On Our way back to San Jose from Tahoe with my 2yr old& 7yr old and they did NOT allow us to use their restrooms. Try driving super far with two kiddos and myself all needing to GO!!! Horrible customer service.

Stop asking me if I want a car wash, only to offer me to join the rewards club. Just dispense the gas already. That’s all I want from a gas station.

I bought some Spicy Chicken wings and the cashier dropped one of the wings on the counter. Instead of offering me a different piece of wing, she proceeded to put it in the bag as if I didn't see it. So unsanitary, who knows what has been on that counter. She should be fire.

So friendly nice great customer service, helpful with directions I was doing Lyte my phone stop & staff told me the way & where most of drive go to get more rides which was so nice. Nice clean, restrooms for all Free Parking, coffee handicap parking or entrance also, quick bite to eat, etc. Right off Freeway can't miss. Busy but quick service with food n gas n talking was done less 20min. And there's a carwash here & valcums air water station. Yes...1 stop shop.

Andrew the clerk refused to sell $2.00 of quarters to me for the vacuum out front. My friend went in just after me and sold her the quarters no questions asked.

They had slightly improved two pump's electronic controls a couple months ago,although they have shut down a few pumps and when I asked when they will be repaired the worker inside told me "pumps are expensive". I said to him "this will create a loss of business". The worker told me "we have explained this to the owner,but he didn't seem concerned". The reason I had first gone inside during this visit was to ask for the employee's help,as one pump had got a hold of my card and wouldn't release it,plus the pump wouldn't respond. He somehow got the pump to release my card and said "you can come inside again and pay for your fuel that way". I told the employee that "I didn't want to have this take so long" (I had been there 10 minutes so far) "I just want to fill-up and go". The employee then handed my card to me and said "there's a gas station just down the road,go down there". He then walked away ! I will never get fuel in this Shell station again. edit: THIS STATION NEEDS A NEW OWNER WHO IS PROACTIVE TO IMPROVE THE BUSINESS !!!!!

This station recently had contaminated diesel. Completely broke my engine right after I filled up and I had to get all my fuel injectors replaced. Staff tried to gaslight me into thinking I accidentally pumped regular gasoline, which isn't possible since those gas nozzles don't physically fit into my car. They literally said "couldn't have been us, you must've gone to a different station and not remembered"

Excellent customer service. Literally the most helpful and considerate employee I’ve ever come across at any gas station in my 37 years. Not to mention it was 5am and he was still very friendly and helpful. 5 STARS!!!

Had the worst experience here. Be very, very careful exiting this car wash because the turn is very steep and signalled by just one cone. I noted the cone and turned and kept driving and my car went into a deep ditch. Had to call a tow company right across the street and he said this happens once a week or so. When I went into the Loop market to ask for help, even before the words were out of my mouth, the clerk said, "Call a tow." Then when I asked him why there weren't more signs to stop this from happening, he said, "The sign says right there, we're not responsible for any damage to the vehicle. "

I wanted to take a moment to leave a comment about Ana. She is such a nice lady and she gives A+ customer service. She greets you immediately when you walk through the door and always has a smile on her face. Shell you did good when you brought Ana aboard as an employee. She is definitely a keeper 😊💛

11/20/22 @2:50pm, I asked the guy working inside by register to activate the compresser to inflate my tire. He told me just pressed the side button to activate then I did, but it didn't work so I took the picture the button he told me to press and I went back again inside store and told him it didn't work please activate the button from your end. He said the same, press the button, it will start. I didn't for second time, but it didn't. Then I sat in my car, two ladies came almost flat tire around 3pm. They went inside told him to acivate, he did and she inflated half way then the compresser stopped, guess what, again the lady went inside asked to actiavte for second time, he did. This time she inflated completely. I used that air compresser that had been activated for them to inflate my tire. This is worst store ever I went.

If you need gas, continue on down the road. I am certain there is no one that is doing any maintenance or repairs on the gas pumps. Key pads didn't work on half of the pumps. Maybe it's time for a call to the department of weights and measures and see how they feel about it.
