The service is great. I have been coming to the Plantation location for well over a decade. The staff is always helpful and willing to assist. Andres is always willing to help and assist in anyway. The staff inside are always ready to greet you and polite. Every business has its fluctuations at times, but if you ever have an issue here, or they missed something, they are willing to correct it almost immediately.

I came at Sparkling Image Car Wash in Plantation, couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience again! The whole staff was very courteous, very customer friendly and helpful. I had an interior detail service done and he did a fantastic job, along with the rest of the staff, inside and out of my vehicle. I have been coming to them for years and years and I really appreciate their honesty, great customer service and friendliness also. I had such a great experience with Andres today! Even before he reached my car, I was hoping I’d get him because I’ve seen how detailed he is and how he always goes above and beyond. He did not disappoint at all. My car looks spotless and smells amazing — truly the best it’s felt in a long time. Andre deserves all the recognition, and honestly, more people should ring the bell to show appreciation for the hard work they put in. They really do an incredible job. Highly recommend!

This review is for everyone, but a special shoutout to assistant manager, Andres. He referred me to a paint expert (who is an approved vendor of Sparkle), for a specific issue that needs resolving at a body shop level. While Andres advised I see my dealership first, he also told the sweet desk attendant (Andrea) to provide me another professional option, via a business card. Also - Diego is the manager and runs a great business. I've brought over 5 cars to this shop throughout the years. He has been there for a long time and it's always nice to see his face. I know my car is in good hands with him and the staff. Another thing - Carlos, the front man at check-in, is incredibly sweet, hardworking, swift and fun! Overall - Sparkle in Plantation does some of the best buffing, wax/seal and tire shine around. They are very professional and personable. Plus, after you inspect your car, any issue you have (ie: "missed a spot") they resolve immediately. Your car is also good to come back for an external rewash up to 5 days (ie: if it rains, you're good!) I love it here!

We have been regulars here for 20 years. They are always efficient and the order taking crew are always friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining any specials and the different options available. I was there today and Sam was great as usual. They also do a good job of making the sure that the line of cars waiting is handled efficiently and fairly with no single line (left vs. right) getting ahead of the other etc. The other week, my wife drove through some solvent based chemicals that were spilled on the road and we really thought the damage was permanent. The detailing team did an incredible job and got it removed. Finally, research the unlimited visit monthly option they offer to see if it's right for you. If you visit enough times in the month it's a good deal. If you don't go often enough, not so much.

I visited Sparkling Image Car Wash location in Plantation, FL to have the exterior and interior of my black Hyundai Sonata cleaned/vacuumed. When visiting a car wash, I typically inspect my vehicle after it is cleaned and vacuumed. Upon doing so, I noticed that the cleaning machine had torn off the trim on the passenger-side front (see picture attached). I asked to speak with the location manager, whose name is Diego, and he denied the machine ripping the trim off the vehicle. Only after I stated I had proof that the trim was on the car before the cleaning did he agree to review the security camera video footage. After making me wait about 30 minutes while he reviewed the video in a private office, he came out and stated that the video did indeed show the machine ripping the trim off the vehicle. He told me to obtain an estimate to replace the trim and bring it to him so Sparkling Image Car Wash can cover the cost of the damage. I received the estimate (around $140, including labor) from a Hyundai dealer. When I returned with it later, he stated they would not pay for the damaged trim and provided no reason for the non-payment. I filed a complaint with their main office in Fort Lauderdale and received a voicemail from Joshua Key, the South Florida Regional Manager. I returned his call 3 times but did not receive a response. It is apparent to me that, although the Sparkling Image Car Wash location manager verbally agreed to pay for the damage, they never intended to do so. I paid out of pocket for the replacement trim and have since sold the vehicle. Not only has the cost for a car wash/cleaning increased dramatically due to the change in ownership, but they will not honor prepaid car washes paid to the prior owner. Based on the fact that they never paid for the replacement trim, they won't let customers use prepaid car wash coupons from the prior owner, and their pricing is now ridiculously high, I will NEVER RETURN AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T have your vehicle cleaned at any Sparkling Image Car Wash location! I repeat, DO NOT USE Sparkling Image Car Wash!! UPDATE 1/14/2026 Since Google does not allow a rebuttal response I am updating my original post with more information....... Regarding your equipment being faulty, that is not the issue. The issue is that your local manager reviewed the video and agreed that the machine ripped the trim off my vehicle. Faulty or not, the machine caused the problem. When the issue occurred, I was told by your your location manager to obtain an estimate which I did from a Hyundai dealer. There was no discussion of Sparkling Image Car Wash making the repair and I would not have allowed that because you are a car wash company and not a body shop! I did own the vehicle when I reached out with the estimate and it was NOT a year later. You are ridiculous and lying in an attempt to explain why you did not pay for the damage which your machine caused as evidenced by the video. The prepaid tickets are long gone since the lady at the front desk stated I could no longer use them. Even if I had the tickets I would never come back and suggest that others don't either. A much, much better company is El Car Wash about a half file north on Nob Hill. They offer new machinery, much lower pricing, with much better technology, soap etc. that what you offer. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER AND MANY, MANY OTHERS FOR LIFE!!! NOT PAYING $140 FOR THE REPAIR WILL NOW COST YOU THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF $ IN LOST REVENUE.
