This is what you'll see when you order a shake at this sheets. The machine telling them their is a shake order dinging like crazy and absolutely Noone around to make your shake.. why the sheets not, lmao yall are terrible. Finally 15 minutes later Mohawk man shows up to save they day.

I arrived in the drive through a little after 11pm with my pup and chose to do some take out from there so I wouldn’t have to leave him in the car alone. I was quoted by a gentlemen on the menu speaker by about an hour due to the heavy holiday clientele pop they were receiving at the end of Christmas Night. I was happy to wait the hour because Sheetz is the only thing open in Roanoke let alone this side of town on this day of all days. The woman with braids who worked tonight took my money at the window. She was very friendly and let me know that there were a few orders in front of me. I have been going to this Sheetz weekly if not nightly since I moved back home a year ago. This woman is the most patient employee at this location. I proudly vouge for the people when I say if any are accusing her of being rude, they obviously have no respect for 24/7 sales & Customer Service on a corporate level. This woman knows this location inside and out and has been there loyal, through several turn overs of staff. I waited at the second window until 12:56 when my food was delivered. The gentleman who delivered it was also pleasant and thanked me for my wait. The night crew at this location, if they do not already, deserve heavy recognition. The night life in Roanoke County is alive and well. This is 1 OF 5 crews that I can think of for food/convient store locations that stay open after 12am in the entire county or at least on this side of the county that work all night to service the public. They kill it every time I come through. Thank you for keeping us fed on Christmas! Much love from a local small business GM.

I absolutely hate the flat bread pizzas . Crust is awful ...Has no sauce hardly!!! and Just a heaping pile of cheese . Don't get me wrong I like a cheesy pizza ,but this is just cheese slapped on a flat bread. Bring back the old pizzas and the pigs n blanket sauages wrapped in biscuit. Also a grilled chicken sandwich would be good . Does sheetz have to have all breaded and fried .

Can't complete a simple door dash order we've been waiting an hour finally called them and they said "yes it's canceled were too behind to get to it" terrible service. And now it's too late to order from anywhere. I wish I had a job as easy as working at a gas station I'd do better. 😂

Every single slushie machine was down, so I went to grab a drink, no lids for the drink. I dumped three cups in the trash due to your workers being unable to do their job - to add insult to injury there was a huge water puddle in the aisle. Surprisingly, there was a wet floor sign! Good job little Timmy! Sheetz Corporate - step in and step up or I will no longer be a Sheetz customer - coming from a Sheetz Freak with double the yearly points in half the whole year.

I'm new to doordashing. From my understanding the non-fast food orders are to be where the checkout line is. I stood there for 10 minutes while I watched a guy check out people on his phone and did not knowledge that I was standing there. I finally gave up and went to the fast food counter and the lady there was super helpful and kind. ANY piece of information that orders are not to picked up at check out would have been helpful. Super disappointed.

Doordasher here, this Sheetz is the only one I've been to that doesn't bag their items and secure them for the customer. I doordash all over from here to NC when I visit there. These customers orders are paid orders too. The waiting time also is horrible. Like that affects my ratings and I get penalized for something I can't control. Your employees are rude about it too, like I'm working just like you are. Do better!!!

I would like to share my experience with a coworker Yesenia at this location!! She went absolutely over and beyond!! I had placed an online order during a thunderstorm in which Sheets lost power, unfortunately, they could not prepare my meal upon my arrival. Her and the manager on shift Megan, are a prime example of what customer service should look like!!!!!!

I order three drinks and 30 Mac and cheese bite last time from DoorDash which came out to $43. I didn’t receive my three drinks that I paid for and I only got 4 Mac and cheese bites. I asked the driver about the situation and he said, “they did not give him any drinks and they will not give me a refund.” it was a waste of time and money.

Instacart driver stopped in 3 seperate times today no stocking of cups lids straws cleaning of counters floors and restrooms go untouched for the whole day and mostly throughout the night. Drink coolers have been pretty much bare for the past couple days. Old stale food being served. No numbers for orders being called out. Watched the lady at the food counter pick up my order 3 seperate times walk away with it and had to ask if that was order 80 only for the employee to be dumbfounded by the question. Overall probably choose another sheetz in the area. I’ve frequented this location and a few others over the course of the past few months including the grand opening of troutville. There’s better sheetz out there. It’s worth the drive for a cleaner well stocked store and one with better customer service better quality food.

Why do you have a drive thru when you literally wait 15 plus minutes for cigs and a soda? Can’t back out or move forward to leave because of the curb. And this location is so smart they deactivated the window alarm then you see a manager walking with a change drawer and look at you thru the window.

Yikes! It consistently takes 20-30 minutes to get food, and tonight it took over an hour to get 2 sandwiches and 2 hot dogs. The food prep person got frustrated and walked away, and everyone working said, "not my job." The manager refused to refund anyone's order and did not delegate anyone to take over until 45 minutes into customers complaining. I get that the service industry can be grueling and often unfair, but this was an embarrassing failure on the part of everyone working in that store tonight.

Very very disappointed in this sheetz. Placed a doordash order for 3 milkshakes, it got delivered and all the milkshakes were half full and messy AND had someone else’s milkshake order. Our original thought was maybe our dasher had accidentally spilled them in the car. We contacted our dasher and was informed that the sheetz employees had spilt the milkshakes and didn’t care to fix them or even check to see if they had the right order. We then called Orange Ave sheetz and asked about the issue and they told us that they filled it half full because of the size of the milkshake? That makes no sense. Not to mention, you can clearly see that it was filled to the top of the cup. This is so frustrating and terrible service. Will never order milkshakes from this sheetz again. The Mac & Cheese bites were good tho.

Food took a very long time . Seem like kitchen needed help. Bathroom was very dirty also . Store was not busy but seemed understaffed. Also , ordered bagel and it was extremely tough.

I got at the drive through at 7:56 places my order (2 orders of fires that’s it) and I paid for my order at 9:20pm that’s how long it took them to just take my money. Then I pay, it’s 10:37 I ask for a refund at that point. Well over 2 hours in a drive through with no food sad part is my food was ready and they weren’t even busy!
