What a mess, could not get a pump when we got there and could not get out when we did get to a pump. Also I think it is time gas stations and banks increase the cut off point

They put a price of 2.05 per gallon for gas, only realized when I was at the pump that it was 2.25 regular unless you buy a car wash then you get the 20 cent discount

Overcrowded! People just park in front of the pumps, no guides for traffic and no space to turn around. Gas was cheaper down the road as well. I won't stop again.

BEWARE!!! Steals EBT card information. Do not pay with any sort of card here, I was left with $12. I had $930 in my EBT card.

Bought a car wash with gas to save 40 cents per gallon for Shell's overprised gasoline (still not enough to break even with Gulf next door), just to find out that the car wash was closed. Had to drive in the next day not to lose the money. The manager was like " hey we lost money too". Apparently, they have no control over their system and posting physical signs is too much to ask. Horrible... To be continued. The washer is not fully automatic, and my car was totally wet by the end of th cycle. The gas station attendant said I cannot go throught the dryer again and most people whipe them their cars out. Will never go to this place agian and might stay away from Shell all together.

The car wash here is alright. Cleans okay. Gas prices are reasonable. Store selection is pretty good. Monday and Wednesday are .06 off a gallon!

Please don’t go here if you’re from outside the country. Very discriminatory environment. My ID was not accepted even though it’s a MASSACHUSETTS government issued ID. They refused to scan it a second time as well. I’ve gone into dispensaries and other places to buy products that require ID and I’ve never gotten denied before. I’m one customer lost and I know it’s not much but I hope people see this review and decide to put money elsewhere.

I like going here for gas because I use the Shell fuel rewards so I always get at least 3 cents off per gallon. Also they just rehabbed their car wash in the summer of 2016 and it does a great job. Along with that, getting a car wash gives you 20 cents off per gallon on gasoline!

They've jacked up the volume on their ads on the pump so loud I think it's causing hearing damage. It's bad enough that they have video ads at the pump, but it shouldn't be legal to turn the sound up that loud. They're usually the same price as the adjacent gas station, and they don't have video ads so loud you'll want to wear ear plugs, so I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

The people at the gas station do an awesome job. Al is great with his work. He does a thorougher inspections to all the cars per state regulations. He is friendly and polite to all. The company I work for has a fleet of cars for transportation and we bring all to him for inspection and servicing. I highly recommend this gas station.Keep up the good job!

It could usually be so busy yet only one cashier employee is taking care of customers. The employees can also be rude at times but there is no diversity towards it community’s environment. This Shell gas station must be remember that to offer more towards customers, they must improvise so sort of diversity as employees of many cultural satisfaction.

Rude manager! Poor management and rude customer service! The bald gentleman who I am told is the manager there was very rude. I asked to use the bathroom and he was upset that I placed the key on the other side of the counter after using it and threatened to not allow me to use it afterwards if I do it again. When I show concern and complain to him about the quality of the bathroom and how there was urine and trash everywhere he did not care and was rude and angry towards me about it. When I returned later on to refill gas after running errands and use the facilities once again they were worse and when I brought that to the manager's attention he again was very rude. And before using the facilities I was forced to pump my gas before using the bathroom or he would not serve me and forced me to move my car. This has been a constant habit with this gentleman's rudeness and the uncleanliness of the bathroom there. I get that it's a gas station bathroom but you don't have to be so much of a jerk about it. The manager clearly does not care and hates his job and is rude to customers!!!!
