I've been using Speed Carwash for a month with their $20 membership. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the service. The cleaning is very good, friendly staff, and my car always looks clean after a visit. Their car wash does an excellent job on the tires, and they have a powerful air dryer and vacuum. However, their parking is limited, so if you want to wipe down your car with towels, you first need to exit the carwash and re-enter their parking area. Despite this, for the price, I'd give them 5 stars.

I been coming here for months and i made friends with the employee, his name is EDWARD and he is very people friendly and helps out with questions I have. Also this car wash doesnt leave streaks like some other car washes and also doesnt push in the side mirrors. I have no complaints from this car wash.

I had the worst experience here in my life. I purchased a membership from an worker, thinking that it was only going to be for one month. But I realized that it has been going out of my account for 3 months. The company and car wash was not answering the calls we have been doing, it was all ai.

I was driving by and noticed the giant sign on top of the business. Quickly, I remembered the feeling of disgust seeing my car horrid of dust , windows filthy, interior carpets a mess, just horrid. I decided it's time, I cannot keep procrastinating. I was greeted by this young lady explaining the choices they got which is 2, the basic and the pro. She also mentioned membership prices and promotions. Today's promotion was signing in for membership, basic for 19.99 and pro membership for 29.99, and just for signing up for membership all I had to pay today was $5.00 🥲 Of course, with the blazing summer of LA, I chose the Pro membership. Now, the pitch that sold me, are you ready?! You start off vacuuming your car first! And let me tell you, the suction is immaculate 🥹 I was so grateful I almost yelled thank you!!!!! Most car wash spots have the tiniest suction, there's no reason to vacuum the car at all. But this place right here, makes it a joy. At least for me. The wash is quite the experience, I was just happy sitting back relaxed in my car watching colored bubbles or whatever without a worry. Overall I guess it's true. Hitting your 30s is being delighted your local super market has exactly what you love, AND knowing you have your car squeaky clean 🫧 😉

I got the $15 basic wash and my car was more clean than pricier washes elsewhere- and no spots! I love that Speedwash gives you wet dash wipes for free and that you vacuum first- no water dripping in your car- you just drive on out. Thank you for a great Carwash!

I like this location. The membership price isn't too bad. All the employees here are very nice. Edward is always super friendly. The only thing I would recommend for customer is to come during times when there is less traffic. When rush hour hits, it's hard to get out of the car wash.

I paid for the Graphene Wash, but after applying the graphene solution, the machine didn't rinse it with water before drying. As a result, my car was left with blue liquid streaks and heavy water spots all over the windows and body (see photos)

I have been using this car wash for over a year and it’s Always excellent. It’s clean, everything’s stocked, vacuum always working and there’s always staff available for any questions or concerns. My last visit, Jose was super helpful in particular and overall great experience with the unlimited wash package for under $40 a month.

Had a really wonderful experience at this spot today. It was my first time and I came here in a rush as I had a meeting to run to and my car looked unpresentable. When I arrived I was met with the most incredible and empathetic service, and was helped by Carlos to ensure I could get in the wash even though I didn’t come prepared with the right cards. I am beyond grateful and was impressed by not only Carlos’ service but also the speed and accessibility of the wash itself. It was super quick, left my car spotless, and its location made it a prime spot to get on the freeway to work. Will definitely be coming here again!

Complaint Regarding Car Wash Closure Without Notice Dear Speedwash Silverlake Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern. Today, the car wash was closed even though there was no rain from the afternoon until now (2:35 PM). It only rained in the morning, and after the weather became completely dry, the wash still remained closed with no notice to customers. I have been using this location for a very long time—even before Speedwash, when it was under different ownership. Ever since Speedwash opened, I have washed my car here regularly because you are truly the best car wash in town. I also want to say that your Silverlake staff are extremely professional, very polite, very respectful, and I am always thankful for their great service. They are honestly the best team ever. This is one of the big reasons I stay loyal to this location. However, it is upsetting to see this closure issue happening again and again. I completely understand if you close during heavy rain, but during dry hours, the wash should be open—especially for customers who want to vacuum and wash their cars. This afternoon, there was no rain at all, yet the wash was still closed. I called and spoke to the staff, but they did not have any specific reason for the closure. As a loyal customer paying for the monthly unlimited plan, this is frustrating and feels unfair. I kindly request an explanation for today’s closure and a credit or adjustment for the missed service day. Clear communication and consistent operation will help maintain customer trust. Dang I used to love this place and go out of my way to come here for their basic $12 wash. Now its $15. Then I paid for the deluxe today how awful. $25 and the tire polish got on the bottom side edges of my wrx, making it dirtier … wiped off when i got home. Spots on my mirrors, and it didn’t do that good of a wash… not sure what happened? Prices increased and the service got worse? Staff is friendly. Vacuums are good.

I would like to share my experience with Silver Lake Speed Wash. I was one of the first customers to sign up for their promotional offer of $19.99 per month for an unlimited graphene car wash. I registered two vehicles under my name using the same credit card, which is required for automatic monthly payments. After the first two months, the price increased to $29.99, which I paid for several months without issue. However, without any notification by mail, text, or phone call, the company upgraded my plan to the $39.99 ceramic wash. This change was made without my authorization or consent, and they began deducting the higher amount directly from my bank account. I only became aware of this after being charged for four months. Once I discovered the issue, I canceled my account and received a text message confirming the cancellation. Despite this, two months later, I checked my bank account and saw that I was still being charged for a service that had already been canceled. When I requested a refund, Silver Lake SpeedWash refused to issue one and instead offered a gift card, claiming they were “doing me a favor” and stating that they do not offer refunds, even though the charges occurred after my cancellation. I would not recommend this place unless you are comfortable with a company deciding how your money is spent without your consent. It appears my original review was not read carefully. At no point did I make any threats of any kind. I simply explained what happened. I spoke directly with the manager, Carlos, and explained the issue in detail. That is the reason I am sharing my experience with the public. One of the pictures clearly shows that I canceled my subscription. The cancellation was made because my credit card was charged a higher amount without my consent or any prior notification. I explained the issue to the lady in charge at the main entrance. I was told, “I will cancel your service and inform the manager so he can provide a better explanation.” After that conversation, I left the establishment. A few minutes later, I received another text message with a verification code. The next day, after the cancellation, I received another text message from the manager dated October 11. Please read the date carefully. If there are internal issues with how your staff uses the system, that is not my responsibility. I did cancel my subscription, and having my credit card information on file does not give your company the right to charge any amount without proper notification. “Transparency is key to a successful business”. Customers should receive notifications informing them that a subscription is about to end and that prices are increasing, so they can decide whether to cancel or continue. That did not happen in my case. Do not contact me any more stop harassing me! I am glad that I am done doing business with Speedwash.
