If I will get money back and automatic wash will work I would change my review.Got there today and paid $10.The car wash sprayed soap and left me with soap on car at freezing weather.I supposed to wash it of on self wash for $15 more.Left the car dirty and with -$25.How can I get my refund???No answer from the phone number.

Normally our to go to car wash but been there multiple times and the first bay is not working with certain features. Pre soak does not work and tri foam does not work.

$3.00 for 5 minutes. Nice facility with most bays clean and all equipment in good repair. Lots of menu choices on the self service bays. It takes quarters or credit cards. I just wish it would take dollar coins or tokens. Stuffing 36 quarters in the machine is a little bit of a hassle and takes a lot of time. Open 24/7/365. It’s not the best I have ever seen in 50 years, but it is top 10%.

The touchless wash is awful at best. Leaves a nasty film all over the car. I keep my car clean, so I just wanted to wash it off after the rain we had. Pretty bummed out considering it wasn’t exactly cheap.

Went to use the high pressure wash to clean my truck. The pre soak did not work, the tri foam did not work and the brush looks horrible. The high pressure soap had no soap at all! All I got to do it rings off my truck. No soap! The first time I went it was ok but it has been going down hill sadly.

First time using this location. The convenience of credit/debit card use to operate the vacuum is great. I also wanted to wash my vehicle, but there are birds nesting in the roof and they didn't like being disturbed and they made it known.

The vacuum is nice for a $1 a pop and it takes credit cards at the bays when cleaning/washing. But the change machine has been out of order the last several times I've been there. So it only took change or credit cards. The drive-in auto car wash is brushless which is pointless and worthless. But this one usually stays on top of their equipment. Newer wands, hoses etc.

My boyfriend and I have been using this car wash for over a year now and it used to be the place to go. But lately we are having to go elsewhere because it's out of soap, foam brush is bone dry, and now the change machine isnt working. It's one of the nicer car washes in the area but seems to be getting neglected lately.

Worst car wash in the state of Delaware. Every time I come here something is broken or they are out of soap or wax. This time the brush wouldn’t disperse soap. Will never stop here again. Huge waste of money and my time.

I went through the car wash yesterday an spent 12$ cash and the green light came on. I drove into the bay. Then the entire car wash shut off on me. I called the number on this website. No answer and left a message. Waiting for a response. So not sure if it's broken. But it ate my cash and gave no wash. I do like this place though. Very convienet close to my home.

If I can give this car wash a zero I would. Each bay has something different wrong with it to prevent you from fully washing your car and it's been this way for a long time. I'm still looking for a way to get a refund because you wouldn't know that these things don't work until you pay and try to use.

The car wash itself is good. I washed my car there and my car looks good. That being said, the vacuums that take cards are both out of order at the moment. To my understanding there's no where to get tokens so I had to leave to get money. Would be nice if there was a way to convert card to coins on site.

Consumers going there please be aware of the fraudulent business if you use your debit card to purchase wash for your vehicle, I did and days later when transaction cleared thru my bank another 5.00 dollars was deducted from original charge of 10.00 for car wash. I contacted my bank they filed a dispute immediately put the 5.00 difference back in my account also said you need to contact attorney general consumers protection to report this fraudulent behavior by owner of that car wash

Charged my account twice. No one to call or report the issue to. Left many voicemails for assistance. This is not the first that this has happened I have been told by other local residents. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
