Avoid this car wash! brought my car here and the automatic brushes left visible swirl marks and scratches all over the paint and lights. What was supposed to be a simple clean ended up damaging my car's finish. It's clear they don't maintain or replace their equipment properly. Now I'm stuck with costly paint correction work. If you care about your car, stay away.

Car wash never opens on time anymore. Good wash but it doesn’t clean the back of your vehicle. I ask the guy at entrance to spray the back of my truck and he has a bad attitude!!!!!!! Have been coming here for many years!!! More than 50 years.

I have been coming here for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Great service, fast and competitive pricing on oil changes. They also give you a free car wash. Extra bonus, cheapest gas prices in the area with covered bays so you don't get rained on, emissions testing, car wash, free digital tire inflation area, and a well appointed convenience store with lotto and spotless bathrooms. The place is always busy and fast. In my opinion they set the standards in customer service. The staff never changes and they always great you. To notch establishment... Thanks

I used to love going here to wash my car regularly, and was even an unlimited member at one point. The last few times I have gone, I have confirmed that something has changed with regard to the drying of vehicles. The car wash dryers used to be able to get everything pretty dry, but now my car comes out soaking wet every time. Thankfully they have those blue microfiber cloths to help dry my vehicle after the wash, but that means I have to spend another 15 or so minutes outside of my car trying to dry it and taking up a spot at the pump. If I get a response from management that they have fixed this, I will revise my review and return as a customer. Overall I really enjoyed going here because the staff are always nice. Super disappointed in whatever has happened to the quality of the car wash.

This place is kind of amazing! Needed to vacuum my car and stopped over here, great experience. Tap your card to activate the vacuum (no need to bring cash and get coins like it's 1999) There a place to clean you floor mats, a sink for extra dirty things. Wipes, cloths. You can get your emissions, oil changed, gas. Great stop. I would go back.

There was a mis-understanding relating to the monthly subscription. Unfortunately I was out of the country for two months and could not deal with two charges. Upon my return home, I stopped by their office and met the manager Walter. I was impressed by his professionalism, courteous approach and understanding. He listened to my story, took notes and promised to call me back within 24 hours. True to his word, I received a phone call from him the next day and he informed me that a refund to my credit card was approved and will be credited to my account within three days. Two days later, I received the refund. Walter is an asset to Old Greenwich Car Wash company . He treated me with respect, understanding and genuine interest to help.

My car was damaged by the car wash. My exterior was scratched and the trim above my tire was ripped off. Lester lied and said the piece of trim they found in the wash was not mine. Walter said they would review the footage and get back to me and never did. They refused to return the piece of my car back to me (which was broken in half). This resulted in my having to call the police. Because there was a small scratch!! on my trim they told the officer there was pre-existing damage and would not be covering the repairs. The cost of these repairs wouldve been minimal but there isn’t any amount of money that can fix a business’ reputation. I will be warning everyone to avoid them at all costs. Disturbingly unethical behavior. Below is the image of the trim that was “definitely not mine” and “belonged to a truck” that they “couldn’t give to me in case the owner came back for it.”

This car wash signed me up for a paid subscription without my permission or signature. When I gave them my credit card, they said they would only charge me $1 for the trial period, but instead they charged me a full subscription, which I never agreed to. The worst part is that they charged me every month and I only noticed it a few months later. There is no way to cancel online, no clear instructions, nothing - clearly designed to trap people and keep charging them. Stay away if you value your money and time.

Car was not cleaned. Go to splash or 3d in Stamford, your car will actually get cleaned and you’ll have good customer service. I have photos and a video walk around to show how bad it was - no place to post that on this review unfortunately. Note: I did reach out to them before posting this and gave them a couple of weeks to respond or address the issue. I feel like that is always fair before posting a negative review. I have heard nothing from them.

⸻ Terrible Experience – car wash scratched- Unsafe Equipment and Unprofessional Management Today I took my car to this car wash and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. While my car was in the middle of the wash and properly in neutral, the tire guide system that pushes the vehicle forward malfunctioned. My car suddenly stopped and came out of the tire holder, causing it to strike something on the bottom right bumper. The entire car wash then shut down. No employees came to assist, and everything eventually restarted on its own. While my car remained stopped, the vehicle behind me continued being pushed forward toward my car, creating a serious risk of collision. I had to continuously honk my horn to get someone’s attention. Eventually, an employee arrived and instructed me to put the car into drive so I could exit the wash. I immediately parked and noticed a large scratch on the bottom right bumper that was absolutely not there before entering the wash. I called the police right away. A person claiming to be the manager approached me, asked what happened, and immediately blamed me, refusing to listen to any explanation. When I informed him that the police were on their way, he became agitated, walked away, then returned showing me a photo on his phone, claiming it was video footage proving that I didn’t hit anyone in front of me. This clearly showed he did not understand the situation at all, as there was no car in front of me — the danger came from the car behind me, and the damage occurred on the right side, not the front. When the police arrived, the manager repeatedly interrupted me as I tried to approach the officer. I had to raise my voice to state that I should be heard first since I was the one who called the police. Even then, the manager interrupted again until he was asked to step away so I could explain what happened. A report was made. The manager then gave multiple excuses, including claiming the video footage was unclear due to the sun, and refused to take responsibility for the malfunctioning equipment. To make matters worse: • My car exited the wash dirty and covered in soap • No apology was offered • No attempt was made to complete or refund the service I paid for • As I was trying to leave, the same manager repeatedly walked behind my car, making it impossible to safely back out This was an unsafe, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating experience. I will be involving insurance, and if responsibility is not taken, my attorney will handle the matter. Do not come here. Very disappointed.

Definitely a scam if you sign up for the unlimited. My card was double charged for this month and theres no way to cancel outside of ordering a new debit card. I left a voicemail and sent in a request through their online portal but there isnt an option to get confirmation let alone cancel it on your own. So disappointing.

Was visiting from out of state and wanted to use the car wash. The kid that charged me said they could charge me $1 to try it for the month so I agreed. Now I see this month a recurring charge for monthly subscription that I did not agree to. Person I called and spoke to said that it says on the receipt I was given that it’s a subscription. So they don’t verbally tell people that they are swiping their card for a subscription. After they’ve charged you for it they hand you a receipt for the charge, a receipt that says in small print that the card will continue being charged in the months to follow for a subscription. This is completely scammy! What kind of business intentionally avoids explaining to customers the terms of what they are being offered and then hands it to them is small writing to cover their own butts afterward? Of course no one wants to sign up for a subscription so they make it a point not to tell you. It’s not like I could have misheard or misunderstood either, I’ve looked at other reviews for this place and other people have said the same thing happened to them. I’ll be reporting this place to the business bureau.

A little difficult to figure out if you've never been here before and people will literally injure you to get ahead of you, but they are very efficient. I mean, barely enough time to shift from neutral to drive before the car behind you bumps you.. decent wash quality but not the best. Good to quickly remove salt and whatnot. Almost worth the $19 it cost.
