Loved it! The guys line up your car so you rims don't scratch. They take the time to pre scrub your car to make sure it is clean. They hand dry your car. You leave feeling ready to take on the day. Thank you. If you ever want to open one in El Paso that would be so awesome!

The car wash itself is ok ... most of the time. However, today, I'd like to commend a young lady, Jade, who was working at the final station where she wiped off any remaining water around the car. Jade did a better job than any man or woman ever has done in my past visits. She was thorough, fast & professional. Great Job!

Every where the washer washes is great. However the rear of the vehicle isn't one of those places. Why then do the guys drying off the vehicles NOT fix it? I mean its ridiculous! I always tip, even ask politely for them to. I took pics of my receipt and the rear of my car but dont know how to post them. Also I did attempt to reach out to the company online and didn't get a response. So the rear of my car just doesn't get clean anymore? I tried again today. I don't need a free wash I need you to fix this issue. I have to go out of my way to go somewhere else. Has the management changed? Well at least this time I only lost $8.

I went today to see if I could get the inside clean and I pull up as they are getting everything out, I have been driving by for weeks to see if they were open. well today I drive up there cuz they were open and some guy tells me they can't clean the inside of my car because they promised some guy for a while to do his, he was behind me. so I had to reverse and get out. I get the short staffing but yall have lost my service.

As far as the car wash is concerned they do a really good job. But beware if you sign up for a membership. We canceled ours, but there is a process. They don't let you cancel at the store. We had to send an email letting someone know at their corporate. We sent the email 2 days before the next payment was due to get taken. We called and told them not to take the payment. They took the payment and replied 4 days later that it was canceled. Crooked way to handle the money in my opinion. So beware of this if you do monthly subscriptions.

Three stars for the high one time cost of a wash there but many people will opt into a monthly rate that lowers the cost a great deal. It is best to not go there during peak hours especially if you need your interior done as well as a wash. One time I went there for interior and exterior clean and wash and was there an hour and a half. With that said, the detailing they do is great but for a one time cost of almost thirty dollars for the full treatment I would suggest getting the monthly rate or just go do it yourself. It will save a good bit of money.

I used to really like this place and would wash my truck here twice a week. Loved the service. Until today. Now they no longer welcome 3/4 ton pick up trucks because they changed some roller (as the rude attendant tried to tell me). Stock truck. Not welcome. Service bad. No sign. Got stuck in line to try and exit. Not impressed. Will spend my car wash dollars elsewhere moving forward.

I recently took my car and got it wash. I dealt with a young lady by the of Destinee and she was great. She recommended a couple nice fragrances and I bought one for car as well as my wife's car. She was super polite and attentive.

This has been my favorite car wash for a while now, but recently they did a price increase, which i understand. What i don’t understand is this.. my monthly membership went from 40.00 a month to 55.00. Like i said i understand the price increase. But then they took some perks off the package. Do one or the other. But not both.

I took my truck in for a wash and after I got home I realized it was still dirty and had smudges everywhere, the person drying with a towel did not do a very well job either. I paid for the “best” wash but it was horrible . Dont recommend.

Absolutely the worst car washes in Midland. You are wasting your money and time here. Better new one on Big Springs, and not the other Soft Studs.

The windshield wiper area and the roof still had some dirt on them after the wash. Apart from these areas, the wash was good. A 'special service' for rim cleaning was also added, but the rims still had dirt.

I had interior done and paid extra for floor matts to be cleaned. They apparently don’t do back seats or vacuum 😬

Over priced moderate job. I have top tier subscription $40/month at Club Car Wash I wash the truck nearly every week. One wash here (top tier) cost me $21

🙂i like the place and staff is friendly but I don’t know about these Midland bugs. I have to visit the car wash every other day to keep my car, the grill and interior clean. Just one thing, Even by visiting this often the front grill doesn’t get cleaned all the way. I still got big juice and I requested “bug cleaner “ I will still continue the membership for both Audi vehicles and give it a longer try. I do recommend this place. Maybe is the type of grill my vehicle has 😃

My car was completely dirty in the back. I returned 10 minutes after washing it to have it washed again and they told me that by company policy they can only wash it if I have not left that place, that if I want it to be clean I must pay again.

Excellent car wash they even do interior detail for only 12 dollars wow what a bargain absolutely great... I love coming here service is great and the staff is great! Very helpful... better than the other location.

I visited Soft Suds Auto Spa on 09/21/2025 expecting a routine wash. What I got instead was a future professional paint correction. Hundreds of deep linear scratches and swirls along the side and top of my vehicle that weren’t there before. When I brought the damage to their attention this is the response I was given: “Hello, Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how concerning it must be to notice scratches or swirls on your vehicle, especially after a car wash. Please know that our equipment is maintained regularly and inspected to meet safety and performance standards. Due to delicate paint and specialty waxes, it is best to refer to your owner's guide manual for all your washing needs. Sincerely, The Soft Suds Team.” No apology. No offer to inspect. No gesture to make it right. Just a reference to my owner’s guide. If you care about your vehicle, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of places that know how to clean a car without destroying it in the process.

This customer service here is very sub-par. I scheduled an appointment for an interior and waited twice the amount of time stated for my car to look exactly the same. Then the attendant argued with me that it was clean when there was still dust and dirt, finger prints on the window, etc. I asked for a manager and he was very unprofessional as well. I kept my composure and let him know that I wasn’t looking for a detail job, but I did expect it to be clean from dust and finger prints. He replied that “it didn’t matter because probably nothing would make me happy”. My request was completely within the range of what the service offers and I remained professional with the staff the whole time. I will never return.
