Not only does the carwash do a great job cleaning my vehicle, the price is under a dollar a wash. I purchased the monthly plan and visit daily. The free vacuums work great and is a nice bonus. The staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care for my vehicle.

The car wash club provides savings with repeated use. They Free Vacuums, the stalls are tight and can ding the next vehicle over. It is kept neat and in working order. Trash cans are kept empty except for the busiest times. The wash/rinse needs to use more water. You have to wipe down your vehicle in order to remove items they miss. Soap, bird droppings are routinely left on the vehicle. I have to use a detailing spray for best results. Be prepared to wipe your vehicle down.

Please educate your staff not to manually close side mirrors. Some cars have power folding side mirrors. This morning, your staff manually closed the side mirror on the right side without giving me to press the button. Also, they were rushing to put my car inside the wash. My car was the only one waiting to get it.

I'm downgrading from 4 stars to 1 because the white guy with the tattoos should NOT be interacting with customers. He was very argumentative with the car in front of me because the lady couldn't work the purchasing dashboard and then slammed my side mirror in on the passenger side of my car. When I confronted him about it, he had all kinds of dumb comments to make. What the hell is wrong with customer service today? It has really gotten out of hand. I have been recently and will continue to call out any business treating customers like dirt in an effort to make sure others don't get treated poorly also, by avoiding the place all together!! This was my previous 4 star post and I'm cancelling my monthly membership. like the place. It's clean and new and has a cool carpet cleaning station for your floor mats that I have not seen before. The amount of space to vacuum between cars is not big enough. We are squeezed in there and there aren't enough vacuums. Other than that the wash and the staff are great!

Great car wash. Does a nice job. It does leave soap on my roof rack outer edge and a lot of suds on top of the inside of the hatch. I realize it is the styling of the car, 2021 Kona. I would recommend this car wash.

Just an amazing company with an excellent business model. Everyone from their friendly front line team to their exceptional customer service department is stellar. I've had a club membership for the past 4 years and with an auto pay agreement deducted monthly, I feel like I'm receiving free, unlimited car washes......and I'm saying "Unlimited" because the only limitation on the number of car washes is the amount of time you want to spend riding through the wash tunnel......Go once per day, go 20 times per day, you pay your monthly membership fee, that's it! Plus, if you want an upgraded service that's not on your membership tier level, simply select it on the touch screen at the entry gate. More businesses should adopt this model. Check out Shammy Shine. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been using Shimmy Shine for over 12 years—seven or eight of those at the Bethlehem location on Route 191. After moving, I switched to the Allentown location on 31st Street, which is about five miles from my home. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. I have the unlimited wash package for both of my vehicles, which includes the spot-free rinse. However, I’ve noticed that if I don’t dry the vehicles before leaving, I still get water spots. Fortunately, they now provide free drying towels, so I just pull into a stall and spend a couple of extra minutes drying everything off. That completely takes care of the spotting issue. There are about a dozen vacuums available for free after you exit the wash bay. Once or twice I’ve used one with weak suction, but since the stalls are close together, it’s easy to switch to the next one. And if it’s crowded or you can’t move over, just let an attendant know—they’re quick to fix it, whether it's a clog or too much debris. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to sweep or power wash the drying/vacuum stalls more often. They can sometimes get a bit messy underfoot. If that small issue were addressed, I’d give them six stars instead of five.

Vacuums barely work, overpriced wash packages this place just isn't worth the time where the money it seems the owners are getting greedy. The total shine wash just before the new year was 16 bucks can somebody explain to me why it needed a 25% increase to $20 is that to make up for Trump's tariffs?

One of the workers was cleaning his car while working which isn’t a big deal to me. Multitasking isn’t a problem. The problem is he had his speakers blasting music so loud, I could hear it perfect over the vacuum and I could feel the vibrations from the music being so loud and I was roughly 50-100 feet away. There are signs at every station telling us to not have our music blasting. So why is an employee playing his music so loudly it gave me a headache. Bub’s car was an old silver Honda jeep if management wants to address this.
