The gas is fine. The customers services is terrible. I have never seen so many terrible people.

Was buying a drink and one of the female cashiers was rude. Inside of the store is disorganized and messy hard to find what you want..

Worst Shell gas station ever in the States, cashier does not care for customers or have any knowledge of store products. I have using shell for long time but never seen cashiers like work here.

Had the worst customer service. Left my bank card and could not call to inquire about it. Staff hung up phone twice on me without checking on my card. Don't think I'll be spending my cash there. F'n Rude!

Antoinette is not the best manager. Looks like trying to pull some fast ones w customers and paying them back appropriately.... Better service and management needed.

To all customers please don't buy or go there unless you wanna ruin your day They don't even greet you always in bad mood dont have minimum staff you have to wait in line for gas or anything at least 15 minutes and I am not racist or anything but after they hired all black women's this gas pump become one of the dirty and worse gas pump is natomas and seriously please shut this gas pump or hire some nice people who want to work and they never answered your questions sply lady in the night shift she is horrible like hell I will report this to shell area manager and because of this drama you guys lose so many good loyal customers Only one old guy and dont indian or Pakistani one Spanish girl they are fine but please do something this

Pump 11 started charging me money but no fuel was pumping. I took the nozzle out to check for sure that no fuel was being pumped. Stopped it at $0.60 and went to have someone take a look. When I got back, The display went up to $1.60. The guy didn't believe me when it started working fine as just left. I'm glad it's only $1.60 but I'm sure the pump won't be fixed and other people might go through the same thing without noticing

No sense of urgency taking super long to ring up a corn dog. Which by the way they sell fried food. The tap to pay at pumps don’t work, you can only use insert a physical debit card, otherwise you have to go see cashier. If you want to pay cash they don’t take big bills, I was pumping 45 paying with a 50 😐. Annoying.

All I can say : I was told to go to different gas stations!! Just because I wanted a full tank , but he didn’t know how to do that . So I said I might have to go to other gas station, and he said “YOU SHOULD “ so I did . Drove to Chevron and had amazing experience!!! Didn’t seem like cashier cared for the customer at all . I will never go to Shell gas station, they do not care for you . And will tell everyone I know . 11/10/2018

Hello, I haven't had a bad experience here. Always good. Patience isn't everyone's strong point. But until you move onto your own island you have to wait for other people. I just happen to be reading the reviews. A man who said he's not trying to be racist came off completely racist. Defeated your whole purpose. See not being racist sounds like," And the pumps and what not are dirty." See how I talked about no nationality,just said a statement. Just wanted to share an opinion not related to any race and directed at one person. Have a great rest of your day sir

Service here is not very friendly. They don't smile or greet the customer as they come in or leave. Or at least the 3 or 4 times that I've been in this shell in the last couple weeks they have not been very friendly. The store is clean when I've been here. Second visit tonight and would never tell anyone to go to this store ever! There was an extremely rude and very abusive employee screaming at me for trying to explain the pump did not restart and it was saying waiting for cashier. Not be refused to listen to me and started yelling at me. Tell me that people don't know you need to put in the pump all the way into the tank. What? I'm stupid is what he's saying? Then started cussing at me. I'll never darken he for of this place again. I will tell others also.

I miss-placed my gas receipt. I called and spoke with Whitney. She took down my info and said she'd get back to me soon. About 10 minutes later, the manager called, she had located my receipt. Both were great to talk to and understanding. I want to thank both for helping me out today!

I don't expect service like this from shell. Last night my friend and I stopped by to buy a six pack of beer and the staff was taking forever to finish the line. I don't understand why they don't open up multiple registers when they have the staff to do so. The beer is also locked and you have to ask them to unlock the door. When we asked they were rude and said we had to wait. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pump. The workers here are an absolute disgusting bunch of people. It's a disgrace to shells brand.

Unfortunately selling chicken is their priority over gas or other convenience items. You can spend 20 minutes in line waiting for a receipt for your gas. Customer service is extremely slow. 4 times out of ten I walk back to my car before I open the door to go in.

Credit card skimmers on the pumps or the car wash. Someone investigate. Twice I've had my company call me for fraud now returning from shell.

Had nothing but good experiences until today, it's sad to say that one bad experience can really ruin a whole host of others. In this instance it started with the small issue that could have been reconciled but instead of rectifying the fact that they put my money onto someone else's pump and didn't want to switch it to my pump until after they checked cameras and made me wait 30 minutes and me getting annoyed for them to finally do something in terms of giving me the gas that I had paid for. Couple that with The employees constantly insinuating that the customer is the problem and that they were told the wrong pump on purpose which doesn't make sense, and you have what amounts to a very annoyed customer and someone who won't be coming back until there's new management

This is the second time I’ve bought fried chicken from this place and they have shorted me a piece every time. The chicken is delicious but it’s crazy to see that they are willing to lose a customer for one piece of chicken. Thats not a good business practice. Cheap sakes!!!!

Came in with my preteen to get gas and a snack. My child likes to use his Apple Pay to pay for his own items. The item was marked $2.99, but the cashier didn’t say the price before charging. Once we got home, we noticed his Apple Pay was charged $9.99 instead. That’s a pretty messed up thing to do, especially to a kid. Yes, it’s a learning experience and he should’ve confirmed the price and asked for a receipt, but scamming a child is nuts . Disappointing experience but from the other reviews I’m not surprised.
