This car wash use to be great but in the past few months it's awlful... my car comes out dirty still and with alot of soap on it... you can't just go thru for a quick wash.. u have to get out and wipe all the saop off.

Car wash and vacuum services were great but also want to give a shoutout to Jayden who helped me get in contact with AAA when I locked my keys in my car while vacuuming 🤦🏽‍♀️. Don’t recommend locking yourself out of your car but they were there to help!

We have the family plan at this car wash, and we’ve had it since the previous owners. We had concerns when the ownership changed that problems might occur. However, through the transition process, I have noticed they are updating all of the old equipment. One thing I used to hate when we first started coming here was those stickers on the windshield sometimes would not Pick up the signal. Now the new owners installed a license plate reader all the hassles are gone now. We are continuously seeing changes made for the Better! Keep up the great work guys!

Not a good wash dirt still in my wheel wells and tires still dirty rushing just to get cars through poor quality soap on the windows just not happy. 20.00 didn’t even get the tire shine on my wheels that’s supposed to be included.

I went to this car wash and was told I could pay $30 for unlimited car washes for a month. An attendant took my card & did the transaction for me. I was not made aware this would be a monthly recurring draft. I created an online account & it is not allowing me to cancel the recurring charge. **Edit: Brian the mgr was able to assist me. He stopped the recurring charges & refunded the last charge.

Just came back from wash, they changed ownership. We went all the time when it wasn't Southern Shine and never had issues and was $7 for a basic. Today, there was soap left all over the back of the car. We informed the guys who hose down since owner was not there, they didn't know when he'd be in but said if we wanted to go through again we could, so we did. Same thing, soap. Went back and told the guys. They didn't offer to wash it off, they didn't do anything. MOST of the towel holders were empty. We asked a few other patrons that were wiping their car and they said the same thing, they had soap and were rather disturbed since it went up in price, there was no one to talk to and they were taking their money for a dissatisfied result. Nothing we could do. Won't go back and will let people know. Update: Owner left response to email them under our review. We emailed next day on April 8th, we have not heard back.

The payment screen is nearly impossible to read in bright sunlight and defaults to the handy dandy monthly membership plan. Not a great wash. I used the ultra $30 wash and car is still flecked with road debris and back window not dry.

I hadn't taken my truck to get washed in a while and it was left shining like it was brand new. I wasn't aware that they had car washes like this in SC. The staff was super nice and helped me a lot to get familiarized with the protocol. These two guys, I think their names were Neri and Issy helped me out a ton. I would for sure recommend it

Absolutely love them. They will also help you if you cannot reach places to dry the car. Employees are very nice and courteous to customers. The car is so clean when you come out of the wash area. I will continue to go there for my car to be clean, with no missed spots.
