Road tripping with my son from Leesburg to Cleveland to DC and around his surrounding community, the Sheetz service stations became our go-to stops for fuel, food and treats. The staffs were uniformly upbeat, helpful & patient. The bathrooms were clean and well tended and the fuel pump plazas were wonderfully spacious and clean. The occasional picnic tables were a treat to enjoy a break at in the shade and after dark when it wasn't too hot or humid to enjoy the weather at. My son'll be working in Virginia another year and we have more road trips to take, here's hoping we'll find them where we're heading to next.

We love Sheetz! I went there for gas and to use their surcharge free ATM. There was a line at the ATM so I went to one of the MTO kiosks. I saw hot dogs 🌭 so I ordered two. While waiting I used the ATM and then got in line to pay. I got to the cashier and told them I needed gas and gave her the MTO slip. I was amazed when I saw that the two dogs were only $0.99 that day. Made my day thanks sheetz!

The last few times I've been here and order appetizers samplers they jumped me big time. Hardly anything in this! Not worth what ur charging. They didn't used to be like this. Do better! Also where the heck did the jalopeno pretzels go!? And what the heck are these!?

This is the second Sheetz that I have been to in two days and it seems that there is a consistent trend. I ordered breakfast burritos for the family and they were disgusting, coffee was very weak and nasty, pop from the dispenser is flat. I tired several kinds but they were all flat and taste very bad. Sad to see a decent brand go downhill, definitely not what they used to be.

Apparently the employees pay for the straws and are very stingy with them. As when I requested a straw that I could actually use with my order. They told me this is all I was allowed to have. Make it make sense, maybe put the proper lid on the drink then

I usually grab food from here during the early morning hours bc I work midnights. The employees are nice for the most part but the food has gone downhill. I got a crispy chicken sandwich the other night and it was so tough. The meat was not good. Also as much as y’all charge for extra anything can y’all at least throw a few free napkins in my bag? I never have any with my meal.

Becoming one of the worst Sheetz in this area. Frequently out of different products, very slow MTO service, the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in several days and the employees that are here are moving at the speed of smell. Speaking of smell, please tell the one employee (you know who it is) to take a shower. That is seriously disgusting. This Sheetz apparently has issues with ordering/stocking. It's not uncommon to walk in and find out that they're out of an item (bottled drinks, certain beef jerky, certain snacks, etc.). I'm not sure what the issue is because this Sheetz seems to be the only one with the same frequent issues. Several months later and still no change.

I think we love sheetz more for the food and the small supermarket than the gas. That we always get gas there as well. The free air is always a plus. The staff and employees are always there with a smile ready to take your order for food or gas or any other store item. The store is always clean. The bathrooms are always clean and smell fresh. The beer freezer is my favorite and is well-stocked with ice cold beer.

It always smells like fast food. Which there is a kitchen so I get it. I have never had their food but I have heard great things. I can tell you the cashiers are always nice and professional. The pop is never expired like convenience stores. They have free air too.

I was there I ordered Mac and cheese bites a burrito and fries and 2 hot chocolates it took 30 mins for the food and took 45 for the 2 hot chocolates absolutely ridiculous it should not have taken that long

Online ordering theough the app didn't work so I had to order in store. The checkout line was really long and my food was subpar. I ordered the BBQ chicken flatbread pizza. Almost all the topping were thrown on the center wirh one piece 1/2 empty of toppings. The food used to be good here but....

This is the second Sheetz from which I have tried to order a bagel. Both times I spoke with someone and asked them to please make it well done or crunchy. Both time the bagel came back as rubber. Barely any butter. Not impressed at all. Had I not talk to someone it might be an excuse but I did talk to someone so there should be no excuse

This is by far the best Sheetz in the area. They are always quick with the online and in person orders and have never missed anything I ordered. The staff there are super friendly and helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could.
