Bad job of cleaning my escape. In such a rush they didn't even get the snow build up on panels behind my tires..which was why I got it washed again so soon. I understand they are in a hurry but they need to do what we pay for.

Went beyond the call to make sure my car was cleaned. It got super muddy on a dirt road and the attendant took the time to get up in the wheel wells to wash the dirt out. Ive always had good service here but this time it was phenomenal. Thank you!!!

Got the 8.00 wash the guy even washed the Love bugs off it and gave me extra. The car wash did a good job and the vacuums pick up well and last quite long for the time given. Will be back.

Pay $12 for a car wash just to be down to road scrubbing my car by hand because their car wash don't get my car clean. Always leave with the back dirty but after today I will NEVER be back. My whole car is still dirty and pay for tire shine, my tires aren't even clean let alone shining. Made sure to take pics this time to prove what a terrible waste of money this place is with the car fresh out of a wash not even out of the parking lot made sure to get the business in the back ground and the pics are even after it had been wiped down by me. Still looked so dirty I went down the road to finish the job by hand.

Not a very smart move by whoever is managing these locations. It rained today until 2 or 3 o'clock. At 6:00 I visited the Center Rd. Location and then the Belsay Rd. Location and both were closed. They turned business away for at least four hours at each location. Not smart! And left a few unhappy customers!

I purchased the $12 wash with tire shine. Told the attendant birds have made a mess on my mirrors and would like them scrubbed off. Neither attendants touch my mirrors or even scrubbed the back pumper. I expected a lot more than that for $12.

Staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure my car is spotless 😀. I highly recommend this wash best one in Burton and flint. Maybe even tip those workers they do such a good job. Thanks guys.

I took my Tucson to get washed, attendant was super cool. We asked if our Hummer H2 would fit and he assured us that we would have no issue. We told him we have we been turned away at other car washes so we just wanted to check first. He assures us yet again that we will fit, they have bigger tracks yada yada. NEXT DAY we bring the hummer through. See the attendant from last night working. Another dude, who looked like he hadn’t laid off his suboxone in a few days came huffing and puffing over to the truck, saying he couldn’t help us here. We let him know the dude with the long hair told us last night, we would have no issue. Very rudely stated, “policy states what policy states. Can’t help ya.” Maybe some people shouldn’t be the front face of your company. :(

This place is joke, got some dope feen looking guy taking money. Told me my truck was too big ( factory hummer h2) I’ve washed it here before but will never be back. I’ve watched ford raptors being washed here and they are from the factory wider than the hummer h2’s. Wasted my time and took my business elsewhere. Had no problem running it threw the car wash down the street at center and court street. Zero out of 10 for customer service. This guy shouldn’t be in charge or talking to any customer.

I stopped by there in yesterday and it was closed. So I came by the next day and happen to mention it and the grumpy man bit my head off and said it was closed for a good reason. He was very unpleasant. Makes me wanting to go somewhere else.

I have had mixed experiences at Sparkle Buggy locations over the years. My first time through this one was good, no complaints. Tonight the wash was still average, no complaints, but Theodore was hands down the most personable car wash attendant I have ever seen. Polite, friendly, happy, took a second to interact with my toddler, and left us with a great feeling. The rain shower that hit five minutes later was a surprise, but that's another story.

They always do a great job. They're the only place in the area that leaves my car spotless. The car wash down the street (near Court) and the one in Grand Blanc always seem to leave a spot. In the 4 or 5 times I've gone here I've yet to have any, once. On top of that, the staff has always been super nice and friendly and they always do a great job wiping down my car before it goes into the wash.

This place is terrible. Paid for a car wash and they did not clean my drivers side at all. Management could care less and only offered another car wash for $7. Never spend your hard earned money here!

felt my car shifting over in the middle of the track and there was a piece of metal or something across the carwash when I went through. I'm 100% sure this popped a hole right in my back tire 🤦♂️ I didn't touch my wheel or anything. Will never come back here again

If I could give them no stars I would. First off we paid for our wash and as we were going threw the steering wheel started turning and we jumped the track.my husband laid on the horn they shut off the wash and the guy came up asking what's the issue.he stood by to the left side watching and three more times we jumped the rail so they stopped the machine. After we got threw we drove back around and the guy came up asked if my husband would like money back, that's when my husband explained we had same issue at the one on Bristol Rd and that we filled out a complaint from. Once my husband asked for a complaint from the guys attitude changed, he then said no I ain't giving u a form then my husband said yes can I have my money back and the guy said NO. My husband asked again for a complaint from and they guy refused and walked away. I think this company sucks

I will never come here again. Last night I came through to get a car wash and I recently got a new car. I pulled through and put my car in neutral and the Mexican guy started yelling at me because he kept saying my car wasn’t in neutral and I clearly showed him I was. Well I can say another older gentleman stepped in and helped the situation and saw my e-brake was on and I didn’t know it. The other guy never apologized and just kept giving me dirty looks. I’ll take my business elsewhere, because I won’t be treated the way I was treated.

Rich the manager is a joke. Never going here again. Went through this car wash after a snowstorm and they left all the snow on the roof of my car. I paid $13 for a premium wash to come home and find a now multi color sheet of ice on my roof since they soaked the snow with water and soap. Which he told me was not possible due to their rinse and blower cycle... see pictures below. I drove 30 mins home to find this and them to tell me you can come back for a $7 wash... not the same one I paid for... and that they don't remove ice which he told me repeatedly. I tried to tell him it wasn't ice it was snow until you soaked it with water a soap and I drove home.... which he interrupted me sever times during and told me to not have an attitude while he had one with me the entire time. I also find it very interesting the rest of my car was covered in the exact same snow and they managed to get that off.....I would NEVER pay to get your car washed here ever, save your money this place is a joke.

If there was a trophy for “Best Car Wash in Town,” Sparkle Buggy would win it every time — no contest. I come into town pretty often, and after trying just about every car wash around, this one completely spoiled me. Now it’s the only place I go! First off, the place is always spotless — like, cleaner than my kitchen spotless. The landscaping looks sharp, everything’s in order, and it actually feels good pulling in here. Richard, the manager, deserves a shout-out too. The guy is always friendly, welcoming, and seems to genuinely care about the place and the customers. You don’t see that much anymore. And can we talk about the free vacuums? Absolute game changer. You can use them even if you don’t get a wash, and they’re always powerful and ready to go. Half the time I end up spending way too long vacuuming because it’s actually satisfying. Their wash packages are also awesome — great prices, great results, and they actually get your car sparkling clean (fitting name, right?). Bottom line: if you want your car looking fresh and shiny while feeling like you actually went somewhere that cares, Sparkle Buggy is the spot. I’ve tried the rest — this one’s the best, no question.
