This has station says 24 hrs it's always closed no matter what time of day , someone has locked the door gone on a break. This has happened 6 different times. I wonder if owners are aware

We just passed by to get gas and use the restroom and it is a good place, everything clean and good. They also have a Robot Police guarding the restroom area, so cool! (:

I am totally over gas stations that want me to spend $70 for gas but don’t have their bathrooms available to the public. This one has two bathrooms that are both out of service? I don’t think so. There is no excuse.

Do not buy a carwash here! I googled a place to get a wash, filled up with their over priced gas just to get a ultimate wash then when it didnt print out on my receipt, the people inside were trying to charge me full price. When I called them on it, they said the car wash isnt working!!!

I bought gas at this spot, and by accident I locked my keys in the car with my phone and wallet. I walked inside to ask if the guy at the front could look up AAA phone number for me because I had to pick up my child. The man looked at me and laughed at me. He said he wouldn't let me use the phone. He made me run around asking random people if they could call triple A. I mean I just bought fifty in gas! He was talking with his manager and laughing. I could see the manager laughing and shaking his hand. I got so stressed I had to flag down a cop. He was super awesome and called AAA for me. I cant believe how rude and inhuman the man who worked there on Friday the 7th 2017 in the afternoon. #Shell Seriously made me afraid and uncomfortable for no reason when all they could have done is help a neighbor out. I have lived here all my life and will never use this station again. I was almost in tears when the kind #SanRafael cop helped me out. Made the day a little brighter.😂🙏🏼

Rude staff and the "lost" their bathroom key. I think they were upset that I had my dog in their store even though he's a service animal. They need training on hospitality and etiquette training.

After I upgraded the engine in my car it seems to like shell the best. Chevron made my check engine light go on. I haven't had any issues since going shell full time

this place consistently has the worst, rude, and unhelpful employees. one is lucky if they speak English too here. i unfortunately got locked in a bathroom after the bathroom door closing behind me and seeing there was no doorknob. NO DOORKNOB. no way to get out. TALK ABOUT MAINTENANCE???! for an hour here at this shell location screaming yet somehow no one heard me 'til my friend came looking...once i got out, the employees were extremely rude and not even apologetic. i love shell gas, but avoid this one every time.

Not open 24 hours. The door is often locked in the middle of the night, attendant is inside but won’t assist or allow entry to customers.

the only reason i get my gas here is the car wash. today the car wash was not in service BUT they don't tell you that - NO SIGN. went in to ask about this and was simply told by renarto 'car wash not working - no you can't have a credit - talk to manager gordy tomorrow' so i ended up spending close to $3 EXTRA for gas (.20 cents a gallon more for gas WITHOUT car wash). what a rip off.

Because, I when to buy the car wash and the machine got stuck, called their number and no one picked up. After 5 calls and different try's to fix the issue. I when in the store. I got a person by the name of Melvin who told my I'm checking it right now. Then showed up 15 minutes later to the car wash stall to check. Before agreen to their resolution I clearly stated to Melvin to give me my original receipt back he stated he will and at the end of the car wash gives me a different receipt. I had to parked and when in the store where Melvin and another older men. Started arguing with me like women in a car impound selling cars in the most ghetto and disturbing way. I had to call the cops for them to have some respect over me. He even estate it his personal macho opinion. I wasn't aware about their customer service but we are definitely making this vital.

I arrived at the only open gas station within 10 miles to find a sign on door that the attendant was out to break due to arrive back at 2:45. I have been here before and knew the attendant was inside as his car was parked out front. He did. Not open the doors again until 3:22am and when he did after I knocked for 3 minutes or so, he didn’t even acknowledge that he knew I was outside waiting in a dangerous area with many homeless people and petty criminals sleeping all over the gas station parking lot. I am a 39 year old female and it was not safe but I was forced to or I would Run out of gas which would be more unsafe. He over stayed his break by almost 40 minutes and was so rude to me rolling his eyes and shrugging his shoulders when I finally was able to pay him for gasoline. His eyes were blood shot and he smelled like stale alcohol . Horrible service

The staff at this station continues to get worse as they become increasingly rude to customers. I rarely visit the location because of this, but after the most recent visit, I'll never return. There's now a much better automated car wash in town, so there's no reason to visit this place for that. Its convenient location was its only reason I visited, but now I'll simply drive an extra block to avoid the nonsense.

I came in and bought some Vuse. Upon opening the package (still in store) I found that it was rotten/expired. Staff was totally unapologetic and incredibly rude. Especially the young guy. They flatly refused to return/replace it. "Because it had been opened" - like how else would I find out it was rotten? We were regular, good customers; buying gas, water and such every few days. Not any more. Ownership needs to teach these people about customer service and how to treat regulars.

Count your change! Came for quarters for the vacuum, gave a $20 and the cashier she tried to give me change back for a $10, holding 2 $5 on the other side of the counter away from me hoping I wouldn’t notice…smh
