This Sheetz is always fairly clean and the staff are friendly. Love when the pineapple soft serve is working because it's delicious. Orders are put out pretty quickly too and with pretty good accuracy. I'm not a big fan of their pumps as it feels like it charges you for a good ten seconds before there's any actual gas flow.

They didn’t grill one side of my grilled cheese and barely got the one they did. It’s hard to mess up a grilled cheese but they showed how it’s done! I’d like to edit to say that’s not the norm from this Sheetz and I’m not mad at them even though since this trip they messed up another mobile order but still overall they’re better than the last couple trips I’ve made.

Let's just say the workers is what is going to take this place down. Morning is good ,night workers don't clean nothing, they mess up people food. Stand behind the counter and should be cleaning but don't. The homeless people isn't the problem.

One of my favorite stops because of their crunchy ice and convenient for me to stop at on my daily route. However it's turned out to be the worst stop in town for a bathroom. Every time I go in the Stalls are nasty and it smells bad. I know they can't control everything and they can't clean them all day but it seems like every time I go in it's the same thing. The other sheets locations I stop at or far better than this.

They told me my ID wouldnt scan and wouldn't sell me anything (had bought items from there multiple times before). When I showed them alternate forms of IDs manager Jordan said it didn’t matter because “theres lots of good fakes out there”. Good to know the people in charge of selling age restricted items have no knowledge of proper ID beyond what the machine tells them.

Frozen coffee is ok. Not Amazing like I had at a different location. Waited 40 mins for 2 Frozen coffees and curly fries. Fries are going in the trash. By the time our drinks got done, the fries had sat on the counter for 30 mins. Never again! Epic fail on the fries.

Jared was amazing. I came into the store to get a drink & there were no extra large cups. Jared said there are some extra large cups & he actually went to get me a cup from another location. He handed me the cup personally & it as complimentary for my wait. Also because there were no extra large cups at the drink machine. Jared was very professional, courteous, & kind. He went above & beyond. I'm so thankful & grateful for exceptional customer service. Jared deserves a raise for his kindness. He is great! I will return & tell others. I love Sheetz!

Excellent Sheetz location with ample snacks, drinks, made to order food, a drive through, tons of ⛽ gas pumps, car wash, air, vacuums and more. The staff are also great here and helpful. This location also has clean and ♿ handicap accessible restrooms, parking, and more.

The service at this Sheetz location is atrocious at the wait times for your food is beyond measure have to wait 20 minutes for order of fries at 4:00 in the morning what's an empty store I can't believe it and this isn't the first time I'll pay for convenience and don't receive it this is appalling and the reason I didn't leave is because I already paid for my food

Rudest and most disrespectful staff I have ever felt with. I went to this location on 12/3 at 5:15pm and everyone I encountered had a nasty attitude. There behavior was more akin to monkeys in the zoo instead of custom service. Management should be ashamed and get rid of all of them

I buy salads from here all the time and the salads is so small for 14.32. it's a shame how much lettuce they put on there. It's not even a hand full. I will not buy another damn salad from here. Not worth it.

This sheets located on a corner property on Fairlawn & Silas Creek is convenient to us and there prices are always reasonable with a few cents more off if you have the rewards card. It’s always pretty clear outside and the air machine always works so no complaints there. Inside is hit or miss as far as cleanliness. For the most part it’s not bad, I have always only used the urinals in the bathroom and no complaints as soap & paper towels always available. I like their coffee and food to order. Checkout is quick and employees are ok. It’s a lot better than most gas stations and have a lot more to offer.

We recently went on a road trip and it made us even more grateful for 'our' Sheetz. Bathrooms are always clean, employees are friendly especially the MTO folks. Decent variety of drinks and snacks and the coffee station is organized and clean. Haven't had any issues with delivery or pickup orders, either. Parking can be wild at times but that's really at any Sheetz you go to.
