SoCal Auto Detailing did a great job paint correcting our cars. Quality work, friendly, on time, etc. my only criticism: I was not a fan of the type of tire shine used. It’s more greasy than shiny. I ended up wiping off the majority of it. The detailer also used a sort of plastic coating or protectant on some plastic trim around my car that had a similar overly greasy-ness to it. I’ve gotten a detail done thru SoCal before and this was not an issue, so it may have just been the detailers personal preference. NOT A BIG DEAL AT ALL. I will definitely use them again.

They wash cars decently but their scheduling system sucks. Who cares about a good car wash when they miss appointments, get appointments mixed up, and they're not understanding of the customer circumstances? I missed one appointment because I was in the ER with a concussion and when I tried to reschedule they wouldn't return my phone call. So I rescheduled online, but they didn't show and wouldn't return my phone calls. Now they're getting me mixed up with another client because they think I have more cars than I actually have and they think I've missed multiple appointments when in fact I only missed one. I'll be using another detailer from now on. I recommend avoiding this one as they are definitely not understanding, the system they use for scheduling makes frequent errors, they do not have good follow up, and they do not value their clients.

I searched high and low for a great detailer that was reasonably priced and I found Socal Auto detailing. Appointment was an easy online process and the company is very professional. I am a very online person so having the online and text reminders were wonderful. Brandon did a great job on the detail. My husband walked out and said whose car is this? (he thinks he's funny) He did a walk through with me to show me everything he did and gave me clear and concise instructions while my mats dried. My husband had left and came back and even commented to me on how meticulous Brandon was with his work. He said he could tell he took a lot of pride in his finished product. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for both of our cars!

Amazing detailer. We had them come out to do the platinum detail package on our BMW 530I. They were punctual and did a Amazing job. It only took him 2 hrs to knock it out and it looks better than when we bought it. Shout out to the owner Matt who personally arrived to do the job. If your car needs some love I highly recommend these guys, I'm booking a appointment for my other car now.

Was heartbroken when my old detailer moved on to another career. Went through a couple different detailers before I luckily stumbled upon these guys. They did a great job on my cars and are very reasonably priced for the quality work they do. Matt the owner is a very personable guy and if you aren't happy, he will make sure to address your concerns (the very first time one of his employees came out, there were a few things I wasn't thrilled with, but I am VERY PICKY, so most people probably wouldn't have noticed or complained. I emailed Matt and he got right back to me and took care of it and talked to his guys and I've never had an issue since.) I would definitely give these guys a shot if you are looking to get your ride dialed in.

I have been a customer with So Cal for the last seven years. I have owned many vehicles and they have done great on all of them. I have had simple washes all the way up to complete details on the vehicles an they have kicked ass on all of them. I even needed vinyl lettering taken off of the tailgate of one of the trucks I purchased and after they did it I could not even tell anything had ever been on the tailgate. Don't go anywhere else for detailing needs.

This is the second time we have used SoCal auto detailing. They are on time and do an amazing job. I enjoy that they come to the house and I don’t have to wait around at a car wash. I have been looking for a 100% Hand Car Wash here in Lake Elsinore for a while now. I could never find one. I finally found one in Moreno Valley down the street from where I worked. I had to stop going there bc I no longer work in the area. I was calling around looking for a place closer to home but came across SoCal Detailing because they had a "High Rating". I made an appointment for a Wednesday,I believe. It was actually raining that day & they still came out/was earlier than expected. I was very impressed with the service I received that day. I paid for a Full Detail (Very Reasonable) I will definitely be returning and I have referred some friends of mine as well.
