It's a chain gas station. Clean but can be a very busy area to the point where it'll take you 6 min to get in out of the parking lot.

This gas station is conveniently located at the intersection of sockanasset cross road and Pontiac road and it v easily located. Has ample number of free pumps available even at rush hours.

They have 10% ethanol even in 93. To make it worst; the company that owns them owns most of the Shells in RI. So all of them will have 10% ethanol. If you're going to monopolize the Shells in our state at least give us the chance to buy pure gas. You took away the competition, fine, but you should at least offer us product that would be there if the competition was there.

I use to fuel regularly in this place. Yesterday i selected regular 87 and filled my car tank. But the bill was issued for power plus...which is $10 more..compared to my bill. When checked with the manager they said it regularly happens..and we are not responsible for it. And said the hose use to touch near by power fuel button..and we cant help...you. my concern is we are paying for plus and taking regular fule...which is a profit for him..consider 100 customers face this..and he get $1000 per day...they dont even consider raising a issue and track..it

I went into this gas station to buy a lottery ticket the woman refused to sell me the ticket because I was accompanied by a minor. I am of legal age to purchase a ticket and I was outraged. What bothered me the most was that this woman had already printed out my ticket so I could have been a winner of over half a billon dollars but now I will never know. I definitely won't be giving them my business any time soon.

This Shell consistently has the highest prices in the state. They've been averaging 8 to 10 cents a gallon higher. I live right near there, and I don't go there anymore. The staff is very nice, which is why I gave more than one star.

Came here with my friend for a pizza at 12:30 am after work; me and my friend were laughing at a joke he made about a pizza we saw, and we left. 5)3 guy behind the counter was staring us both down and mean mugging us, just to lock the door behind us immediately after we leave. I raise my arms in question about his demeanor and he makes a slash mark at me across his throat, staring us down as we leave. Such professionalism.

The last two times I tried using this gas station I've had issues. The first time there was no one on the register to start the transaction and this last time it couldn't read my Fuel Rewards card. I know it's a little cheaper but it's only if it's working and I've wasted way too much time to make it worth it anymore.

I stoped at this location to get a quick car wash But I was having a hard time getting my car in the track. Without me even having to get out of my car for help the manager came right over and relieved all my stress without me being embarrassed. She was extremely professional and lovely. What would have been an extremely anxiety induced experience turned into a lovely experience with ease. I will surely be coming back here.

Gas station is perfectly convenient for getting gas. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THE CAR WASH THAT THEY HAVE!! It's not like your standard car wash where there's someone who no assists you with getting your car in straight, you have to pretty much say good luck and get it on your own - I also got stuck at the end of the car wash and had to manually maneuver myself out. Don't recommend that car wash 0/5 but recommend the gas station itself 4/5.

I was at this Shell Gas Station today, and was making a small purchase. I politely asked the attendant at the cash register if I could ask some ice to my coffee of which I purchased at McDonalds, and he responded indifferently. When I grabbed my coffee I wanted to grad a few packets of equal to add to my coffee. He exclaimed the ice is the other direction, and repeatedly told me to not take anything as the manager was at the store with him. I was completely disappointed and just besides myself of not being able to grab a few packets of equal even after making a purchase at this Shell Gas Station. Stores such as Cumberland Farms, Dunkin, Starbucks, Mary Lou's wouldn't hesitate to offer a few packets of sugar, Splenda, sweet n' low, equal, brown sugar, to the customer when the customer asks for it. I am very besides myself of the male attendant's reaction and his raising of his voice to not touch anything at the counter as the manager was inside the store. I have never been to a store where they sell coffee, where the customer who has just made a purchase, are not allowed at least a few packets of equal. This is extremely disappointing of the level of customer service. It goes to show why it speaks volumes to purchase more expensive coffees at retailers than to deal with this level of hospitality and rude behavior from gas station customer service attendants.
