I'm an Uber Driver. I stop frequently to use the restroom. I will never stop here again. Restroom was nasty, no toilet paper, no running water in the sink, no soap....like what in the world?!?!

It's hard to exit this gas station onto Main Street. Also, last time I went there, none of the pumps were accepting credit cards, so I ended up going to another gas station .

I jack some soap off the shelf becuase the toilet wasn't clean. Didn't have any paper or soap fill. Locks don't work on the bath room door

People are nice, there is two entrances in and two exits from this station. You have easy access if you know how to drive. It's a very clean, organized station.👍👍👍👍👍

The cashier has an attitude problem and the place is filthy, nasty open trash can inside the store just as you walk in is kept inside the Houston Chronicle stand. Doesn't Shell inspect this property? Definitely not up to the Shell standards

Would've put 0 if I could. Dishonest. Refused service because I didn't have a mask. I offered to use an extra shirt and tie it around my face instead: still refused. Offered to buy a bandana from them: still refused. RIDICULOUS! I know people got worries with covid but really?!

Don’t buy vapes from here. I bought a juicy bar and it came with issues right away. I went back to talk to them and they refused to replace or refund me. Don’t buy vapes here

Because of the location, it is difficult to exit the gas station. Traffic was backed up on the only exit road, and there are no other points of egress relative to that road. I was able to refuel, but I think an additional road in the back would allow for vehicles to exit and join traffic more easily on the side road.

This is a smaller Shell station, but is in a very convenient location. It only has 6 pumps that are relatively new, but they have always remained open even during Harvey. The prices are better too compared to the other Shell gas stations in the area.

Tried to buy gas here, but after selecting Regular grade, the pump switched to Premium before allowing me to start fueling my car. When I told the attendant, he laughed and cancelled the transaction (I had not fueled up any yet) and tried to have me pay inside. When I refused and tried to restart the pump, it would not accept my rewards number. The attendant laughed at that, too, and said "Oh, must be our system..." I left and gassed up elsewhere instead.

Gas prices are good, but DO NOT use the car wash! The car wash was empty, and when I told the cashier there’s nothing in there but pipes, he called his supervisor and they tried telling me it’s a “laser” car wash instead of giving me a refund. I was starting to be late for work, so I stopped fighting and tried their laser car wash. Water and soap spat out, yes, but when I pulled out my car looked the exact same, especially the bottom half. ALL dirt was still there. Waste of $8

Avoid this place. The car wash does not work and the lady attendant in the a.m. doesn't give a care. She was extremely rude, as she has been before when I've had to go in for receipts because the pump regularly doesn't dispense them. This attendant acts as though she's doing a great deed, going out her way, providing a service. They obviously don't need my business and today was my last time patronizing this Shell station.

I come here frequently as it's close to my daughter's school and convenient. However the cashier's always have an attitude. I'm like it's too early in the morning to have an attitude and be rude. I will take my business somewhere else. This has happened many times. I sent my dad there and they were rude to him as well. Makes no sense. Not happy with their lack of customer service AT ALL!!
