Payed for the ultimate wash only for my car to come out looking no different than when it went in dirt still caked on just with water spots now. Called to see how to rectify this, no answer.

The automated car wash was terrible, light dirt on the car wasn't removed in the process of the wash. It was still on the car on easy to clean spots like the hood. The soaps used must be diluted. The wash didn't even get to the back of the car, no bumper, lights or anything just missed the whole back..wow ! Even when property placed on the sensors, I don't think the wash is calibrating correctly at all for cars that enter the wash. That was the top wash tier.... There are better places around town for your money 💵

Me and my friend now come to this wash, we been to others that are subpar. She lives on the south side and drives up here for this location. Everything works pretty good, only complaint is that the dryers are a little weak and sometimes don't hold out for the whole time. And it's not far from where I live so that's a bonus for me :)

For the price it's a solid wash and the updated card readers make using this wash a lot easier. Worth noting if unfamiliar with touchless washes, they will do nothing to caked on dirt. I use this wash to keep my car fresh between hand washes. Also the dryers here are okay but I'd probably bring a drying towel with you if your car is larger.

Touch free car wash does a pretty good job when I'm too busy to hand wash the car myself. The blowers don't really do a great job drying your car at all like others mentioned, but a short cruise down the highway gets most of it and a drying rag at home gets the rest. The vacuums are not free. I think the grounds the place sits on could be a little better maintained as well.

Paid for the $12 wash. For some reason the wash stopped half way. Owner saw this on the camera and came out and told me to go into the other wash bay and he'll start it for me again. I like that I didn't have to go looking for him, he immediately came out and made it right. Wash was also excellent, my car would look spotless if I spent a few minutes to dry the car but I was in a hurry. Blow dryers did a good enough job. Edit: I went back recently, unfortunately negative experience. Paid for the $10 wash and this time stopped to dry with my microfiber cloths. I saw that a lot of soap residue was left on the car, and being that my car is black and the soap is white, this was very noticeable. Overall I'm giving 3 as the average. 1 star for recent visit, 5 stars for first visit. I don't think I will be going back though, not worth the price if I am left with soap residue to clean up.

Good spot self-serve vacuuming, automatic wash so you don't even have to get out your car also if you're in the mood for something to eat well there's a nice food truck on the premises

the car wash completely stop in the middle of having my car full of soap .. left lane. The number on here did help i have them a call at 10:30pm and they helped to get my car completely washed again

I was excited to find SLG Touch Free Car Wash when searching for a touchless option nearby. The location is convenient, the pricing is reasonable, and they even have vacuums and shaded areas, which is a nice touch. However, the biggest downside is the reliability of the car wash itself. I’ve had it stop mid-cycle on me three separate times, and I’ve seen it happen to others while waiting in line. On one occasion, the wash didn’t even start at all. When this happens, you have to call the number listed, which directs you to Google AI. Sometimes you can get through to someone, but other times, it takes multiple calls. They do eventually fix the issue remotely, but it’s frustrating to deal with. I really hope they address these technical issues, but for now, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

The car wash was OK for the price but they raised the prices. You should get more passes for what you are paying. The car wash has been flooded for almost a month. The drains are clogged on both bays. Don't you all check on the property? It's not exactly easy to get in and out of the lot because there's that taco truck with its customers in the way.

I dont know how this car wash isn't at a 4.5 or 5 star it cleans the car really good all I would say is to to get a better blower to dry the car but it works really good and for the price I drive all the way from palo alto just to get my car washed here

I came in because I went out of town and had some bugs in the front of my SUV. I chose the ultimate carwash and everything was going well until the air dryers part. I believe it gave you 80 seconds but mine only lasted for 10 seconds. So my car was soaking wet at the end. See attached pictures. I also noticed that there were still lots of bugs in the front of the suv.

Went for the first time yesterday and definitely not impressed. I was excited because I needed a true “touch free” wash and this place sadly did not deliver. My truck is still dirt. I’m not sure how it even missed these areas. Definitely not worth it if you ask me.
