Went there and the car wash died when I was in the middle of having my car washed . The clerk said I had to come back the next day for a code , which I was ok with, the car needed a wash. When I returned the car wash was still broken. When I asked for a refund the clerk said they couldn't, and when they called the manager who refused to issue a refund. Still angry😡

The female at the front desk gives the worst customer service. I had to go back & forth twice to ask for my car wash code. She continuously kept on giving me the bathroom #, she wasn’t paying attention as she continued to talk to the person she was talking with for over 30 mins. Keep in mind this wasn’t this no customer.

No receipt at the pump. You have to go inside to get the receipt which is annoying if you purchased a car wash. To top it, sometimes you have to wait outside as the door is locked during regular business hours with a signboard that is vague “I will be back in a few minutes”

Worst customer service at a Shell Station in the area - 8 out of 10 times there is no paper towels in any of the dispensers outside - Only every other row of pumps has towels anyway - no electronic/ no touch payment system, although this is a brand new station, opened just a year or two ago. Our card got swiped there 2 times now (I ran a test….and traced it to this gas station). - attitude of attendant (Sat 8/28 @ 2:15 PM) is appalling, he obviously does not care whether there are towels in the dispensers or not or if the printers work. He rather jokes around with a co-worker (loop t-shirt, long hair, younger, fairly thinly build gentleman) - every single time I got gas there over the past 6 months (5 cars, we get gas there often, as the location is convenient), there is no paper in the printer for receipts. Same lame excuse every time: “they must have just run out, it was working earlier”. We have to go inside every time to get a receipt. This is ridiculous In normal times and plainly obnoxious and careless during a pandemic. We’re not going there anymore, and neither should you. That appears to be the only way anything gets done there. Chevron, here we come!

I’ve patronized the new station about 10 times: good access, pumps work well, but the car wash has always been closed for repairs. Please offer current car wash status on your website!

Yes, they have a great selection of foods. They just opened the other day, they sell frozen yogurt and icees. The problem about it is that, they don’t refill their toppings and their icee machine is broken. The first day I went, I bought a cup of frozen yogurt for $4 and pizza for $4. I had my order all ready, no one in line, I stood there for a good 3 minutes while the 2 cashiers were talking and not paying attention to me. The next day I went to get some more frozen yogurt after school, I brought it up to the cashier and handed her $4.50. The total was $4.32 I believe... Instead of giving me my change, she gave me a penny. I walked away. I would give the food 3 stars, customer service 1 star, and cleanliness 4 stars.

A new Shell with a Loop convenience store just opened at this location. The car wash is certainly an updated version of what was there before, which looks to be the same as the Chevron at Meridian/Fruitdale up the street. However, the dryer at the end is worse than the previous one, which I didn't think possible.There are 3 blowers OVERHEAD that just blow, no oscillation at all, and nothing drying the SIDES of your car. The hood, top, and rear of your car, get dried just fine, but the side, and side windows are barely touched. I emptied one of the pump islands of paper towels to finish drying my car. Smaller passenger cars will probably dry fine, but if you have a truck or large SUV, bring a lot of towels to finish. Until they upgrade the dryer, I will continue to go to the Chevron up the street for washes. I'm very disappointed as I had such high hopes.

I had the worst experience here that I have ever had at a gas station two days ago. Your employee, Zuleica, is the rudest, crudest, most disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with. I don't write bad reviews a lot and I know times are hard so to write this speaks volumes. I have tried calling directly to tell a manager about my experience. If you reach out and contact me so I can tell you what happened, then I would be happy to remove this review off of Google Reviews. This is my neighborhood gas station so it pains me to write this but you lost a regular customer unless I speak to someone.

This place just reopened as Shell Loop. Great selection of snacks and drinks and hot dogs! Car Wash too and works great! Everything rebuilt and spanking new. Best part is their customer service and it’s not owned or run by workers from India. If you currently get your gas and car wash from Chevron in Meridian/280, go here instead!

Nice place. Can get a little tight when all pumps are taken. Has a carwash which is has tight turns to get in and out of so i would recommend smaller vehicles for safety reasons. Not directly apart 9f the shopping center but does have one direct drive path for guests to get through, although one at a time.

Car wash is often broken which is annoying. There are long wait times for the wash but most of that can be attributed to all you idiots who wait for the car in front of you to finish drying before you enter. Heck I've even seen bigger idiots sit and wait to pay or put in their code until the car in front of them has left the dryer. Once the person is inside getting their wash you can put your code in or pay. Once they are in the dryer you can enter the wash. The people behind you will thank you.

I just left from this gas station and the door was open. I walked in to get gas when the guy was rude with me. Telling me that he's not finished mopping, and that I have to come back when he's done mopping, to get gas. Then maybe you shouldn't have the door open if you guys ain't ready to take customers.

Long wait times Cheap car wash options starting from $7 to $13 Got $9 wash which includes dryer Car wash quality depends on type of wash selected Did not clean the debris from hood and windshield completely Does clean up the wheels which is not expected of an automatic wash Not so good on the trunk side of car, lot dirt still left on space around trunk and rear bumper Dryer runs for about 60 secs. Water drips are noticeable after drying Not sure if I am returning.

The entire lot is super clean and spacious, making it easy to pull in and out. The food mart is large with plenty of snacks, drinks, and essentials, and they also have a car wash on-site for added convenience. Great spot for a quick, hassle-free stop.
