The machine does a great job at washing the outside, the inside detail is an absolute joke. These photos are from after the Interior cleaning. $40 wasted.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care that Yesid took with my car as he detailed it. I wasn’t expecting such detail. It takes time! If you want to get in and out, they will accommodate you with a quick wash. But if you are willing to wait ( n an air conditioned waiting area) you’ll be happy you did. A+

Today I had another great experience at Sparkling Image in Fort Lauderdale. I ran into Jose (manager) while waiting to pull into the wash bay. We chatted for a bit. I thanked him and his team for all that they do for me and our community. Sparkling Image shines above all other Car Wash businesses in the area. Jose knows me on a first name basis, and always goes way beyond my basic needs. He is an extremely valuable asset to this business. He's a keeper!!

They usually do a good job washing my car, so I decided to have the interior detailed. They kept my car for about four hours, and when I got it back, it wouldn’t start—the battery was dead. A few days later, I had to replace the battery, which cost me $300, because the car had been left on. When I expressed my concerns, they completely disregarded them. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend getting your car detailed there

What can I say about Sparkling Image Car Wash? It's the best place to take your car. I take my car there two or three times a week. Today, the deep cleaning experience inside the car was incredible. Dario serviced my car. The service was excellent, and he worked very carefully. I waited for my car and was surprised by how the employees made me feel like family; several of them even asked about my dogs. I highly recommend visiting Sparkling Image Car Wash. Take advantage of their offers and their excellent service. Next service will be with Dario.

I love this place. Super affordable car washes and interior cleaning, all of the employees are kind and upbeat. Always quick, even on the weekends. JP in the office is wonderful. I recently bought new mats and a steering wheel cover. JP had the crew install them after cleaning my car - it was a simple gesture he didn't have to do, but I needed it that day. 10/10 sincerely recommend this place.

I genuinely cannot tell you how much I recommend this place! They vacuum and clean your car for you in a way I would never be able to with one of those self vacuum places. Also, one time they even removed the sticky residue from one of those towing stickers on my driver side window that I had not been able to remove even with Goo Gone. Everyone is always so kind and it is such a great price for how well they do! The Manager Santiago was very kind and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE — WORST DETAILING EXPERIENCE EVER I paid $353 upfront for a full detail — engine cleaning, interior and exterior, plus waxing. The guy who took my payment assured me everything I asked for was included. All I had to do was bring back the receipt. When I showed up the next day, the employee acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and told me I’d have to pay more money for the services I had already paid for. After arguing, he finally called a supervisor who just told me to remove my belongings and that they’d call me around 5:30–6:00 PM. They called at 4:50, which was my first red flag. When I got there, the car was still sitting in the bay, and even from a distance I could see it wasn’t done right. The exterior still had dirt on it. Whatever chemical they sprayed on the rims was dripping down the wheels and left disgusting streaks black rims. The windows and windshield weren’t even clean. The interior seats and steering wheel were covered in some kind of greasy, oily product — it looked like someone rubbed themselves all over the car. The carpeted back seat area was still dirty, and they never even opened the hood to clean the engine. When I complained, the supervisor admitted he hates the products they used and that he wouldn’t use them on his own car. That tells you everything you need to know. He offered me a $100 refund and asked me to bring the car back so they could “make it right.” Absolutely not — I’m never letting them touch my vehicle again. The next day I checked the car after it rained, and guess what? There was no water beading on the roof. So they didn’t wax it, either — just lied and hoped I wouldn’t notice. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and does sloppy, careless work. They charged me over $250 for what looked like a rushed $20 wash. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
