There currently discontinuing certain brands of tobbacco, not bad, setvice was quick and easy and conveniently located with easy access to bus stops. I paid 2$ a pack / cigs, gas is alittle more expensive here though, but still decently priced. Fun customer service. Thanks guys!

8:13pm on Tuesday October 5th. Doors locked and lights out. Store hours state a 10pm close on both google and in the store window. Be nice if your hours were accurately posted. Other than that no complaints. Fine store.

Terrible car wash. Even at $6 I overpaid. Just take a look at the dirt left on my tires and wheel wells. The wash isn't properly maintained and seemed to be almost out of soap and didn't have adequate pressure to wash off loose dirt.

People and places change and acts of kindness make a difference. I received an act of kindness this morning from Jack, who runs the propane business at ShortStop Arapahoe. Reviews of this business are far from positive and I was hesitant to go there. . Last summer I bought a 30 lbs tank from Costco and had it filled at ShortStop Arapahoe. Upo learning I needed a 20 lb tank to fit in the heater, I called ShortStop Arapahoe to see if I could swap it out for a new filled 20 lb tank. The 30 pounder and the propane cost more than the new 20 lb tank, however I was okay about covering the loss. Jack was helfpul, informative, and attentive. He swapped my new 30 lb tank for a new filled 20 lb tank and then handed me cash to cover the difference!

The middle aged man was working on a Sunday during the thick of COVID would not assist me in using his phone. I was locked out in the evening without shoes(a wind kicked up as I was leaving work and my car keys were locked in the car) and this person was yelling at me to go away that he was closed. Lost my business for life due to putting me in danger.

Really run-down kind of place, bars on the window style, and the propane attendant is rude. He wouldn't fill my take because I used the scale to weigh my tank while it was empty. When he finally came over and saw I'd weighed my tank he gave me a heap of attitude then handed me my tank.

This is usually the first place I stop in the morning to get coffee before work, and therefore the staff at ShortStop are usually the first people I say hi to each day. There's two gentlemen, and one women that work the counter that interact with regularly, and all three are always warm and friendly. I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Thanks for always being there.

Over charged for propane refill of RV tanks. After mentioning, older male attendant with accent discounted grill pricing $2 but would not give me RV rate. After pointing to sign that states differently, he discounted $4 but would not fill until I went inside to pay. I returned with paid slip to find he only filled 3/4 full. My tanks have a gauge & I buy propane often as a full-time RVer(2yrs) and never had this before. He refused to let me see scale weights or see how much propane was used. I've had better interaction here over the years, but never again!

Rude gentleman controlling the car wash. Would not come back. He was the old guy with a beard smoking a cigarette. Thanks for the free car wash but I unfortunately will not be back until he does not work here anymore.

The car wash scratched my brand new car all over. I mean completely covered in small scratches. I had to pay a detailer $300 to polish the entire car to fix this. Do not go here.

Bummer. I've been filling my BBQ propane tanks at ShortStop for 10 years, and always had a good experience. Not today. 20lb tank holds 4.5-4.7 gallons of propane. It takes a little time to fill, and the fill usually costs about $18. Today a new young gothed-out fellow was working the fill. No smile. No response to a "hello." Had the hood of his hoodie up. I thought maybe he had his Airbuds in, but if he was listening to music it must have been terribly depressing because he acted like a Dementor. Not someone I would have working a service job. All this would have been fine -- maybe he was just having a bad day -- but in less time than it takes to tell he was done. Only 1.7 gallons in an empty 20lb tank. Maybe I'll be able to grill a couple of brats with that. At least I only paid $7. It's sad because I like to be loyal to businesses that have given me good service, as ShortStop has. But this experience was such a turnoff that when I got home I first checked how many gallons should have been added, and then started looking for a new supplier. Found a newish hardware store I like and is closer is getting solid reviews. I won't be going back to ShortStop.

This was not a good car wash. There were several areas on my vehicle it completely missed. There was a lot of soap scum left over on the areas it did get to. No option for touch less wash, if that's a priority for you.

just stop for the wash, paid but door didn't open, went for cashier, asked him, any wrong with car wash i paid for it but didn't start, he was like ,"ohh! its working come tomorrow, your money gone. he was too high that he was just repeating same words even ask for the refund. horrible car wash with bad service.

Good basic carwash. Nice employee . I stopped here early on a Sunday am for a quick wash to clean off the sticky residue that coats my car after I park under my oak tree. A hose at home won’t do it. Cashier was friendly and very helpful. I told him I was nervous about lining up on the tracks (as I got confused and instinctively hit the brakes at another tunnel wash place where they then yelled at me). He came out to guide me in. Everything was smooth. A great start to my day! Is it the same as a longer wash with hand dry? No. Did it get all the dried on ick spots off my car? No. Did it clean off what I wanted and make my car look fresh again? Yes! For reference my car is over 10 years old and long past mint condition. YMMV.
