Very disrespectful staff they don't know what they're doing they need some serious training . Can't even answer a question the response you get from the staff " If you don't like it go somewhere else " this is the third time I have lost my fuel rewards because they don't know how to enter it or the gas pumps don't always work and they void your transaction about five times the shell Corp office needs to get involved and look into this location

If you didn't know, Shell has a gasoline discount for its' card holding customers. Remember to ask the person behind the register to let you in on the savings.

I rarely use Shell gas. I was not aware of the policy that when you use a debit card they hold $75.00 on your bank account. How does that work. Is $75.00 a number that they selected? The bigger issue is it took $23.34 to fill up my car. The $23.34 has cleared the bank but my $75.00 is still on hold. Of course, no one can help resolve the issue. I'm really upset about this. Shell does not have the right to hold $75.00 for a $23.34 charge. I give ZERO (0) STARS NOT 1

I try to buy some hotdogs and they told me I cannot use the tray because it was for nachos only yet they had nothing to put my hot dogs in or any of condiments. Then I try to get some nachos and there was no cheese and I asked them if they had any cheese and the lady just ignore me all this is on Christmas Day when I didn't have very much money to begin with and was having a terrible Christmas anyways thank you to all the staff who made my Christmas all that much better.

Yesterday on Saturday Jan 5th 2019, I was in hurry and needed $20 dollars to get lotto tickets and my husband needed a pack of cigarettes that cost about $7 dollars and the clerk, charged me $37 dollars and since I was in a hurry I just put in my debit card and with $20 cash back I bought $10. dollars of lotto tickets and I didn't pay attention cause I wasn't wearing my eye glasses so I couldn't see well. And when I got home I noticed I only had $9 Dollars and $5 dollars or lotto tickets. So the clerk got $1 plus $5 on tickets and $10 on my debit card. Strew him I think that's what he does for a living and be careful when making your purchases. Get your receipts and add your purchases before you leave. Especially if ypur in a hurry and not paying attention.

I was going to buy beer around 1130pm and I was holding the all the alcohol I was going to purchase. I almost dropped one and I asked my boyfriend to hold it for me. Then suddenly the clerk walks up to us and says "I saw you tried to put that in your pocket. You need to leave." I HAVE NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING IN MY LIFE!! I understandably had gotten upset because I felt I was being profiled. My boyfriend and I are am interracial couple and we did absolutely nothing wrong. I WILL be call the manager AND corporate on this one.

I visit 2 Shell with the last 2 days, and I've noticed both times they took at least a dollar from me. The first I need 12 dollars of gas, and they only set the pump at 11 dollars ,I didn't go back in because I just needed gas to get to my daughter who was having Dialysis Treatment. The very next I stop to get a snack before going into work. I was charge double 1.69 for no reason. Please make this a rude of thumb if they ask you do you want a receipt get because that's I how I found out , even though I asked the cashier wow that's a lot , and she knew she had over charge me at that moment. What I know now it was no accident in either case. Please count your money, and please get a receipt. I'm tired of buying their beer for them after their shift. I'm going to let it go again but it will be the last time their beer will be on me!

This store is suppose to be open. And it seems like everytime this chick works the shift its always closed early. Shes in there doing ejatever and not worming. She has a sign that she wrote in pink saying that its closed. She also always has her boyfriend either in the store with her standing next to the coffee machines or hes parked right next to the entrance in a white car just sitting there. As well as one afternoon after she had an altercation with some guy, her boyfriend stops by and she tells the customers that they have to wait outside for a minute cause shes locking the door. She then walks with her. Boyfriend to the car wash and a few minutes later they come walking around the other side of the building. Unprofessional. Shes making this store look horrible.

The workers skim your cards. On two separate occasions I've had them try to charge $100+ to my card that were not part of my original transaction. Fortunately my bank declined it. The "tap" card feature doesn't work so you have to insert your card. When you do, it tells you to see the cashier, then you get a notification that someone at the gas station tried to charge your card.

I found place pretty much the same as most other "Shells" I've been to. I am not a real fan- the prices are somewhat high for my taste but not so high that it really makes too much difference. I will say that both the cashiers were friendly enough but again- not quite enough to make a difference. Another issue that I would like to address is hours of operation. When I google mapped this store. It said open 24 hrs, but the store was closed at 12:15 a.m. on 2 separate occasions when I happened by.

They need to update their hours. Walked up there last night after googling if they were open and it saying 24 hours. Just to come across a “sorry we missed you” “note: this store closes at 12 Am”🙄 then change ur hours online
