Depends on the attendant, one lady get the back end good, spray and brushing! Others do as little as possible! Tonight 12/16/25 I got there at 6:51 and they had cones up and closed up! How lazy are we???? 3 cars were coming out of the tunnel as I was turning around!

The *majority* of the staff at this location are only willing to do the bare minimum, and only if you ask for it. I came through the wash with mud on my car and windshield. I asked for them to use the pressure washer. The guy said ok, then didn't use the pressure washer on my car at, all. When I went back through right away as I've been a member for the last 4 years, I was told they only use the pressure washer when asked (apparently not even then) and they don't use it on your wheels or wheel wells at all as 'policy'. I was sent through the wash once again without the pressure washer being used and mud visibly all over my windshield. I had to get going so I came back later. Interestingly enough, when I returned the following morning to have another wash and hopefully get the mud off my car, the hardworking Hispanic woman who is normally there and usually goes above and beyond unless it's super busy was in the tunnel. She already had the pressure washer out and had used it on all 3 car's before me, seemingly *without being asked* like only she normally does. She had no issue making sure the mud came off and she wasn't malicious towards me for asking her to get it like the other 4 staff had been told me. I will be reconsidering my membership and likely switching to a wash with better customer service "policies". I suggest you consider doing the same.
