As my primary stop for lunch/gas, at least several times a week, this location is essential to me. Always stocked, always convenient, even in the face of the pandemic. I'm grateful for the good staff, who have soldiered onward with the changes, including masks, distancing. My only complaint is that the staff seems to be under the impression that wearing the mask off the nose, but over the mouth, is acceptable. This has given me pause, in regards ordering food. I notice this "slacking" in covering the nose extends to the food assemblers. I have to wear a mask at work, as do many, and the mask is to prevent us from breathing out into the air inside of buildings. And on the food, in this case. So I'm hopeful this policy with the masks changes soon, for the consideration of many who might fall prey to this virus. And so I can resume ordering my lunches!

This is my favorite Sheetz location. I go a little out of my way to come here. I always find what I'm looking for and then some. The employees, I've encountered, have been professional, funny and helpful. From the kitchen, to the always loaded cold cases, to the bathroom, EVERYTHING here is spot on. Inside and out clean. Inside they have little sofas, to sit and enjoy your coffee. Outside, they have an eating area. Prices are just right.

The closest Sheetz to my in-laws. Have visited this location about 15-20 times over the holidays esp since we have the drink and fry subscriptions. One night didn’t get pickle chips in our app sampler but that was substituted with mozzarella sticks. Last night they ran out of meatballs but that is understood— things happen. Wish my local Sheetz was as top notch as this one. Definitely will miss this Sheetz when we leave town. It is one of the best I have been to

Just attempted to order something, once I was walking towards the counter the associate preparing food loudly exclaimed his displeasure (I believe with my order?) with profanity included. I decided to not pay for the food and promptly left. Very unprofessional employee, and I wouldn’t want to eat from this place if this these are the types of employees they have working with your food. It’s 8:28am on Saturday Morning, June 25th. I and a lot of my coworkers frequent this place, I’ll be sure to let them know my experience today and to stay far away from this place. Very disappointed Sheetz, at least WAWA is nearby.

Sheets at Central Park on Carl D Silver Pkwy has lost my buisness for sure after the other day!.. I spend in that store daily but no longer due to a Manager named Ashley and the cash register attendant named Kim.. I went in used the atm and proceeded to get 4 monsters which are 2 for 5 and 2 Mellow Yellows 2 for 4.. my daughter picked the Alex Beenie for 5.99.. I paid at self ck out 20.50. I then got my receipt (thank u lord for me aways getting a receipt) I get out to the pumps open my car door and hear someone yelling ma’am.. so I look and Kim screams across from the sidewalk that I did not pay for he Beenie to which I told her no I did pay my child rang it up and I double checked to be sure on the screen.. she said no I’m sure u didn’t so I gave her my receipt she looks and says no u didn’t.. makes me follow her inside took the toy from child also.. make me pay 6.31 which I ran my card (which u used initially) I go pump then review my original receipt and found it immediately where I infact had paid for said Beenie.. now im hot bc i was embarrassed in-front of eveyone for nothing so i go back in and show her which i dont understand how she cant read a receipt from her own place of employment.. and gave me 6 dollars cash back so i get gipped 31 cent bc her mistake. Ashley the manager is the one who sent her out.. which wouldn't she think to look on the system before accussing smdh.. poor service at its finest and they didnt care they were wrong as i got a sarcastic apology from this Manager.. ill be complaining to the very top neither of these two ladies need a job accusing ppl of something they didnt do is not ok and can end u up on hot water for doing what they did! Also Policy clearly states NOT to follow the person out but to call the cops so why didn’t u do that Ashley?!?.. bc y’all already knew u were wrong but don’t care so u will care and be more respectful to customers after I’m done!!!! I made a complaint to corporate and haven’t heard a word. Is your policy not to do such a thing like this???!!!!!???! Seems your manager Ashley and employee Kim need proper training!

I am holding this store personally responsible for volatility 3VAC5-50-30. Restricted hours. Ov the Virginia code. Your sttore sells alcohol and is required under city, county, state and federal regulations. The pure fact that I was denied the purchase of alcohol prior to 12 AM is absolutely ridiculous.

It’s clean and customer service is fine but no matter what I do the coffee is horribly weak. No matter what size or if I leave room for cream the coffee is watery. So watery that if you do add cream it’s the only thing you can taste.

7/4/24 edit: I’m happy to report that the owner did as promised. The bucket now has water and I’m sure we’re working towards washer fluid soon. *Thank you!* Windshield washer buckets are constantly void of cleaning solution but filled with trash. This is unacceptable, especially when you bring it to someone’s attention and hear “we’ll get to it.” Edit: You're welcome, and I look forward to a well-deserved five-star review edit in the future.

Ok so im editing this post because this is getting old. Every time i order from this location my online order is behind the counter. Every time i go here the shelf is always empty and it’s probably because the lazy employees have to much to talk about to walk around and put the online orders where they belong. Ill just travel further to the other store where they got it together

I ALWAYS order from this location. BUT seriously?? I got the fried app sampler and chose fried pickles…..I get the fried pickles obviously undercooked with the batter still running off the pickles and honestly, I’m disappointed……I work in food service myself and I would NEVER serve this to my customers.

Great competitive prices on fuel. Stopped here to fill up on the lower prices before headed back into Maryland. Clean store. Well stocked. Pleasant staff. Appreciated the wide, easy access fuel pumps, making it no big deal to pull up with an RV pulling a trailer.

Great location overall. I use this place frequently. Idiots complaining about their food need a mental evaluation for sure. Not sure what you are expecting here. Quit being a troll and grow up. Sheetz is great and you are clueless. 4/15: Update. I’ve gone here probably 50 times since my first post and just had to chime in again at how wonderful this place is. Great, super, convenient location where I get gas, which is mostly the cheapest in town, and pick up my tobacco products for the week. The staff are always friendly and super attentive. This place is great! I would take a picture of my tobacco products but I don’t think anyone is interested in that nor a pic of the gas pump. I DO highly recommend this place. The workers there are super incredible. A+++

The food was absolutely terrible. Many items were freezer burnt, tough and overcooked. I had to throw over half of the food away since they were so disappointing. Maybe they were just having an off night, but I won’t be back. It’s too expensive to be disappointing. McDonald’s would have been a better option.

The gentleman try to tell me that it « up to code » for the food to be cross contaminated. I stood in-line and read the exact code that they have past. I truly don’t think you have every read your code nor do I think you should be telling people to « just deal with it »
