Slow rude man always ask can he oetp my change after he take Amy cash for gas then the ladie cashier in the morning take her time accepting your turn because. She work grave yard nown she tired so I ask her is sweeping the parking lot apart of her job discription she said yes I was scared for her safety some one can notice she. Alonw outside the booth and walk her in and then the rest is history so I said im never going there when the white guy whom claim he jokenly asking for your Change there And the tuff ladie. They have a bathroom but supposedly somebody walked away with the only key that they had to the bathroom so they say it has been closed since then. The older guy who works there is kind of a jerk. Not a nice attitude, acts like customer service is an imposition towards him, and he'll even make snarky comments under his breath.

I got gas and paid for an $11 car wash. I misplaced my receipt and when found asked cashier if I could still use it because the date to use by has passed. She asked if I used it already. I explained that I hadn't and she took the receipt I had, issued me another and highlighted the code. Well when I went to use it the following week the highlighted code had vanished and now I'm being told to contact the manager who always seem to never be in. I will keep trying because I don't have money to waste. And it's unfortunate there's no Web address for the store. Maybe I'll just contact the corporate office. 🤔

Don't dare take a phone call for 5 min while standing out front the building right before getting gas or the owner will call the cops on you for loitering. Absolutely disrespectful.

Beware paying cash. They will steal your money and then refuse to help check footage. The short bald cashier miscounted the money I gave them stealing $20. They told me to call to speak to Michael. I called three seperate times to speak to Michael to pull footage but all three times Michael was not there during his scheduled time. Terrible service, terrible management and terrible cash counting skills. I hope corporate does something.

I just went here this evening and paid the lady $45 in cash. I know I pulled out two 20’s and a 5… she only put 25 of gas thru. I came back up to the register to ask what happened and as soon as I came to the register she started mumbling something about her having a life too and she refused to give me my $20 back, lying saying I only gave her $25. The cashier STOLE from me here! I thought about calling the cops but I’m gonna let this go. If you’re the owner of this gas station your employee is crazy and she’s probably stealing from you. I just want to get my money back. I will never go here again. I do not recommend this place!

24hrs, remodeled, pretty much brand new station. 8 pumps, does have car wash does have a store but gotta shop from the outside because you cannot go inside. Does have a bathroom. Overall pretty koo store

Hello! I went to a Shell gas station located at 610 Market Street Oakland California 94607 today so that I could cash in $15 in lottery tickets. The video shows the gas station employee cashing in my ticket without payment and also throwing my winnings SCANNED tickets out the service window. The employee has not released my winnings as of yet. Please contact me ASAP about this matter. I SENT VIDEO TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE LOTTERY

Honestly probably the best gas station car wash I've been too. Paid for the car was right at the pump, quick and convenient. Got the most expensive wash it it was super worth it. Very clean after. Wish it was in Washington lol

I visited this gas station on December 11 at around 3 PM. I handed my son $60 in cash to pay inside. However, the Spanish cashier claimed my son gave her $50 and returned $10 in change. I let it go at first. Then I pumped $16.82 worth of gas before the pump automatically stopped. At that moment, the same cashier came outside and insisted my son had only paid for $15, telling us to take the change and move the car. This has never happened to me in my life. It was shocking, unprofessional, and felt like clear discrimination. When I asked for her name, she avoided the question and said she was just “trying to help.” If she truly believed the payment was for $15, I cannot understand why the pump allowed $16.82 of fuel. Throughout the entire interaction, the cashier was on her phone, not paying attention, and showing no professionalism. If the owner reads this, I hope proper action is taken. If not, I will report this incident to Shell corporate. I will never return to this gas station again.

Car wash issue. It stopped after suds. The service person said it's because my car is too short (Nissan Z). She gave me a new code. Drive back around and machine was out of order. Went to service person. She had to reset it. Drove back around. Second time was effective.
