I wanna take time to recognize one of your employees named Rose! She was so polite speaking to EVERY customer who came in even if the didn’t acknowledge her kindness! She was super friendly, efficient in my transactions. Not all my transactions are as smooth so I have to say thank you to her! Keep up the good work!

I wish I could give this location no stars after reading all the horrible reviews I still decided to try this place and to my dismay the customers who've said this place was horrible did not lie I will be calling corporate the steak hoagie was burned and inedible and my bag was missing 3 items im unable to be refunded for through doordash how hard is it to get the order right totally unacceptable and incompetent place should go under new management and crew or just shut down completely this is disrespectful to serve people this crap

absolutely the most disgusting food i’ve ever gotten. they had 7 orders at the time i placed my order and they were not busy at all, it was actually much slower than usual. i got home to find my app sampler was completely charred and burnt. and all the cheese melted out of my mozzarella sticks. absolutely horrible and vile that they can hand this kind of food out to ANYONE. i couldn’t even eat my dinner because you guys can’t fry food right in a fryer? will never be back here, learn how to do your already minimal effort job. id rather go to Mcdonald’s…

This is 100% the absolute worst sheetz I’ve ever been to!!!!! I ORDERD 1 CHOCOLATE SHAKE WITH NO WIP CREAM. THEY GAVE IT TO ME WITH WHIP CREAM!!!! I POLITELY ASKED THE GUY TO MAKE ME ANOTHER ONE WITHOUT WHIP CREAP AND HE RUDELY SAID IT WOULD BE A 10 MINUTE WAIT AND AS I WAS WALKING AWAY HE MUMBLED FOUL COMMENTS UNDER HIS BREATH. I THEN PROCEEDED TO WAIT 24 MINUTES AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY SHAKE. SHAME ON THIS SHEETZ, THEY DESERVE NO BUSINESS. ESPECIALLY NOT MINE!!!!

Worst experience at sheetz i’ve ever had. Not only did they not give us the right size mac n chease bites we ordered but messed up both of our sandwiches by mixing and matching all the ingredients together. My girlfriend had my chicken breast on her breakfest melt and i had her whole egg on my what was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich with BBQ and pickles. The sandwiches were inedible and we didn’t even recieve the correct size mac n chease bites.

Picked up my mobile order the other night to find the nastiest cheese sticks. All of which were overcooked and missing the cheese (as you can tell). While I waited for my order, I watched them put the items in the bag and let it just sit there for a few minutes while they passed out other orders. Overall was let down.

If they had an option for zero stars Thats what they’ll get as someone who drives for work and stops at sheetz around a lot this one I’ll never stop at again all the bad reviews online idk how this place isn’t closed for good the bathrooms where dirty like Iv never seen before dirty urnals floor sink and I don’t want to get started on the toilet to gross to even say I can only imagine what behind the counter looks like the bathrooms are disgusting probably hadn’t been cleaned in WEEKS health dept needs to be called it is very disgusting never come back again

I had the worst experience at the Sheetz on Babcock Blvd (Pittsburgh). After the gym, I ordered food that’s supposed to be “made to order,” but my fries came out cold. When I asked for fresh ones, instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed me and another employee loudly mocked me. When the food was remade, it was tossed at me. As I tried to leave, employees (including a supervisor) continued to laugh, make comments, and even pose for photos with their middle fingers up. One employee insulted me directly, calling me names while still handling food. What’s worse, several customers jumped in and got in my face—yet not a single employee or manager stepped in to de-escalate the situation. I felt completely unsafe and disrespected. I called the police, and even then the supervisor refused to refund my order. Photos and video show the kitchen was dirty, food sitting out, and no professionalism whatsoever. I’ve reported this to Sheetz Corporate and the Allegheny County Health Department. No customer should be harassed, mocked, or treated this way over simply asking for fresh fries. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
