Yes, i did take the basic car wash package worth ~10$ and lot of soap was left on the back side of the car, as well as on the top. When I asked to clean that up, they behaved very rude and suggesting me to buy a 11$ package! Come on, I expect atleast the soap to be cleaned even with the basic package! Is clearing the remaining of soap even a luxury here?

I’d spend my money elsewhere. I waited rang then waited as he prioritized vacuuming over customer service. Single woman gassing up an rv traveling alone. Asked if I could come in grab food for my travels he declined. I asked what he had in the certain aisle and I showed him my go green bag. He said sorry and took my prepayment through the night window. He not only missed on an rv filling the tank but also 4 others when I told them of my experience. A little thought, kindness, and innovation would’ve gone a long way.

The worst car cleaning service. The 2 Mexican guys who do the cleaning are very rude and cannot speak English - all they do is shout. I chose the 100% Hand Wash option for $29.99 and they did not do a good job. The car was still pretty dirty and the interiors weren’t vacuumed properly. I went to the manager and shared about the car not being clean and he didn’t help me either. Overall - I will definitely not recommend this car wash in case you want to avoid wasting your money and spoiling your mood.

Should have checked reviews before I came here... Car wash does not have a self-service kiosk, so don't pull in there because you'll have to back out or drive through. Assumed I could get a car wash code at the gas pump, which you can, but it doesn't tell you how much the wash is. So I selected the basic wash assume it would be 10 to 15 bucks with wax, NOPE! $25 This is the worst gas station cell service wash I've been in in a long time, only one pass with soap and water, I don't even think it waxed me at all? The dryeries were awful did not do a good job only made one pass on the car Save your money

The cashiers are nice, and the car wash crew does a decent job, but one of the car detailers is very rude. The short guy has an attitude and that’s a problem because the customer is always correct. The other day I paid $20 for a detail and they left the back bumper of my truck dirty. And the short guy left to go take a break before they even finished cleaning my truck. Honestly that guy needs to get fired because the other 2 guys do a great job, and he’s ruining their image. He’s basically dead weight.

Don't get your car washed here it's sup er slow. 1 car has gone through the wash in the past fifteen minutes. It's literally the slowest car wash I've ever seen and my car wasn't even that clean afterwards

Have been coming here for random washes for many years. However, the quality of service and care provided has been going down. They hardly spent 5 minutes after the vehicle came out of the wash. Left many wet spots, did not clean the windshields properly and the areas below the doors were wiped for formality. Today was my last time and I do not plan to come back again.

Don’t wash your car here. I used to fill my tank every week at this place, and now I’m driving an EV, I still wash my car here. I decided not coming back again because of an extremely rude employee. The employee doesn’t allow me park my car here after car wash (for detailing) and yelled at me the car wash is just for drive in and go. This is the first time ever I was told of this, despite I’m doing the exact same thing every time I wash my car here for the past 2 years. My parked car is not in anyone’s way or blocking anything, yet he threatened to call the police and asked me to leave.

Terrible car wash and even worst customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I paid for a car wash and following the Green/Red light instructions exactly and my car was half washed with soap left over everywhere. I figured the system had a glitch and went to the attendant to explain my issue and asked to go through it again. He told me it was my fault for “not following instructions” and I’m the only one with this issue. He told me I can pay again to give it another try lol Save yourself the trouble and go to the Chevron across the street.

Even though there is a bit of a smell inside of the mechanical car wash and the workers don’t speak fluent English I was impressed with the deluxe package for $28 including vacuuming and a hand wax. I’ll definitely be back!

car wash guys were loaded up on happy juice, drinking tall cans of Modelo beer, they do a crappy job on your car, then expect a nice tip. Give me a break. What a joke. Won't be back ever.

Car wash is completely useless! Best described as a scam. I showed the car to the employee and he was extremely rude and didn't help at all. Rather donate your money than get a car wash here!

TLDR: WATCH YOUR TIRES when pulling in near their curbs. Rude and unhelpful management. Frequent customer here. My mom popped her tire on a jagged metal edge of a curb that was sticking several inches out. The manager Eric claimed it was her fault. (Ummmm why is it all rusty if this just happened??) Also claimed there was nothing anyone, even insurance, could do. (Also wrong, insurance said this happens all the time). Lost a frequent customer. Put up a cone. Be nice. It's NOT that hard.
