I like coming to this sheetz. It is a lot smaller than many of the newer sheetz and this is dated, but overall this is a nice place to visit and the selection is good for the size. The staff are always very nice to me and the food is always freshly cooked or fried or however it is supposed to be prepared.

Ordered boneless chicken with a side of buffalo sauce to dip them in and a side of mac and cheese. Some genius decided to dump the mac and cheese on top of the chicken instead of putting it in a side order cup.

12-28-23 Disgusting....they need serve safe training...watched a worker make my sandwich on the dirty deli cutting surface....and then put the sandwich on the paper and wrap it. Talk about cross contamination!!!

Dont even deserve 1 star. Never been so disrespected by store management. Their lotto machine did not dispurse 2 - $30 lottery tickets. Machine reports show tickets were purchased and dispensed even though the tickets did not come out the machine. You would think after something like this was brought to their attention they would be very thorough into locating thr tickets and possibly apologetic that $60 just disappeared into a machine in their store. They have been nothing but unprofessional and act like there is nothing more they can do with no explanation to why I did not received the supposed dispensed tickets and refused to redund the money. I will be reaching out to PA lottery and corporate.

Hi way to many learning how too cook. I buy every day. Sandwich 5 to 6 dollars. I was there last. evening. Got a sub. It was that full of Italian sauce. Running out both ends top and bottom. My tee shirt got the sauce all on the front. I took half of it back. Big boy felix young Manager i said ill go to Rutters he said go. Or i could leave an never come back. I young punk with a badge. I got a different sub. But my tee shirt. Is stained. So ill give my business to Rutters .from now on. Keep hiring the young kids that can't cook. π‘π‘ππ

I bought High test gas - that was bad ! My motorcycle ran and started perfectly until I topped off my bikes fuel tank with High test gas. It barely started and would not idle - also backfired. When I finally got home I called the station and talked with the manager - she refused to admit that they could have bad gas. I had called not only to complain but to inform them that they have a problem with their high test. The female manager's responce was we have not had a complaint in the past so there for your comments are invalid !

They have a lottery machine for a reason, so the customers can buy tickets. 80% of the time, that machine doesn't have any tickets in it. It's not that customers are buying them, the tickets are never refilled. Seems to me, the manager isn't doing her job. Also, putting the kiosk to get your tickets was a great idea, but why would they put the machine right where customers go back to get their coffee. That is a very busy area. I've heard several complaints on the lottery machine placement. There are other stores in our area, if Sheetz doesn't make some changes, I'll be one person to take my business elsewhere.

They have to have the slowest pumps there is took me what seemed like 15 minutes or more to pump allows it 10 gallons of gas. I wanted to fill my tank up, but I donβt have all day.

I order the same sub everyday. And everyday I need to have it made again. It's always cold cold cold. The young lady puts it in the microwave but obviously for not long. I would think after maybe 15 times of returning the same sandwich the problem would be corrected. I know there busy in the kitchen area but never when I'm there. An attention to detail would be nice.

I place an order online this morning for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Both clearly show that I ordered them WITH EGG. Neither sandwich had ANY egg on it. Had I taken the time to open each wrapping to examine them for the contents I requested I would have noticed that they weren't correct. Unfortunately I had to get to work and made the mistake of assuming that the staff would actually make sure they were correct. I've had previous issues with this store in the past but things had gotten better and I rarely complain however I will be making a point of looking at all future orders...IF there are any placed which probably won't happen anytime soon. I LOVE this Sheetz! The staff are so nice and helpful. But Cynthia goes FAR FAR over and BEYOND. She remembers my order preference even though I can't add it on the app. And she writes me notes to have a good day. She's the best!!

My wife and I went to Sheetz this morning on our way back home to Virginia. The cashier was very pleasant and treated my wife and I so kindly. I will be sure tell all of my family and friends to get their gas at that Sheetz location (Store #233) whenever they're in the area. She is the example of great customer service! My wife is an educator and her school system's motto is "Leading with Love". This young lady was leading with love and she should be commended and rewarded for her great attitude and service! I don't remember her name, but she helped us on November 4, 2021 at 11:51 am. Thank you again ma'am for your hospitality and generosity! : )

I doubt it's just this location, but ever since they did an "update" to the card reader machines in 2023, it is a fight to get Google pay to work with your phone. NEVER works on the first try. Last visit took about 6 tries. This is the only place I have any issues with Google pay. So it's definitely not on my end. Also, for the price we are paying for the food and drinks, the lids need to be better quality. Any slight pressure at all on the cup near the lid cause it to leak out the "seal". Please start using better lids. Tired of having to clean my cup holders in my car so they don't get sticky.

I go here multiple times a week and we order online occasionally. Well today whomever was working totally messed up our order. And whenever you call the store they can't help you! Which is annoying they say call door dash which is not the ones responsible for the mess up or forgotten items! 2 mto drinks forgotten, food that was not cooked and food missing the main ingredient Mac n cheese platter without the Mac and cheese.. π€·π»ββοΈ I don't know what is going on but service has been declining when ordering! I don't like ordering through door dash for here because prices are increased and they limit the items available from the regular Sheetz menu. So I use the delivery app when I don't feel like driving. Sheetz needs to get back to doing good.

We ordered 6 hotdogs this evening to go.( I seriously do not think anyone takes pride in anything the do anymore.) When we opened them up it looked as if someone stood back and threw the ingredients on them. Hoping that the ingredients landed somewhere in the vicinity of the bun.. What a nasty looking mess!!! Chili and mustard all over the outside of the bun. People please take some pride in what you do for your customers.

Cashier did not allow me to use my Sheetz card to get my 3 cents off a gallon. She fought tooth and nail. Also, the system was an off-line. Iβm understanding if the rewards program is off-line and they actually canβt do it, but it was working because I was able to get my free french fries with the subscription. She seemed like she hated that there is a loyalty program and she has to take one extra step to ring people out.

I work in the area on occasion and like their Chili Dogs. Last time I went they BARELY put any on. Could barely taste it. Today, I asked the guy to please make sure they put enough on, and this is what I get. Sauce. No chili meat at all. Just a spoon of sauce. Every other location puts a ton on, and this is what I get here. I'm done with this place and the kids that work there. (Won't let me upload a photo).

Standard smaller Sheetz gas station. Gets a little busy around lunch time but they still get food at in a timely manner. Food is great for a gas station, theres a reason Sheetz has a big following.

This is a smaller Sheetz but still wasn't bad. Typical clean, well lit well maintained looking facility. Store was stocked with a wide array of snacks and beverages. The 24 hour made to order kitchen is one of the best things about this place.
