I just purchased 2 Waialua waters. All the water brands were put in the wrong slots so unless ur really paying attention you will miss the 2 for 3.33. The young man who i brought to the attention was extraordinary rude. While the water was in the wrong spot I was still over charged. It was to be 2 for $5. I tried to tell him and he just walked away ignoring me. I was charged $6.98. Yes its only $2. Its the rudness of the overcharge that burns 🔥.

I ordered onion rings tday. Got home & couldn't even eat them. They were way over cooked & rock hard. I frequent this sheetz almost every day. Guess next time I will check my order before leaving.

The worker who ran the register, his name was Chad, should be retrained. He seemed to have no knowledge as to how the mobile orders are supposed to be rang up and because of his incompetence I've now lost 750 sheetz points and was unable to get my food. I will be calling corporate

Every time I go into this sheetz they are either out of fresh coffee or their creamer machines are broken. It's happened at least 5 or 6 times now. I drive by this sheetz on my way to work every day so I keep hoping it's not an all the time thing, but at this point it is. They don't even keep the coffee bar very clean and it's also in an odd spot in the store with the Lottery machine right beside it. It's not easy to work with when it's busy in there. I'm also not impressed by their MTO foods. I've gotten chicken tenders that were still frozen in the middle and I've gotta a turkey sub with no turkey on it. They really need to step it up because they have gone way down hill in the past few years.

I went to sheets tonight for at least the 2nd night this week and was told that I couldn't buy alcohol with MY card and MY ID because my husband didn't bring his wallet. If this had been our first time there I would have totally brushed it off. But how are you going to tell me this is the rule after we have been going there about 3 times a week for the last few months and NEVER has this been a problem. If there is a rule against people who "look under 30" not carrying the alcohol to the front there should be a posting about it. OR at the VERY LEAST consistency with your employees. If we had known to be prepared for that we would have come prepared. But after coming here for months and then this happening we wont be going back to this location. Ill pay the extra 50 cents for drinks at 7 eleven or better yet go to the ABC store where that also has NEVER HAPPENED.

The service here is great! Sara helped me with my Sheetz rewards card and got me set up with great deals! Points on all food and drink and 3 cents off gas! This is my go to before a trip or for a quick food run.

I used to work at Sheetz (during peak COVID), so I understand things can get pretty crazy, understaffed, etc. When I walked into this location this morning around 8:30, I immediately felt unwelcome. I ordered the simplest breakfast sandwich: sausage biscuit. Nothing on it. Just biscuit and sausage. Immediately got glares from the kitchen, but shrugged it off. Went and got my drinks, went to the register, paid, and went to wait for my sandwich... Plenty of employees walking around doing other tasks, but I just stood and watched as my simple 60-90 second order sat on the screen... This is usually a busy location, but it was basically dead when I got there. Once my sandwich was finally ready I told the lady in the kitchen I didn't need a bag to which I got attitude back for some reason?? No sense of urgency. Poor attitude. Thanks for the sandwich.

Sheetz is a great convenience store. This location typically has some of the best gas prices in the area. I'm not a fan of their made to order food. So I stay away from ordering food. But stop here several times per week to pick up a drink and get gas.

I don’t know what his name is but Sunday around 4pm I believe it was a hospitality manager but he was cool guy chill respectful and most importantly understanding when I dealt with him he was amazing but I fort of me there was this old man who would only whisper and instead of asking the man to speak louder he moved closer to listen to the man and help him with his needs I believe that man who was working deserves a raises for his efforts to look out for the older community while still having respect towards and hospitality for everyone else and to that man specifically thank you for what you do and god bless you and your family

It's been a while since I ordered food from Sheetz. Not sure if the quality has decreased across the organization, or this particular location, but the breakfast sandwich and pizza I received were below public school cafeteria standards.

Favorite sheetz to go too the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The customer service is better then some 5star restaurants I have visited. The management and staff know what they are doing and are absolutely crushing it. They all deserve a pay raise and some sort of thank you for just always being amazing no matter the issue or time

One of the best in the area. Store #264 is where I fuel up and fill my belly every morning before work. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Samantha, Nadia, Moss, and the rest of the team go above and beyond to make the days a little brighter. Not a bad way to start your day. Keep up the great work everyone!!

Great place but curious question! Whenever I stop it’s nothing but great smiles and excellent service. However, I have noticed that whenever I make a transaction I get asked the following question, “ do you have a sheetz card. My answer is always “No” as I leave it in the car or just don’t have it on me. To which they scan a Sheetz rewards card, I don’t get a card in return and there is no discount on my purchase so what is the scan for? Are they using my transactions to get free product for their personal sheets membership, or are they boosting metrics???

The employee working the night shift does not respect the customers. I waited five minutes, and he didn't help me pay. He just looked at me as if it didn't concern him. The station manager needs to focus on supervising the employees.
