Soak City on Pittsburgh in North Canton has got to be the only car wash I've taken my car through that I didn't need to go through a second time to get my car cleaned. This is the only car wash I will ever use. Friendly employees.. always offering me a dry towel and an air freshener every visit. Keep up the good work

Have gone through a few times as this is the closest place to our home. Every time they've been very aggressively pushy about their wash pass, I have to tell them multiple times that we aren't interested. The last time the guy made it super uncomfortable and would not let it go. I would give them a 4 star rating if this was the only issue, but even buying the most expensive wash, my car is never clean. It's a really disappointing experience all around.

Exceptional customer service and wash. What’s with the negative reviews? they sound personal and vindictive. I have had only great experiences each time we have used it and have a monthly membership. Squeaky clean, dry and looking good every time. Also super easy to get in and out of, love those free vacuums. Thanks Soak City and your hard working staff!

Is a very nice car wash especially for the price. The only thing the disappointed me was that we were not offered an air freshener or towel like the other location do. I’m not sure if this location just doesn’t do that or what but we always look forward to getting a new air freshener for the car. Still a nice car wash though.

Worst car washing of all the car wash places we have tried around here. Service was good, vacuums were nice, air to blow off the mats was nice, outside of the car not so much. We have a 2 door Sudan, most of the back didn’t even get touched. The whole car as a film because the rinse didn’t get all the soap off. They use a blow drier and a big roller to finish drying and the front windshield and sunroof has smears all throughout. Spots all over because there was so much soap on without being rinsed off. Have to go our car wash near our house to finish cleaning the car. They were offering free car washes today 11/27/24. Will not be taking my car there again. Thank you for letting me figure it out for a free and not waste my money.

Well as I am still a monthly member of dads till may 19th. I have not used their service since prior to March 19th. I decided that business owners who rip customers off do not deserve business. I will stop payment on dads at the bank before may 19th. Signed up with a monthly at soak city for on 28 dollars. Great wash, car looks great! Thanks soak city for taking my ID and card and making a legal contract for your services!

Hurricane wash got everything off my car! Most washes won’t get it all but that one did! They also gave me a free air freshener and offered microfiber towels but I declined those since I had to go to work and had no time for hand-drying. That’s on me though. Awesome place!

I decided to try the new place as it's closer to home. I was EXTREEMLY disappointed. Dirt left on my car, dried soap residue and spots galore! I mean it took the salt off, but now I need to go get it washed to fix what they missed. I'll keep my pass at Sgt Clean!

I needed a quick car wash while traveling and was shocked by how clean my car was for $5! They gave me a microfiber towel and air freshener. Will definitely be back coming through town even at regular price. Also it was absolutely frigid outside so I did not get out to dry my car...still spotless!

This was My first time using this car wash but it won’t be my last. The two staff members I talked to were very friendly and helpful. The wash itself was one of the best automated car washes I think I have ever had. My car came out very clean. I especially noticed that my rims were very clean. They don’t towel dry but this place offers a Great wash, great (blower) dry, and great staff to answer questions. Today I had the hurricane wash($20 wash) includes “buff-n-dry and glisten wax. The big soft looking buffer wheel at the end didn’t touch my hood or windshield but it did seem to make contact with my cars roof. I probably wouldn’t pay extra for that but overall, They made a great first impression on me. Only time and repeat visits by me will tell if they can live up To the high standard they gave me today. 5 star review for a 5 star experience.

Just like everybody else is saying the car wash does a horrible job I've been through probably seven times with the wash pass and not one time has the car looked good afterwards and to make it worse the owner is on here not taking responsibility for the car wash not working right just making excuses. So far the issues I've noticed inside the wash are the smaller black brushes not even moving just running into the side of the car The big gray drying wheel only spins when it wants to and they push you through the car wash so fast the dryers cannot do their job

Love that they send free wash coupons, but not even worth a free wash when the brushes have sticks inside leaving a scratch on my car. Also left visible salt on my car after receiving 2nd highest wash. Not impressed.

The issue I had with this place is that the car wash made my front logo to fall off. This happened three times. Last time it happened, I wanted to cancel the pass but I didn't want to go through the car wash, the girl that helped me out said they could fish it out for me and she said someone would wait at the end to retrieve it. I trusted her so I went through the car wash but nobody was at the end to retrieve it. I parked where the vacuums are and went inside to cancel. The "manager" took some time to realize I was waiting as he was chatting outside the office. He cancelled my pass and I proceed to explained the situation. He went and check and told me he could see it and would retrieve it for me but they were packed so it was going to take some time I said I wanted to wait so I went and vacuumed my car. After 20 min or so he came out and told me they didn't have any vw logo... I said it fell inside so it is there, he gave me a bunch of excuses and said he would call me. Note: he said the same the second time it happened and he never called, I was the one that retrieved my logo at the end of the car wash line. My problem is the lies, it would've been different if he would've said lady we won't try to find it, we lied, we don't care, we will refund you. But he lied and promised something he probably didn't even try to do. I had to spent $40 to get a new logo which I didn't want to have to do. I hate this place and their lying staff.

Was not happy with this car wash would not return. and would not recommend if you own a pick up truck certain services you pay for don’t work with if you have a truck. They do not tell you this when you’re purchasing a wash and When you bring it to their attention, they say there’s nothing they can do about it which I did not like so unfortunately I will be taking my vehicles to another wash that can accommodate me.

Worst car wash to even exist. To even begin, my car wasnt even fully clean when i went through. it still had dirt marks on it. secondly, when i went through the carwash and came up i realized that part of my hood was sticking up (bug guard) and i knew it was because of the carwash. so i went back and askef if i was able yo speak to a manager and one of them is like "your currently speaking to all 4 of them" which seems little unprofessional and had little bit of attitude. so i explained what happened. the lady was not kind whatsoever. i wish i would of gotten her name. but the dude that filed the incident report was very kind to me he had glasses on but i dont remember his name. i filled out the incident report and he said they would contact me within 24 hours snd then got the email saying that they will not fix it due to it being a bug guard which for some reason they do not cover. and the car is a 2019 hondia pilot so it was below their 8 year requirement. It is ridiculous that we have to pay for something that wasnt even our fault. people should stop going to car washes like these. even when they have these big tvs saying that they wont cover all of these damages. seems REAL sketchy to me.
