Gas is a bit more than others. For $7 you can't beat the car wash. Employees are nice and cheerful. Clean store.

Racist man, kept looking into the aisle to see what I grab. I asked if he has the regular size of an item and just gave me an attitude “That’s all we have” Dirty bathrooms and low quality gas (NOT THE SHELL I AM USED TO) most likely will never be back again 👎

The pumps are on even when it looks like they're closed. But DO NOT use the verifone thing where you hold your card against it and it reads it-- because that will make your transaction decline, especially if you're using fuel rewards.

Pumps are lined up inconveniently that it is difficult for cars to enter and exit. If you have anything larger than a small SUV go somewhere else. I drive for my side job and have used many different car washes in the Valley. This one by far worst in Lehigh Valley. No soap for wash and drying was a joke. Should have drove 10 minutes longer to 31st St for quality wash. After this experience I would say "Stay far far away". If I could give less than 1 star I would.

So, I needed a pitstop, and as a shell card holder, I stopped here. I got gas that was higher than average (even these days). I walked in to get a drink. I noticed a white man in the store who had a bag of ice as I passed him. He was in the store before me. As I'm walking from the back to the front to pay, the person who works there, greets this white man. Then, takes his time stocking the shelf, while he sees me waiting at the counter to pay. When he gets to the register, this man does not greet me at all. Then, rings my stuff up. I ask, as I'm putting my card into the machine for him to bag it. He says okay, and waits. My card is processing, and I say can you put it in a bag ?- he refused to bag my items until my card was processed and approved. The white man in the store could have easily walked out, with a bag of ice, which doesn't need bagging, as he decided to "police" me. As a Black person, I am offended, and am warning other Black people and people who believe in equality and fairness not to patronize this Shell gas station. Let him take his racism somewhere else.

Worst case wash ever. Got the deluxe and it was so bad I had to then wash my car with the wind shield cleaners..... Pretty sure I didn't see any soap applied either.

Self service car wash scratched my car. Never coming back. I also couldn't get the sensor started and they just watched me struggle back and forth on video until I came out and went into the store to ask for help. Horrible customer service.
