I like to get my carwash at least once a week. They have great monthly plans that you can go as much as you want during the day or week. I would look out for their promotions or ask if they have any. I gave it 4 stars because it does get busy at that location. They are on the same spot as the gas station and it gets congested. Sometimes I am unable to use the vacuum station but I will get my car washed. The staff is friendly and assist with their car wash selections. A big thank you to Stacy. She always has the bins filled with towels and checks if you need anything.

I went through the car wash and my car still was dirty. When I asked to go again they said no and kept trying to push the monthly membership and said that would be the only way I can go back through again. I have gone to other car washes and even other soapy joes locations and only one other time has that happened and they let me go through again. As you can see their streaks and just of the back of my car also was dirty but the front was the worst. Tell your employees and do better. Cause now I’m definitely not getting a membership and going back after that service.

This place is way too small. I got the super Joe wash at $25, it left a film on my windows I finished up cleaning at home. Not enough vacuums, I was honked at and yelled at by other people while waiting for a vacuum simply because there is just no room to drive around/wait without being in the way because of the connected gas station. I ultimately just left and vacuumed my car at home. They pushed me to join the monthly plan when I said no twice. I couldn’t even get in to vacuum my car out on a Monday morning. I will not be paying for a service that I can’t fully use to finished the whole task at hand. Will not be back. They asked me what was stopping be from joining the plan, I just said I didn’t want it but now it’s because 1. The wash sucked, and secondly I can’t use it to its full potential because of just how poorly it’s set up.

Great wash. Free vacuums. Well kept facility Edit: 10/8/2025 I went back again. Great conversation with the staff. Another good experience. Still busy. Car received a good basic wash. Got to use the gas service and store this time as well. Exceptionally friendly staff, well stocked store. reasonable prices consistent with the area.

I love the convenience of where this car wash is located. I don’t like that. There’s not enough vacuums and you constantly have to dry your car at a gas pump. There’s no time limit for how long somebody can be at the vacuum. So somebody can be at the vacuum when you’re going to get a car wash and still be at the vacuum when you exit the car wash. I’ve been a member of for a long time because I do love the car washes. This is just very frustrating for this location.

To say this company has gone downhill is an understatement. If you don't have a monthly subscription with them be ready for a long winded sales pitch from an 18 year old. After the 3rd 'no' they might allow you to be charged for a one time car wash. Last time that's when the supervisor came in and asked 'you sure you don't want unlimited washes?" This has been getting worse and worse. I go once every few months but never again! Just let me pay for the service I'm asking to purchase!

I tried this location because it is the closest to me. I would buy a membership, but it is not convenient to get a parking spot to vacuum and dry. Most of the time, I drive there and see all the spots full, so I keep on going. This morning I went at 8:30 and saw 3 spots open and took a chance. When I came out, 1 spot was available. This is my second time here. The first time, I went with the "Classic Joe" and was very satisfied. Today, I tried the "Super Joe" and didn't like it. Left a great film on the windows. I redid the windows with index when I arrived home, and it came right off. Route shine did not appear to have distributed evenly. I will not be trying Magic Joe. I will stick to the Classic wash. I am trying to figure out if there is a time I can go and be pretty confident I will get a drying spot. If I figure that out, I may consider a monthly subscription. For now, I will wash at home until I figure out the best time to stop by this location. **update** finally went back. I was badgered relentlessly to subscribe to unlimited washes. I will not be coming back. Nice place for someone who is willing to subscribe and has time to wait for a bay to dry and vacuum. I wish there wasn't such an aggressive push to join, and It was convenient to find a spot to dry. Always busy, just not the place for me.

Stacey was very helpful with the traffic flow and friendly. The person assisting with the purchase can be very very pushy. He is friendly and respectful but pushy. This is why I usually go to the La Mesa location instead of here because I want to avoid being hassled into the monthly rate. Overall I'm very happy with the service I get for the price.

This is the spot when you need your car looking fresh without spending your entire afternoon. Soapy Joe’s gets the job done fast and easy, and I gotta shout out the crew here they usually hook me up with an extra air freshener Now, the downside.. the vacuums. Man, a lot of these are already broken and considering this location is still shiny and new, that sucks! Like, how did this happen? Did a vacuum uprising go down? Are they unionizing? It’s like they gave up before the grand opening was even over. I’m out here trying to clean my floor mats, and half the vacuums are out of commission like they’re on permanent break But overall, Soapy Joe’s is still my spot. They’ve got clean rags, the car looks great, and hey, if the vacuums are slacking, at least I’m driving off smelling like an air freshener explosion 😎

This location is great overall. The staff is very friendly and the space is always very clean. My car is so clean every time I leave! The only bummer is the parking area to dry and vacuum, it’s usually packed and can be hard to find a spot. Other than that, it’s a solid car wash and I’d definitely recommend it.

0 star worthy customer service. The associate(s) at this location did not properly handle the cancellation of my membership at the end of September, and I have been charged for 4 months for a service I have not used. I moved to Nashville in October, and was charged every month after leaving. After escalating my concerns, NO REFUND WAS ISSUED. And even better, AFTER receiving a cancellation email in January, they charged me AGAIN for February. Photos attached. I spoke with someone named Lauren on the phone through a customer support number after receiving a call from a manager named Donald, and this was what I was met with: 1) She blamed me for not “following the cancellation procedure” when the associates were the ones who failed me. How am I supposed to know that there’s an iPad to fill out, submit cancellation, etc unless I had either done it before it was given this by an associate? 2) They refused to refund the money from October/November/December/January charges even though I was told my membership would be cancelled and I continued to be charged. I’m sorry, but you can’t refund $100 for your own error, even though I probably paid well over $1,000 while I had an active membership? I do not recommend Soapy Joe’s, and if you cancel your membership there, change your card information to avoid this same headache.

Short wash tunnel But gets bird poop off. Not enough of vaccums. Small area due to gas station there. Love the led lites inside tunnel at all locations. Airfreshners are the freshest.
