Stopped to get a car wash and asked the guy for $2 quarters to use the vacuum and he said yes if I was getting car wash. Paid for car wash and when he gave me change I Asked for quarters and he said no! Really?! Bad service.

Shell best place for getting gas with the carwash and also clean store just i will let peoples that even it is 24 hours there is a time where clerks changing the shift , it is not a big deal , it is take like 10 minutes , so do not be made if you find the store close , good employees too , i like that place. 5 stars

I was the only person here at 4 AM, but the attendant still waited until his whole 10 minute break was over to tell me the bathroom was broken. Told me to wash my hands with the hose inside the car wash. Only One dispenser had paper towels

Absolute Jerks work here. My wife's Lexus had low air in her tire. She is not native to the US and did not know how to put air in the tire. Instead of telling her how to resolve it or even assist her they just laughed at her. I will NEVER buy gas there again. I am also paying people to protest this store.

The customer service is horrible. The employee was very rude. He looked to be in his late 60's, I didn't catch his name but his nationality was Indian. Would rate 2 star but the car was gives it another 🌟 for a 3 star rating

It was my third time, after about 30+ washes at this place- this lady, not in her uniform or outfit told me "this is your 2nd issue" I believe she's philipino or Latino, but after contacting customer care for Shell's and unfortunately it was a problem because it was Sunday. She refused to give me the car wash- fine but I had a full card stamped for a free car wash, she voided it. The reason this happened because some time ago, about 4 months prior- she had blamed me for the car wash not giving me a car wash and it happened many times before and to someone that very day that was not me. On that day, when she blamed me, I told her I don't have a lot of time, so I suggested to her that she could either refund me or she could just give me another one. I assume because of my small stature and the fact that I was in a rush and not there to answer her implicating questions that I'm at fault- I said forget it, you can keep it. Because I was in a rush. So I left. Then it happens again (remind you I get a car wash every week sometimes twice a week- express washes). Always pumped her for covenience, but never seen this kind of ridiculous behaviour. Lady is old, I say in her late 40s- to 50.

There is a latino old female worker really shoudnt be there. I regularly go there for car wash. You can have a free wash every 6 times. But on the third time, she stamped on my car wash card which on the top of my second stamp. I tried to tell her and she just being ridiculous. She did not even bother to look at the card. I dont even know why she is able to work there like that. I know that people who work in such place usually dont get payed alot. But at least you should be good at what you do. Its not about what you do, its about your attitude that really matters

If I could give zero stars I would. How is it possible that everyone that works here has terrible customer service. If the car wash is broken then why would you refuse me a refund? Then I actually watched him sale car washes to people when the machine wasn’t even working, then after the customer realized that he refused them their refund too. Then when I finally got a chance to speak to the manager after the weekend had passed she was rude and called me a liar saying that the other employee didn’t tell me that I could use the car wash code elsewhere. I asked for corporate or the DM over the store and no one has that information. Bogus

I go for the car wash which usually is pretty good. I get their highest option at $13. The undercarriage wash was working again and the water pressure seems good. only the dryer nozzles do not rotate anymore, they're in a fixed position.

The guy at 11 pm is very ignorant, rude and slow. It took him about 5 minutes to charge me for gas. Then it didn’t pump- I had to go back in and he just had a blank stare at the computer for a few minutes and doesn’t say anything!
