Pretty big lot the pumps are new /good its an old location though i used to go there as a kid befor school on my bicycle in the mornings 17 years ago 😂 yeah that old.... the store itself is really small it desperately need a face lift and the bathroom are thrashed old stinky dirty the car wash is a cheapo one dont expect a great wash from it but if your tight on cash and dont care go for it but all in all its your typical old run down gas station that needs alot of small things addressed befor it can shine bright like a diamond once again .😁

Ok plain and simple great people work there from management to Clerks wonderful people clean little store roomy pumps. Price of pump is not bad for the area either competitive.

The rudest manager I have ever encountered. Don’t use the car wash, if you make any mistake they will refuse to give you another or give you a refund, which is their right, but the way I was spoken to and told I need to learn to follow directions was appalling.

Stole my money. Went to get air for my tires and the machine didn't work. I asked for my 2 bucks back to go get air somewhere else and attendant laughed at me. Terrible service and it is ILLEGAL to not have air available. Reported them to CA weights and measures. Ridiculous.

I wish there was a zero star option! The woman working at 1:45 pm on Sunday 4/26/2020 is AWFUL!!!! She didn't even acknowledge me while I was in the store. Completely ignored me while staring out the window taking a personal call. Even when I repeatedly said "excuse me?" She should not be working there, how desperate can this place be for help? Oh and FYI the carwash is broken. I paid for the dryer and all it does is move without blowing anything at all.

First of all they asked me for an ID to purchase lottery tickets smh I’ve never been asked to produce an ID to purchase tickets and I’m well over 30. I show her a soft copy of my drivers license on my phone to which she does not accept and say they need to physically scan the ID smh ridiculous! They than refuse to take my cash $100 to pay for my purchase which was below $10 and said it was store policy I had to purchase at least $20-$30 to pay with larger bills, so I paid with Apple Pay. They should have a written notice up to inform customers if they choose to pay with larger bills they must purchase over a certain amount! It’s frustrating as a customer to go in there and be given attitude and told you don’t have to use our services smh. They’re all rude with terrible customer service.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went and used my credit card for $18.26 and was asked to sign a " customer copy" receipt and I asked for the merchant copy to sign ... they don't have one. I let the young lady know that I was not comfortable signing a customer receipt. At that point Brenda, the manager told me that was the store policy " her policy"!. I can let her know that I was not comfortable signing something that didn't require a signature legally. We then decided to cancel the transaction and the keypad did not know a credit... I pointed that out she walked around and hit the button up properly and let me know she would give me something that shows a credit. Again, she wanted me to sign the customer copy of the credit... I took a copy of the receipt and walked out away at which point she let me know that I will see if I get the credit. I support any policy that company has in place but it should be clearly noted and the Credit card transaction should have a signature block. I went back in the store to talk to her about the legality's and she quickly told me to get out of her store that she did not have to deal with rude people... Please no I never raised my voice and did not disrespect her in anyway. She did not like that I was asking questions as a customer. In reviewing yelp It's obvious customer service is an issue at the store. I was hoping to receive a call or text message back from Ernesto, District Manager, but have not. I have left two messages and text him ... to no avail. Customers are not his priority and that is apparent. I would really like confirmation that I will be receiving my refund back.

I go to this gas station everyday for their amazing coffee, there " extreme blend" is off the hook good. The store is always clean and the staff and manager Brenda are always super nice and awesome. They now have a discount card you can rack up points on and get free things the more you buy, it is called a loop-back card and it is also awesome as well. Also, They're drive through car wash might be the best one in Rohnert Park and Cotati.

They force you to insert your card into the machine and won’t allow you to tap and go. I deal with this every time I go in The older lady is there working and she is very very rude. She act as if they are running a scamming

At 44 years old with plenty of gray refused to sell me a tobacco product. I understand the rules but wow!! Gas prices are always on the high side too!! I live nearby and will drive further not to give them business!!

Manager Brenda, and gang, make this station a cut above! It is my neighborhood station, and even tho there are other places, and the prices might fluctuate, I go here- because of friendly, upbeat, happy service. Both the station and the store are always clean, and staff are helpful. The Drive Tru car wash is easy, clean, and in great working order. I appreciate the discount for frequent customers, and thanks for being my "home station "! 🩵

I agree wow I'm shocked at how i was talked to regarding an error with the car wash. I live right here by the station. I use the station several times a week. I can't belive how Brenda spoke to me. I was insulted honestly as if I didnt know how to follow directions. I use the car wash all the time and never had an issue. Today I did and I hate that Brenda was so rude to me. I see thats just her personality. I never thought I would experience anything like this after a long day of work. I filled up my tank with gas, and paid for a car wash that I didn't get. I feel absolutely cheated and so upset that she could be so rude off top. Yuck it's bad for business. Wish that never happened. I just wanted a car wash. Instead I got a nasty lady coming at me sideways with insults. No refund no code Just a corporate call. And the lame message that follows by the owner. Nothing come from that. Nobody actually cares here. They just want your money. Customer service is not a priority it's just gonna be a problem. It's all adding up tho you can see in the reviews who's the problem. If you pull up here and shes there. Just prepare yourself. Issues will not be solved. Nothing at all. Just call it a loss.

Manager & employee refused to refund my card back for the wrong oil. Manager was called on the phone & proceeded to be rude & yell at me while her employee was on the other line. They ended up finding my receipt & refunding me back for the oil but refused to allow me to purchase again. Will not be coming to this place again. There's other gas stations with nicer people. & this is about the 3rd time I've had this experience at this store. First 2 times was with the older lady with grey hair. Now this.

I ran out of gas directly in front of this shell station. It wasn't on East Cotati ave. But whatever that street directly in front of the front door if your walking out. I almost made it. I was pretty much blocking the street. Cars could barely get by. It was 4:45a.m. in the morning so only like 3 cars drove by. I do admit that it's my stupid mistake running my tank that low. I should have got gas well before the tank was that low. With that being said, it couldn't be a better spot to run out of gas. All I had to do is run across the grass and walk into the Shell station, purchase a gas can and gas, pour it in the tank, and then drive to the pump and fill up right? ....... WRONG!!! The door was locked and nobody was inside. I thought all "Loop" Shell stations were 24hrs. Even before that particular Shell station was converted into a "Loop" version of Shell it was 24hrs. Sure sometimes they would lock the door between 2am-3am to count the drawer. But it was close to 5am. I was there until almost 530am. The store was still closed. I had to have my wife get out of bed and bring me gas. So my question is, what are the actual hours of this store? I actually don't care if this question is ever answered because I will never give this place my business ever again.
