I fill up gas everyday because of my job and I want to go here as my daily gas station, its clean and price is cheaper, but the voice-over when you're going to fill up is so F*****G ANNOYING (especially, I'm filling up my gas "everyday"). SOMETIMES IT'S EVEN FREAKING LOUD. I'm avoiding this place because of that.

So it's not as brightly lit as the Chevron across the street and from the freeway you have to make a U-Turn to get here. You don't have to make a U to get out of here and the path to get in here isn't nearly as bad and they have cheaper gas regularly in high and low prices. I hate to review comparing specifically to someone else, but lets face it like all cornered rival gas stations it's inevitable. Shell's back is to the street which limits exposure and parking is a little off, not as ergonomic as other stations. The staff is generally nice with a decent selection of snacks and refreshments. The prices are on par if not slightly below other local competition. Shell is the marque anchor of the shopping center as I couldn't even tell you another store on it's corner. They now have these blinking red lights while the nozzle is off the hook (the entire time your pumping) so it's really annoying.

It's gas. Enough said. The price is about $0.20 higher than Costco per gallon and about $0.10 than Chevron but they are a then only gas on the south side of the freeway so location location location, let's them charge more. Usually clean and only occasionally have a had pump down. The car wash could use some improvement as it has always favored the driver's side if the car and does a poor job on the passenger side unless you know and start further over than normally indicated by the marker.

No attendant to wash my wheels. I saw him washed the wheels behind me after I pulled in. I am going through a second time because it did not rinse my car at all. Mexican woman at desk did not speak so I could understand her.Worst car wash I have ever been to!!!!!!

To be honest I would have given three stars if this locations prices weren't as good as they are. Anywhere from five to 13 cents a gallon cheaper than the Shell located right on the other side of the freeway. Staff has been a rotating door of incompetent people but as of late they seem to be much better. This location has beer, snacks, ice, and a car wash.

I buy gas and snacks from this place at least 2 times a week, today the lady working sold me expired trail mix I came back in while my car was gassing up and asked to exchanged them for another one that wasn’t expired. She looked so confused and told me no with her hand up and said “she’s never seen me before and won’t exchange them” It’s just a snack and wasn’t a big deal to me but once she said she’s never seen me even though she just rang me up 2 mins before this I lost it! I made a big deal because of how she treated the situation and it was the worst customer service I’ve experienced! I will be taking my business to the gas station across the street from now on and never EVER be back! You all should do the same and just drive past the light for better customer service and snacks that aren’t expired!

First time, not coming here anymore.. but gas price is cheaper than where I'm from. I came from work to fill up on gas and use the restroom. The cashier, Delia was extremely rude. I asked several times if there's a public restroom and she straight up ignored me. I finished paying, asked again then she points to the key. I ask her which direction is it located, and she looked irritated. She rudely responded there and rudely pointed the direction. However, she was behind the counter where I couldn't see her. I said excuse me and left. I came back and still said thank you in which she replied have a good day or something like that. Long story short, VERY bad customer service from Delia.

Easy to get to. Decent store inside. They have a car wash, and the machine will ask you before you start pumping if you would like a wash today. Coin-op vacuums are located in the parking lot as well. There's an annoying recording (each time to fill your tank) reminding you to replace the nozzle when you're done filling up.

Do not trust any place that doesn't bother responding to reviews for starters! I stop here every few days, I know the face of most employees & they know mine, they are friendly enough , they have a large evening & weekend turnover of employees, one afternoon I went there around 5.30 ish during the weekend & the door was locked, this fairly new woman tall brunette with multi tattoos finally showed up & said she needed her break So left for 15 minutes lol! strange, I didn't believe her, the car wash isn't worth it, never gets your car clean, just muddies up your car & your windows look bad every time, that's if your code even works, it usually takes another trip in the store to get a new code, I wouldn't even bother with this complaint but they really ticked me off last week, the day of 1.2 billion dollar lottery, on my way home & stopped in to grab a couple lottery tickets & a white claws, which btw they charge more than any store ever does or should, Total wine is less than a mile, go there instead, 1.99 vs there 4.49 plus fee, the line was out the door, I stood in line while this very old new employee tried to give change for a 100.00 for 30 in gas, it took him forever to figure the safe out, he got frustrated, so did we, I foolishly bought a lunchable (bad) it sweaty & a cherry Chobani yogurt, yes, dumb idea to buy food at a gas station, came home to open it, it was bad too, I checked the date it was august of 2022..& it was pushed up front waiting for a customer to grab it, no decent manger here, isn't that someone's job, to check dates of perishables the old guy said the computer didn't work, you could only tap your card, whatever, no receipt, I go in a few days later to explain the bad yogurt, the tall middle aged manager I believe ask for the receipt, please.. I said I have the record on my phone from my bank account, not good enough, he didn't give me a credit or even an simple apology, this place sucks! Keep driving folks, don't use the car wash you will overpay & be all around frustrated with the results.. or buy anything unless you like paying more for gas & cold drinks after work! Or any food item that cost a grip! They are gauging everyone on everything! Just Keep moving.. there's 2 better places to stop at Rockfield & Lake Forest Dr..

Last night I went to wash my car and it turned out worse than what it was. I spoke with an employee and she called another person for me to talk to. This person was very rude, she does not know how to treat customers, I showed her how the car was and the only solution she gave was that I had to pay again and turned her back and walked away. Her attitude was very disrespectful. I will never return to that place again, I do not recommend it.

There is one employee who can barely understand English. The carwash was backed up with waiting cars, because an older couple didn't know about the pay code and they were delaying others. I tried to explain and the cashier employee couldn't understand, it appeared or help. She said that I should tell the Shell gas company. No!

OPEN 24 HRS!! - Public Restroom avail. I came to this Shell on Weds, Aug 15 at around 6AM. (third time) Clean. Spacious. Amenities include windshield cleaner units w towels, air/water unit, and plenty snacks, drinks, & hot coffee in the Go store. Gas prices are a bit higher due to area. Personnel is friendly. They have auto car wash w 3 options: Silver, Gold, Platinum (See photo) with $1.00 vacuum. Debit/Credit accepted. Recommended.
