I just tried to wash my car and failed. It took my money but no water pressure. I tried all of the options for 3 minutes and nothing. They have no contact info for help.

I want to like this place because it's close, and I used to use it under previous ownership (it was good then). But it's not run well. It's one of the higher priced self service car washes around, but it's not worth it. I don't use the vacuums because they don't work too often. I used the car wash recently and it worked, but the water is not as warm as it should be for a car wash (doesn't clean as well), and the alleged wax spray just puts out water. There was no evidence of wax coming out at all; no smell, nothing visible, and I could tell after I dried it that there wasn't that smooth feel I always get from ending with the wax spray. I had to spend more time using my spray on wax detailer. That's really a rip off. It could be a good place. Not sure why it's not run better.

Went down the list of instructions and washed all of the old mag chloride off. It did a better job than my go-to car wash, and had a softer foam brush that I decided to use. Credit cards accepted.. didn't vacuum, but didn't have any problems. Would come back with a towel to dry next time.

Comedy gold. Wanted to wash my car, so I stopped in. Every stall is trashed with mud and debris. Every other stall says cash only. After reversing and pulling into the fifth stall, that accepted cards, it took eight swipes to get some action. System shut down after three minutes, whilst my car was covered in soap. By the way… the soap wand was held together with electrical tape, so I got a free bubble bath myself. After swiping my card ten more times, I was blessed with the charged privilege of rinsing my car of soap and disappointment. SoBo should be a Comedy Central series that reflects the disappointment of life. What a joke.

Machine says $3 but it charges your card $5. Today I went to an open stall and the water didn’t even come on once the timer started. But hey at least it has a fresh coat of paint!

Credit card only in the few bays that actually work. Most are broke and have a cone in front of them. No way to end credit card time. Also no phone number or contact to reach for issues. Don’t use this car wash unless you can pay cash.

Rip off! Pulled in, swiped card, washed car. Pressed stop and instead of stopping it added more time. My mini cooper usually costs $5 to wash. This place with malfunctioning machine cost me $12 and I only knew that because I looked on my bank statement. And how cowardly....no phone number posted in case of troubles. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Go a mile south and use the one next to Santiagos.

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. There are little times where I actually right a review about something and this is one of them. All the machines are extremely out dated and none of them work properly or even have more then 3 options available. I had to wait 4 minutes before I gave up on the wash switching to rinse. Everything about this wash is terrible. Do NOT wash your car here

This is hands-down, one of the worst carwashes in the city. Half of the equipment doesn’t work, there’s very little water pressure and the soap doesn’t come out like it should. I also had the equipment malfunction in the middle of my wash meaning I lost several dollars. Save yourself the trouble. This place is not worth anybody’s time.

Save yourself money and go elsewhere or do it yourself at home. The water pressure here is horrendous. My hose at home has better water pressure. The water doesn’t drain because of trash filled in the drainage area. Overall terrible wash! Waste of money. Don’t come here! You’ll regret like me

This place was the worst carwash!! . 1st it ate my money and the system tried to start, but never produced any of my selections, just the generator, was running or what ever that loud machine type thing is. So, I was pretty annoyed and the fact it ate my money and didn't stop when I switched the knob back to off. Just watched the sec, min drop off slowly while trying g to get it to work. Didn't see a number to call and get money back. But I also didn't look yo hard either. Will NOT go back.

This has to be one of worst self car washes in the city. Just wanted to do a quick wash on my car because it wasn’t very dirty and I was in the area. Soap took forever to start and when it did, there was very little of it. The rinse feature always had some soap in it which meant I had to use the low pressure spot free rinse. Despite having a fairly clean car to begin with, it took very twice as long as when I do real wash. Would definitely not recommend!

Worst car wash in town! Vacuums never work and at least three of the five or six bays don’t work, one of which does not have any indication that it doesn’t work, so it takes your money, but never turns the water on. I want this place to be decent because it’s close to me, but sadly I have to give up on it. It’s been this way for a long time, and at this point, I’m just proving the definition of insanity. Don’t go here!

So not waste your money. $3 to start the machine. And it only gives you 2 min. I put in over $5 for less than 5 min. The pressure of the water sucks. My car still had dead bugs stuck to it. Will never waste my money here again.

No joke the absolute worst car wash in the area, probably the entire city. Stuff is broken and the machine still charges you, no out of order signage and no contact info posted to report problems. Always dirty, always broken. Go anywhere else.

Not sure how this place stays open. None of the vacuums work, the sprayers are okay but overall the place is run down and not worth stopping at. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes down south to Safari in Englewood as it always delivers.

Don't waste your time. Half the vacuums don't have hoses at all and the ones that do have no attachments on the end and are just open tubes that don't create enough suction to work (see pic). I couldn't even vacuum crumbs off my seats. Many of the wash stations also are blocked off with cones, assuming that means they don't work. Even the "out of order" signs are hanging off the machines. Clearly not getting any upkeep.
