I like getting gas here because I use my stop and shop gas points. The other day I saved .80 a gallon. Usually costs $40 to fill my tank but with the card, I only had to pay $25.

The employee Michael that works overnights denied my little brother's change, then when I pointed out that that is in fact illegal, he proceeded to cuss us out and threaten us, the entire way from the store back to the car. I am absolutely disgusted with the behavior of this locations employees, and I recommend nobody purchase anything there, lest they be subject to the torment I received. That beady eyed, balding, little man is the new face of Shell, in my eyes. I will never give this company another penny.

Went there to fill up on gas because I was extremely low hopefully I make it to the Johnston station. Tried to use my fuel rewards and it went through then put my card in and it didn't take the chip said to try again and it was about to go through and then the machine canceled it never have this issue at any other station. When it said to retry the whole transaction the fuel rewards button doesn't work anymore I called for help in the person in the station just stared at me like I had three heads.

When this station opened, I was among it's biggest fans. The Sunoco station right next to it had ridiculously high gas prices, and once the Shell station opened, the price miraculously dropped. I immediately pledged to ONLY give my business to the new Shell station, and got a fuel rewards card. My love affair with this particular station began going "south" very quickly, as I continually had problems with my rewards card and my credit card. Today, I tried to fill my tank, and ALL the pumps had signs saying "this pump cannot accept credit cards". Although I was in a rush, I trotted inside, waited in line,...and was finally told that only cash was accepted. The last straw is next. If I have one more experience like this at this station, I will HAPPILY drive the 5 miles to another station for gas, groceries, and coffee, with more reasonable prices and better working card readers. I am not the only person in our community grumbling about this.....

A gentleman came in twice to get his pump working. The second time they realized they’d filled the wrong pump. When he voiced concern, the woman in a blue shell shirt yelled at him, put her hand in his face and asked him to go pump his gas. It was extremely RUDE and should’ve been an apology. When I voiced concern she said “thanks so much for your opinion” sarcastically. I asked to speak to a managwr they said he was not in today. Do better and treat customers with respect. Won’t be back if she’s here.

This was my favorite gas station for a long time which is why it isn't a one star review. I went through the car wash today and started pulling up to the blowers and everything turned off and the doors shut. The blower timer still had 70 seconds on it. I called the store and told them we were stuck in the car wash and the manager came out, opened the door and when I asked if she could turn the blowers on she tried to say I wasn't watching the timer and that it was my fault. I told her there was 70 seconds and it had just started and I was met with an attitude. I just wanted my car to be dried considering I paid for it 😕

The cheap piece of crap plastic pumps don't turn themselves off half the time gas will splatter out and get on your car and you if you're not careful. Don't take the risk.

Very nice, clean, and modern. That said, the company policy of not allowing card swipe if the chip is damaged is awful. It's also quote the time waster. Staff are nice and friendly.
