Self service drive thru is super convenient for people who don't like feeling rushed in the ordering process. You can get more than just food too, pretty much anything you can get inside the store, you can get in the drive thru. Great idea overall!

Come on! It typically doesn't bother me when items are missing on something I ordered, I just eat it anyway. But when I was ordering today I noticed exactly how much that amount added up to. I can honestly say that Sheetz has most likely shorted me $30 this year alone. Do I have to resort to checking my order every time before I leave?

We showed up at 10pm, to a dead store. Took over 20 minutes to get our hot drinks made. When the associate gave them to us, one was the wrong size. When I asked about it, she gave me an attitude and snatched the drink. She remade it, which took about 10 more minutes, and then she never let us know the drink was done. It was just sitting on the counter and she disappeared. Will not be returning to this location

I do not recommend this Sheetz even in desperate times. I was a regular up until today was my last straw. Very dirty. Rude employees food prep isn't clean cross contaminated others food with mine several times. I ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwich once it tasted like onions I didn't order onions another time it had dead rotted lettuce in it which I didn't ask for lettuce on egg sandwich. Today I was having card trouble. I let the cashier know. Mind you all I got was a fountain soda. She's stops ringing customers (busy) to reach over the counter to self check out and say you can't pay give me the drink in front of everyone. Wow! I took a drink and handed it to bher

I have not been able to utilize my kitchen in a really long time due to some mold and plumbing issues. So I’ve been coming to the Sheetz to get coffee and breakfast regularly. Every experience has been pleasant, I’ve really been going through it with this apartment and the city. The kindness that everyone has shown me at this location has not gone unnoticed. I appreciate you all more than you know.

UPDATE 07/05/25 Ordered an online order and got a breakfast pizza. Bit into it and there was a dead fly inside. This is absolutely disgusting 🤮 Always excellent customer service and fast food prep. Keke is my favorite and always has a smile and positive outlook!

rolled into Sheetz with one goal: to live my best life via a chicken tender sub and some mozzarella sticks w/ sour cream, because I’m a little monster. Ordering was smooth. The food hot and crispy, just as God intended. But then… drama. I asked the lovely bagger for an extra sour cream because I wasn’t sure how to summon one through the digital MTO sorcery. She was chill. But then Enter Stage Left: Miss Sour Cream Security. She took one look at the extra cup chillin’ with my order like it was trying to sneak across the condiment border illegally. She grilled me harder than a panini press: “Did you ORDER it or REQUEST it?” Ma’am… I requested it, live, in person, with my voice. That lil’ cup of sour cream is clearly a ride-or-die for my mozzarella sticks. Let it go. Still, Sheetz delivered the goods. My taste buds were happy. My arteries slightly less so. But I’m a Sheetz Freak 🤘 and I will not be deterred by condiment gatekeeping. See y’all tomorrow for Taco Thursday. I’ll bring backup for the sour cream.

This store is the cleanest Sheetz I have been to by far! The Sheetz franchise is my go-to when I make my once-yearly trip from Akron, Ohio to Washington DC for a car show. This one is always well stocked and the layout is fantastic! I definitely plan on coming back!

Sheetz is a good place to buy snacks for a movie night or just for snacks in general. You can also get milkshakes hot foods at sheets cold drinks, hot coffee, hot chocolate there’s a lot of things you can get our sheets.
