These guys don’t know what they’re doing. Talked me into an upsale and got an oil change as well as a radiator flush, these men screwed the cap back onto my wiring causing the whole car to not run right, even as I was pulling out my gears wer not shifting and I even told one of the guys there and he said just to restart it; had it in the shop for a couple days and even the mechanic said that these guys don’t have basic car knowledge if these guys are messing up basic stuff this easily, don’t waste your time here and go to valvoline instead.

I had an excellent experience at Sparkling Image Express Oil Change. David helped me and had me in and out in just ten minutes. They were running a Labor Day sale for 50% off, which was a great surprise. What really stood out was that there was no pressure to buy extra services, something that feels rare these days. When I mentioned I couldn’t afford an air filter replacement at the time, David was empathetic and instead of pushing me, he kindly showed me where it was located in case I wanted to replace it myself later. That kind of honesty, care, and human connection is exactly why I will be coming back here for future services. Fast, affordable, respectful, and trustworthy. Exactly what you hope for in a place like this. Highly recommend.
