woman for not trying to sell me one. Honestly is what the customer truly wants and this visit truly sets it apart from other shops I have visited. Thank you for a great honest customer service and I look forward to the next visit.

Staff at the oil change area are very friendly and informative. The change was one of the quickest oil changes we’ve ever had. Free car wash with an oil change is a deal and 15$ for an interior detailing so worth it. Highly recommend.
