Pump #1 didnt work this evening. Wouldnt let me put in my zip code, so went inside. The fat slob attendant was sleeping in his car. When i told him pump wasnt working he basically called me stupid, nothing wrong with the pump. So he rudly ran my credit card inside. Again the pump wouldnt give me any gas. Went back inside and reported it to him. He was too lazy to come and take a look, he just told me he had cancelled my transaction. Been coming here for 25 years as I live up the street. No more, i ll go somewhere else.

Went here for an $8 car wash and left with a $300 repair bill after the machines broke off "Shark Fin" antenna. I submitted an "incident report" only to be told that it is not their fault. The manager admitted that the video shows my car entering with the fin and exiting without it.

Cash wash literally ripped the antenna off my new Jeep cherokee. Manager & staffer said "Sorry. Sign says not responsible for any damage". Amazing & uncool

Car wash attendant extremely rude and condescending!!! Told me after I waited for green light to come on to move into wash that I must stop my little rant and rave and look at his little yellow sign after I explained that I wash my car there 2 times a week and I always wait for the green light before I pay!! Last time I ever use this wash !! I will also spread the word!

The guy there at around 1:15-1:30ish was RUDE AND SO NASTY. Terrible attitude, argumentative, no accountability for his poor customer service. Nasty and more concerned with his phone than being kind and servicing. Go across the street to avoid being treated so nastily, since you are unable to pay at the pump there. If I were a secret shopper today you would have absolutely FAILED because if his rude behavior and lack of effort.

I wanted to use 2 $25 gift cards and he wouldn’t allow me, not even in 2 transactions. We already scanned my Ralph’s fuel points and when he voided the initially transaction I didn’t get those back.

Been spending money here for years and dealt with bad customer service and faulty equipment. Finally had enough. Cashier as usual very rude blamed me for their faulty gas pump and car wash. It shouldn’t be my responsibility for their equipment to work well. Also why give a regular customer attitude? Do they not want my money?

I have been a loyal customer to Shell for a very long time, until this place presented me with preposterous rudeness and laziness. I had gone to clean my car to find a long line of cars, so I got a code, and went back to clean my car a couple of hours later. There was still a line, yet I waited. Finally, when my turn came, the code did not work. I went to the attendant to fix my problem, yet he told me to by another wash or try it again. Once again, it did not work so I went back to him. Then he told me to buy another wash or leave the wash completely. I left the wash, for there were other cars behind me. I returned later, and he then accused me of trying to play the system to wash the car again using the same code which I supposedly used to clean my car 2 hours earlier??!! He even accused many people in the area for this same incident. So, I asked to speak with the manager, and he told me that he was already aware of it, and needs to make sure that I didn't use the code when he comes back tomorrow(The manager was not even there that next day) . I told him to look at the cameras, yet he said he didn't have access to them, and only the manager does. Look at this long and frustrating story when the lazy employee could have just solved my tiny problem in less than a minute. They lost my buisiness and I made sure to write all of the details so other people would know, and not accept this kind of behavior in such a high-standard place like Laguna Niguel

Tried to throw some cups and a fast food bag away as I was waiting for the car wash. A rude employee came out yelling at me saying that I can’t “dump things on their property”?! I was confused and told him I was waiting to use the car washed” he said “yeah…okay…have fun!” Then mocked me in front of a customer. This is down the street from my house. Not going here again.

The worst car wash . The machine is not working properly. You pay $10 or $12 but no liquid . I used my credit card and it was a fraud on my card . Don’t waste your time and money .

I pulled my car to the pump, after 2 gallons, the pump stopped, many trial to makes work, it won’t, I decided to move to another pump, I turned my car, the gage is the same as if I didn’t put anything, trust me I have a small car, two gallons make a difference, I went to the cashier, a grumpy old woman, after I showed her the receipt, and told her the story, she won’t care, in fact she started screaming and ask me to leave because she didn’t know how to fix it, all what I was asking is to credit my money back. I shared the story with my neighbor, he told me “I used their car wash, the dryer didn’t work, they won’t credit his money back” Awful people

May 21 2022 at 1:45pm last carwash and fill up I will have at this location. I followed the posted instruction 100% but the washer failed even after the payment box told me the wash was ready. Not a big deal but then I experienced an argumentative employee who kept blaming me for not waiting until the car in front is completely out of the wash. That is clearly not what the sign says so maybe post the real instructions instead of badgering the person trying to spend money at your location? I will vote with my wallet at another location moving forward.

Eduardo E. at the Cashier desk was so very kind, helpful and cheerful today. I had trouble with the gas pumps and he showed me how it's done! He also helped me understand the car wash. Such a big smile and great customer service!

I just left this gas station. Used the car wash and the worker stood inside of the car wash staring at me while the car wash is active. THE ENTIRE TIME LOL. Decided to add gas after. He came up to me accusing me of moving cones to the car wash very aggressively saying if my car was damaged it wouldn’t have been their fault. 1 I never moved a single cone. There was a Tesla in the car wash before me. 2 I told him to check the cameras before he starts to blame me . Dude never apologized or anything. Going to look more into this.

I am local resident and have been for some time. I rarely write reviews and in the rare event that I do, its usually about someplace that is utterly horrible. However, my experience with this Shell station has been incredible, the customer service is staffed with competent, patient, friendly and generally good people. Juan has helped me out a few times by explainign his most patient way where I was actually at fault on something yet he presented it in such a way that one could not help but say "Thank you" for the knowledge. And there is Briar (apologies if i misspelled her name), she is always a warm and friendly face when you drive in and she can smile through a rainstorm! The new girl on at night is a real trooper, and the place is always clean and food prices are reasonable and sometimes you can get a really good deal on cokes and chips. Anyway, just wanted to give some positive feed back on our local Shell station that is one of the reasons that our community shines like it does!

Stupidest freaking carwash I have ever been to, utter joke. No place to park. Right at a busy intersection so it’s hard to pull into. This place is an utter disgrace. Learn how to run a carwash. Get some better systems in place. The entire thing shut down because I PAID? Embarrassment. I didn’t see your stupid sign until the last minute because there was a damn giant sunscreen cover and a line-up behind me.

I’m not surprised this gas station has a bad rating. The cashiers are always rude. I wonder how much money they’re losing by not stopping here anymore.
