They are nice and prices in store are cheap plus they make you pay for air because it costs that much whoever wrote that us very critical... I go there almost everyday its easy in and out and they have good pumps as well as car wash would hate if it went out of business

This store isn't open 24-7 - not even close. Usually closes by 10 at the latest. Why lie about your hours on Google? You'll just make people like me drive to your store and get frustrated because it's rarely open. Bad business strategy if you ask me. Guess I don't own a gas station so who knows? I'll never be back.

Love this place, been our staple for getting fuel since we moved into the area. 90% of my gas station shopping in The Woodlands goes here, gas, lotto, all of it. But their new gas pump video screens are such awful dystopian nightmare fuel that we will not return, except once a quarter to see if those awful screens have been disabled. They are loud, always on, and horribly out of sync. It hurts me physically to try and fuel up.

The panel for increasing/decreasing the tire pressure from the default 32 psi is busted so I was not able to check my spare tire (it requires 60 psi). A light has been flickering rapidly at night as well, for months. This is the last time I use this location.

I was in a rush on the way to Houston & needed to get gas for my car & waters to give to our construction workers. My gas pump said I needed to see the cashier, no problem I needed to go inside to get water anyways. Nobody was at the cashier. I couldn't wait another however minutes I was there, but terrible service. Another customer came in and walked out also. Whoever was working at 10am on Monday the 21st needs to be more attentive on the job.

There was a woman with special needs working alone and put my money in other pump witch I couldn’t get back by there mistake! Is not a problem because is not a lot but still a very bad situation for such a simple to do like put gas

This is the worst Shell gas station I have ever seen. Sometimes there is a woman in there puts up a note on the window says she’s on break. Come back in 10 minutes and then she puts another note up saying I have to go to the bathroom. come back in 10 minutes Today. I was there and there was this old lady outside. She was the woman working there. She said you can’t get nothing everything seems

horrible place! i was trying to use the restroom and they don't let me until i purchase something and after i get out the restroom i give them the key and before i get out another guy came in and he go straight to the restroom when he nottice it was locked he ask if he can use it they go and open the door for him when he done he just step out and buy nothing that's unfair and is called discrimination!!!

Not sure the purpose of this gas station is to sell gas as they’re way overpriced compared to others in the area. They definitely don’t want to be a convenience store because it is rarely open. The front door is locked at all hours of the day and the employees are completely unmotivated to help customers.

I’m glad to see that Shell is waking up and lowering their gas prices in popular places. Several weeks ago it was $2.79 for regular. Would love to see it under two dollars in my area where I use their station frequently.! Remember to use your Kroger card for additional discounts!
