Came from Woody’s car shack and couldn’t be any happier. They have amazing services that include the under body wash of the car driving through floodwater all the time. This was extremely important and it’s only $25 a month very excited about it. They have always had a amazing customer service very clean facilities and johnny the employee always sprays down my entire vehicle right before going into the car wash. Recommend this place more!

I am not one to take the time to write reviews. I’ve been going here since day one.There was an incident today where the brushes caught my antenna and ripped it off . I spoke the gentleman working told him what happened. He looks at me and said oh we’re not covering that with an attitude like I did something wrong. I asked to speak with the general manager, and he says the same thing. And then points to a sign that says they don’t cover damages. didn’t even see it. Blends in with the rest of the signs. Beware any damages that their car wash does they are not taking responsibility for

They are always closed! I got a membership after months of going and being told about them. Since then, I have paid monthly but every time I have gone they seem to be "closed for maintenance". Across the street is another car wash that is NEVER closed. I wanted to keep the membership, but they have a lot of problems with their equipment that need to be figured out.

I had to give a star to write anything. If you care about your car, do not bring it here…I got the ultimate which comes with a free wash within 4 days and I wouldn’t come back… Pretty sure paint came off my car, the bristles from the automatic was were found stuck in my mirrors and countless other issues including running out of towels, complimentary mat washer was broken. Total waste of money. As an update, I sent an email with photos per the owner request below. Last update: Links refunded the cost of the wash, and offered 2 free additional washes. I just took the money.

Don’t go here, there’s a place across the street. They have a friendly staff but let me be brief about my recent experience… first of all when you go through a car wash it shouldn’t smell like raw sewage coming through the air vents of your cabin. This place was exactly that. Like gross to the point I asked one of the attendants and they said it was recycled water. Also the nozzle that sprays the water out of places you can’t reach was broken. Really a shame for a place that hasn’t been in existence that long to become such a SShow

This was a great experience with a wonderful and help staff (Josh). Prices are very reasonable and a lot of great amenities also well maintained. I met with the manager name Josh and he went above and beyond by helping me with anything I needed and with that level of service they have earned my business. I would definitely recommend this place for your next car wash.

I tried LINKS several months ago and was underwhelmed, decided to give them another try today. Purchased the "Ultimate" AKA most expensive wash. My car was lightly soiled from a weeks worth of regular road dirt. First attempt, the smell in the tunnel was OVERWHELMING, very high sulfur smell, almost to the point I couldn't tolerate it. My back hatch didn't get touched AT ALL. requested a second tip thru, no issues. STILL DIDNT GET TOUCHED. Between the smell and the poor wash, and no tire shine, I'll never go back!

I visited link’s car wash on 4th St., North and 68th Ave., Friday morning 8 o’clock spoke to Dylan the attendant that was at the machine about helping me with vacuuming and he was more than willing. I had the best experience during the time interacting with him he was so helpful and a great asset to this company. I will see him in the future as I’m considering a monthly subscription. !! I was lucky to pull into Links car wash on 4th St. in St. Petersburg one morning. Although my RV/van was too tall to go through the car wash, they allowed me use the vacuums. This was in contrast to their competitors across the street, Woodie’s Wash Shack, who wanted to charge me $13 for a basic car wash, when I could only use the vacuums. I appreciate the folks at Links; they saved me time and helped me out!

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid at All Costs – Damaged My Car and Took No Responsibility This car wash (formerly Shine Auto, now rebranded) seriously damaged my vehicle, and they refused to take accountability. At the very end of the wash, a piece of equipment latched onto my back bumper and pulled, pulling half my bumper off, and leaving obvious visible damage. When I brought it to their attention, they claimed they couldn’t do anything because their cameras "didn't catch it." Conveniently, the only camera that didn't "see" anything was at the exact spot where the damage occurred. However, the footage from the entrance clearly showed my car entering with no damage — yet they still refused to take any responsibility. Even more concerning? I found a review from another customer who had the exact same thing happen to their vehicle. This suggests a pattern of negligence, not a one-off incident. It’s pretty clear to me that this business: Knows its equipment is faulty Has strategically placed cameras to avoid liability Cares more about rebranding than fixing serious customer-impacting issues I’ve attached photos showing the damage to my vehicle and a screenshot of the other customer's review. You are putting your vehicle at serious risk by coming here. Instead of hiding behind a new name, this business should focus on fixing their equipment, improving their accountability, and actually valuing their customers. Stay far, far away.

My driver side mirror was torn off by the spinning machine at the St Petersburg location. The attendant took pics and had me fill out an incident report. He said someone would contact me in 48 hours. I haven't heard from them. It seem they do not care if their machine causes damage to customer's vehicle. This is very unfortunate. I would love for someone to reach out to me so I can get my mirror repaired.
