The Manager Markos is very sweet, very kind. He always comes out to assist me and his customer. Everytime I visit, the building is always very clean. Makes want to return everytime. The wash system works very well, cleans my car very good. The one thing I love the most is the vacuums. They actually work! They have a strong suction system and they’re always ready for use. I definitely enjoy coming to this car wash, versus other car washes because the customer service always is great! The place is always packed, which says a lot about mark. Solid car wash! Definitely fast and efficient. I chose the highest level wash package, non-membership, to check it out! A bit spotty when drying, maybe less of an issue in warmer weather. The attendant was helpful and present. Overall, it was exactly what I needed and expected and I was impressed! My only slight issue is the vacuums are setup to be used first, I think. I always prefer to do vacuuming after the car has been cleaned outside first. I drove to the kiosk and paid, went through the car wash, out, and turned the corner back towards the vacuums. These were amazing and strong vacuums! Best in the area, in my opinion. But when I went to leave afterwards, I had to back out and turn around towards a one-way entrance and head out of the lot to the street. Luckily, it was not busy and there wasn’t a line of cars waiting, but there wasn’t another way out of the lot. So, it was a bit awkward in design. Otherwise, definitely will be coming back here when my car needs a cleaning!

I stupidly bought a membership here and very quickly realized I needed to cancel it. The “VIP lane” has been broken for months and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been here during their “business hours” and they are randomly closed. The machines break all the time (see photo right now - an employee has been coming out and manually getting payments) and the only vacuum that works is the one closest to the wash entrance, so if you use it you will get blocked in. And worst of all they are absolutely NOT open the hours they say they are (no employees in sight at 11 am on a Monday or 8:30 am on a Tuesday or 4 pm on a Saturday - all times I came to get my car washed and left in frustration in the last 2 weeks). Awful, awful, awful.

Don't bother. Came today and left with water still all over my car, it's super spotty and streaky, and the entire left side is just a series of angled streaks. I think that side of their machine needs calibration or something. A toddler could have done better by hand. 0/10, dont recommended.

We have a membership here on 3 cars. The car wash itself is in disrepair. Never any trash bags in the trash cans, broken vacuums, old dirty brushes, usually leaves a lot of soap on the back of my SUV after each wash and a lot of the time you pull in the get washed and the gate won’t open and the attendant is nowhere to be found. You would think being that Napleton owns this and they was their customer cars here too, that it would be better taken care of. We are cancelling as soon as this month membership runs out.

Today my back window and paint received severe damage going through wash. An employee told me that it was already like this until I had him reveiw the footage. He was unable to give me a number to call for the wash so I had no choice other than to leave a reveiw of the terrible service I received today. Would not recommend this wash as for they have no customer service if you ever have an issue!
