Always fast inside and open pumps outside. Usually within a few cents of the lowest prices in town.

It's a typical Shell station with an automatic car wash. They no longer have air for tires.

Got all the stuff, but where do they keep the employees? One Goofy isn't a staff. I'm tired of paying to stand in line. Anything over 3 minutes shouldcount down your total.

A nice little corner store variety of a service station. Nothing really special but if you need something out of a quick stop there's a good chance they have something that will work for you.

Receipts at the pump are still a problem. I'd say at least 8 out of 10 times, I have to go in to get my receipt. Either it just doesn't print at the pump; or, the screen shows a message stating that "Clerk has receipt". Inconvenient & aggravating.

Card got stuck in the machine and was damaged, employee doesn’t even have a phone number to call for support, what a joke

This has to be one of the most understaffed gas stations in Springfield. During the busiest times there is typically one person working. I feel bad for the employees because they are ALWAYS dealing with frustrated customers. The owners really need to step up and hire some more people.

Cashier called me out for walking into the store while putting my ask on, while hers wasn't covering her nose. When I pointed out my mask was fully on when hers wasn't, she refused to serve me. Tonight, 28 November, ~11:30.

Receipts no longer given at the pump; must go inside to get receipt. What a hassle. Now charging for tire air. What is the old saying: "Penny wise, pound foolish". When I asked the clerk why no receipts at pump, she just kinda smiled and said "sorry". Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was on my way to a doctors office. I notice a sign saying to honk the horn for assistance if needed. I'm handicapped and use a walker so I honked the horn. Nobody came but the sign did say if there was only one attendant available no help would be available. It's a challenge but I can pump the gas which I did. Then the pump didn't produce a receipt! I tried the intercom but there was no response. I pulled to the door and honked the horn. I can see people moving behind the counter but nobody came. Again I got out but the door nearest to me was exit only. So I had to go several feet to the entrance door. As I approached the counter I said "So much for honking the horn for assistance! Pump #6 didn't give a receipt." The lady gave me a receipt and said "There you go." There were 3 people behind the counter. I won't be going to this station again.

The workers here are wonderful and not treated properly. The new owners of the jiffy stop stores would rather line their pockets and have their stores way under staffed, over worked and treat their employees like complete trash rather than making sure their employees are safe and have a second person on hand. This store has been robbed 3 times in little over a month I think and they still make their employees work alone!!! Complete bullcrap!!! Start caring for your employees!!!!
