Usually don't have to wait long. Staff is friendly and efficient. Cost is reasonable, with varying levels of car wash. Coupons available and Wednesday is ladies day ($1 off). Car is always very clean and have no ever had any scratches or damage. It is the only place I go for a good mostly automated car wash!

I have been asking them to add tips to the credit card machine FOREVER, I am so glad they did! It is so much safer for the employees and I never have cash and always forget. You can still tip at the end like normal if you have cash. We use this car wash all the time and they do a good job with a great attitude!

Great local automatic car wash with attendants to perform the initial scrub off and wipe dry and they are always friendly and courteous. You might have to wait in line for a wash but they process the cars quickly. I only wish they had options for cleaning the inside of your car as well. They always have done a great job on my car and there is a college fund tip box at the end of you want to show your appreciation.

I've gone here a number of times now to wash my car. So happy to have a car wash that will take my car with the cargo box on the roof, but more than that I've been repeatedly really happy with the service I get here. The staff has been really fantastic. I got a bike rack on my car since the last time I was here and the staff generously offered to help me take it off. The kindness and enthusiasm to help was totally impressive. That's the sort of thing that makes me a life customer.

Saw a guy bring in a car that was absolutely encrusted with dirt and was mad that the car wash didn’t get EVERYTHING off in one run. Dont be too deterred by bad reviews, all my neighbors and I go here and have no issues. If you are expecting your car to be detailed then you are just an idiot. This place does 100x better than Costco and same as Sunset.

Horrible car wash. Do not take your vehicle here under any circumstances. Their car wash ripped my license plate and bracket off the front of my vehicle. The attendant did not tell me despite the obvious damage cause to my front end. They then tried to place the blame on me, claiming that it must have been installed improperly. Absolutely awful owner. Refused to even reimburse me for the license plate mount or damage to the vehicle.

I like that the vacuum is a separate part from the car wash. You don't have to pay for a whole car wash if you just want to vacuum out your car. It's $25 a minute, but bring cash, and they have a machine that will give you quarters.

I hadn’t been here in years but I finally got an hour away from the kids and figured I’d try to get a simple 10 min car wash. What ends up happening is that I wasted a precious child free hour, and also didn’t get my car washed. Honestly couldn’t tell you had the car wash was because I sat in line for 30 mins just to have the track break right before it was my turn. Wait another 20 mins and was given a 2$ off coupon which this basically their usual Wednesday price so needless to say I will not be back ever and I’ll never stop telling this ridiculous story because what in the world

The service is great but today the gentlemen pushed in my side view mirrors which are electronic. I was just about to do that in my car and before I even could they pushed the mirrors in. Now my right side mirror is making a clicking noise and won't rotate properly. Serious damage for a $18 car wash. Hopefully my warranty covers the fix, but please keep in mind with newer vehicles. The driver can close those Sideview mirrors electronically. I didn't want to deal with this over having my car washed. Just a friendly criticism. Thanks.

This used to be the gold standard for a car wash in the 'Ham but I just went, bought the "ultimate" package for $17 plus tip and my car looks like an 8 year old with a hose tried to clean it. They're also apparently trying to save money because there is no spray down at the end just some kid with a hose with no nozzle. I left with soap still all over the car which the kid at the end smeared around with a towel. Had to drive to another touchless car wash to rinse off.

This place used to be a good car wash but today I went through and half way through the brushes were not working which they didn’t tell me before I went through. So when I got through I asked about it and the guy said that yes, it was broken down. So I asked for a coupon for another wash and he gave me a $2 off coupon. Really??? Never again…what a joke!

I'm pretty disappointed. For the price I expected quite a bit better. Wheels were barely half washed and it missed half of the passenger side front window. Also, the "hand dry" left streaks on the windows. Not many options for car washes in the area, but I won't be going back here.

I've gone to this car wash twice, and the first time the back of my car was not properly washed. Hoping it was a fluke, I went again several months later. The same thing happened the second time. The staff are friendly, but won't be going back.

I stopped by and waited but no one was there and I was going to drive out and then an employee came and said I should have wait here. I said I did and I was going to drive off. Anyways, I paid for basic and I like that there were two nice employees pre-spraying my car and one to dry off my car by hand. I think they need to have an alarm or ding system when someone come there or an employee by the door because I came and thought no one is there and I was like not a second car wash with no one and no pay button. They can learn a thing or two from car washes in Seattle and Tacoma.

If you have a nice car that you care about do not go to this car wash. If I would have known that there is a track that pulls you along I would not have gone here but you can’t really back out with cars behind you. There was a loud clank upon entry. The guy looks at me as if it were normal. We get to the end and the guy drying it is wearing a hoodie with a metal zipper and is basically rubbing it all over my paint. I stopped down the road to see if the clank noise caused any damage. It took a few inches of coating off of my left front wheel and destroyed the bottom of my fender where it meets the rocker panel. You don’t get a receipt so I guess I’m going to be footing the bill for the damage. If that’s not bad enough the car isn’t even clean. The wheels are dirty, there are bug guts on my front end and streaks on my windows. So much for my beautiful Cadillac.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the service was fast and easygoing! I'm used to entirely automatic car washes, so it was nice to see that these guys do a manual pre-wash with pressure washers. I currently have a massive crack in the bottom of my windshield and the whole system was able to clean my car without adding any damage to that. Definitely coming here again the next time I'm through Bellingham!!

Car wash was fine, and most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The guy prewashing my car beforehand was not. He hardly spoke to me and gave me very limited instructions to act on, I asked for clarification several times, and then when I finally got going he ridiculed me to his coworker as if I couldn't hear him. Just a disappointing experience to be treated like that :(

This is a place you go if you’re too busy to go somewhere else. The prices are a little cheaper than say Sunset. It the quality is definitely lacking. They don’t really have a wax, shine option. The staff always ask if you want to tip (upfront) and don’t get me wrong I’m a good tipper but asking for a tip before services rendered is always a little eye rolling IMO. There’s not a self wash where I can wash my car mats afterwards and there are only a few vacuums in the covered area. The location is pretty convenient which is good. Overall, it’s a meh. And if you’re seriously reading this wondering if this is your best option, I’d say there are others better.
